-Word of the Chief: Hope's voice and her talking can get inside people's hearts and make them do as she pleases. Some of it comes with her charm, some of it seems to be an effect she has on people by the odds.

-Trained in Light Magic: Hope can channel the powers of the sun and light to create spells. The magic she can perform is highly determined by the amount of light there is in the place: if she's underground and has only a torch to light her, her magic will be almost nothing, but in a shinny summer day she could affect even a full city - that, given the chance for her to master. To this point, she has a notion so basic of magic, she can only channel light or create fire, and to improve this, she must find someone to teach her.

-Proficiency in Combat: Hope is somewhat skilled in combat, and she knows how to fight with sword, bow and spear.

-Lady's Voice (Word of the Chief): If she has Lady in her hand, she can channel her voice once a day through Lady and force one person to do as she comands in an order.

-Lady's Light (Light Magic): Once a day, with Lady in her hands, she can call upon the light in her Aux and make it come out to fuel her magic: Lady glows in an enormous flash of light that burns her and then she can cast a spell she already knows. The spell will succeed with a critical effect, but after that, Lady would disappear and Hope will get weakened.

Inspection - Lemuel is exceptional at inspecting things and determing their worth. It's helped him avoid many a bad trade.
Nimble - Lemuel is quite physically fit in a way that enables him to move quickly and efficiently. It is representative of what is called "parkour" in modern day terminology.
Well-Spoken - Lemuel knows how to represent himself well and knows how to speak to appeal to possible buyers and sellers. This helps him attract more customers and helps him get better deals from other traders/merchants.
Traveler - Lemuel is a wide traveler, and has accumulated quite a bit of knowledge from his travels. He has a good sense of direction and can usually find his way quite easily.

Aux: A small magnifier that's used to examin merchandise (such as jewelry) more closely.

Advents:
Examination (Inspect) - This Advent allows Lemuel to examine non-physical features about various items, such as who last touched it and who the maker of the item was. In order for this to work, the item he's examining must be at least 25% of the entire item.
Intuition (Traveler) - This Advent enables Lemuel to gain intuition about what's ahead, such as danger or other life forms. It also gives the magnifier the effect of a telescope, giving much farther range of view than normal. In order for this effect to work, Lemuel must look through the magnifier in the direction that he is inquiring about. This effect works through one solid object. If the object is hollow, it will not look through the other side.

Even during his younger years as a boy growing up, he was incredibly persuasive, usually by lies and fake promises. Still he did get what he wanted in the end. - As to his skill in combat well...being born in the middle of a battle field on the moment of victory, being raised in the house of a general speaks for itself...he's undefeated in the Arena - Charm, being a handsome son of a Well known general is quite 'sexy' as some might say, that with his stylish speaking, he has women dropping at his feet

Huntsman -The other hunting skill, he is skilled with most form of hunting, specifically hunting amidst thick wildlife.

Canteen Of Venom -Very potent, and very deadly venom from his fangs that can be used as an equally dangerous poison.

Anesthetic Threads (Webs) -Binky stops pulsing. For one minute webs he produce will have a calming, and pain relieving effect.
Limbs of Horror (Armed Web Style) -Binky pulses brightly and rapidly. For one minute he can move at a frighteningly fast speed, maximizing his combat ability.

Appearance: Vydus has feathered antennae and large, light grey, moth-like wings with symmetrical eye-like patterns protruding from his shoulder blades.

Occupation: Lieutenant of Viridosian Military

Notable Skills:

Calm Mind - Vydus always maintains a calm and collected disposition, even in perilous situations.

Unyielding - Steadfast and determined, Vydus both commands his men resolutely and sets about any task given him with all the focus and effort he can muster. Even if tortured, it is very doubtful Vydus would betray his duty and honour.

Moth-Anthro Physiology - Vydus can fly with his large moth-like wings. They are fragile however, so he rarely uses them when he is prone to attack, and using them consumes a lot of energy. His antennae can detect slight differences in wind speed and direction and are powerful olfactory sensors, able to detect scents from a few kilometres away, and are especially sensitive to pheromones secreted by female moth anthros or anima, able to detect them from much further distances.

Expert Swordsmanship - Earning him his epithet, Vydus is renowned for his prowess and fast, unpredictable and elegant style with the sword among Tattersal's army.

Notable Possessions: A single-handed sword with a crossguard wrought in the shape of moth wings.

A snail-like fairy roughly the size of a hand.

Advents:

Snail Trail (Physiology) - Perilith secretes a trail of ectoplasm in the air which shows the path to a person whose scent Vydus recalls and concentrates on. The trail is linear, passing through obstacles such as trees and mountains.

Moonlight Aflutter
(Unyielding) - By fanning out his wings, Vydus can stun the beholders of the eye-like patterns on them for the duration of the advent's performance.

Kalhart can befriend almost any creature she comes across. Her taming abilities have come in handy as a hunter.

Way With Words: Kalhart, as a trader, is very sociable. She has a certain way of wording things that almost always gets her way.

Oral Historian- The list of legends and stories from the old world the good Rev’rant has to share could be increased ad infinitum. Those who have kept his company over the years have come to make the joke that he makes them up as he goes along.

Wings of The Dragon- Arsenios is one of the last practitioners of Dua-Qi an avian martial art which makes use of their unique anatomy to unleash powerful strikes against their enemy using their wings.

Prophetic Painter- Art speaks to people, some more than others. But it says most when guided by the whispers of fate carried on the wind.

Empath- It is difficult to tell if that Arsenios ability to sense emotions in others is something supernatural or merely the work of a sharp intuition. The nomad magician’s ability to make use of this information makes him an excellent mentor and a dangerous manipulator.

Aux: Arsenios' hands and arms are tattooed with a series of mysterious ancient symbols. Whenever he activates his advents they begin to morph and swim across his skin like a sentient black serpent.

Advents:

The Power of Myth: Elements of Arsenios' stories come to life as he shares his tales, sometimes its something as harmless as a gentle rain. Others it’s something more…Hazardous.

Talons of The Osprey: The raven feathers of his wings become hardened obsidian, capable of shielding him from attacks and sharp enough to pierce armor with a solid piercing blow.

Name: Taggart 'Art' Blacklaw

Race: Anthro [half human/half goat anima]

Nation: Prosperos Guild

Appearance: Taggart has curled horns and rolled ears of a goat, and is fairly humanoid (though somewhat fuzzy) until his upper thighs. There they take a caprine appearance with black, trimmed fur and well-polished hooves. The peculiarity makes him somewhat clumsy when standing still, and so his pants are cropped short, showing his more animal-like features. He also has a small stub of a tail that he keeps hidden in pants at all times.

Notable Skills:
"Enchantment, Enchantment": Taggart can enchant items to have certain properties. That being said, he can't pull the power for such magic out of thin air. Enchantments take time, effort, and quite a bit of knowledge. Materials and time have the most effect on the strength of the enchantment. The more that Taggart has with each, the stronger the enchantment. It is fair to say that such magic isn't all powerful. No enchantment he makes can: bring back the dead, heal someone completely, transcend space and time, or otherwise allow the user to be powerful beyond reason. They have more utilitarian uses.
"Magic, O Magic, Where Art Thou ": Alongside being able to apply magic to mundane things, he can also tell when things have magic applied to them. He cannot discern if the magic is helpful or harmful, just that it exists and may be either.
"A Trick and a Trifle": Part of the job of in dealing and acquiring possibly magical merchandise, is that one has to confirm the validity of them. Knowing the difference between something real and fake is ninety percent of the job. This ranges from obvious fraudulent markers on pieces, to how the person that is fencing them acts. Taggart cannot tell when they are lying, but he sure as hell knows when they are sweating too hard or wringing their hands a bit too fiercely.
"Ye of Little Intelligence": Taggart cannot boast the knowledge of a royal scholar, but he has researched numerous artifacts, metals, gems, and other valuables. He loves surrounding himself with books and making sure he knows everything about what he is going to sell or purchase. This goes doubly for magical tomes. He absolutely adores them, and will go out of his way to collect them (and horde them.) Even if he can't use the magic presented within them. He would rather know about it, than be blind when it is used against him.

Notable Possessions:
"Oh This? This is Nothing": Taggart owns a small curved dagger that rests on his hip. He has enchanted it to be quicker and stronger than himself. Unfortunately he is a shit of a fighter, and has to rely on such unnatural perks to get anywhere.
"This is my Stock and Trade": While he doesn't always have this on his person, he does have a small wooden suitcase of sorts that holds his enchanting equipment. It is protected by three locks. Two of them are keys, and the other is a runic coded device.
"Fond but Dark Memories": A ring adorns Taggart's thumb. It was his human mother's wedding ring. Not to his father, though. And it is apparent by the metal and stone that it was worth more than most farmhouses.

Aux: A Small Copper Plated Lantern

Advents:
"A Forge Song": Taggart can know where the item was forged and by whom. Of course he is not given the specifics of the vision. He cannot discern who (unless he knows them), when, or where. It paints a mental image, and leaves it at that.
"And All was Nothing": For a minute, Taggart can nullify an object's power and the power's effects. He can only nullify it though, when the time has passed it will still be as powerful as it once was. This goes for both harmful and helpful objects. All magical objects within a six foot radius around him are effected.

Excellent Tracker: Having hunted since a very young girl, Kestrel has learned the ways of her prey and tracks them with ease.
Sharp Eyesight: A practised skill picked up over her many hunts - now she is able to see movement over great distances or in low light.
Keen Hearing: A talent acquired in much the same way as her eyesight - over many years of honing her skill, Kestrel can now detect the slightest sound and accurately place it.
Unbounded Confidence: Since she has bargained and traded all her life, she has an easygoing nature and not a hint of shyness.

Notable Possessions: Kestrel’s only possession of note is a bow and arrow passed down through the generations which holds immense sentimental value.

Aux: Amaro, a male maned wolf.


Advents:
Tracing (Excellent Tracker): Amaro can track prey that has passed through up to a week beforehand.
Lilting Voice (Unbounded Confidence): This can only be used once per day. When Kestrel sings, all those who can hear her words (excluding her Aux) fall asleep for one minute.

Stealth Movement - Moving in a furtive manner. He’s good at operating undetected. Disclosing his true nature(as in person, not race) and thinking is second nature.

Quick Study - Able to learn or adjust in a short time, but much like an actor playing a part so it takes time making the skills his own or bringing his personality into his adjustments. 



Blood Manipulation - Regulation of his own blood flow. He’s able to survive without needing to drink blood as often as a typical Nocturne. Should he be injured, he can quickly clot his blood to stop the bleeding.

Notable Possessions: None. Gave them all up to start over.

Vanu the 12 eyed hell-hound the size of an average dog.


Advents:

Blood crystallization (Blood manipulation) - For one minute he can crystallize his blood and shape it, but he must make himself bleed first. Claws are his usual weapon of choice.

Mimicry (Quick study) - For one minute he’s able to become someone else. Appearance, movements/habits, voice, and basic skills. A good enough copy to pass as the person but not enough to be as good as the person.

Aldus scholar - He is not bound by conventional thinking often seeking new solutions and applications for the people and things around him.

Reputation precedes: Once, Towarl saved a dozen archaeologists from a collapsing tunnel in Aldus. Now, his reputation always seems to arrive first, where ever he travels.

- Scoundrel: Olle's thuggish appearance and demeanour aide him in intimidation as well as negotiation with seedier types.
- Well-travelled: Exposure to harsh climates has left Olle with calloused skin and a resistance to negligible weather.
- Well-connected: A career in the shipping of questionable goods has left Olle in favour with equally questionable individuals, such as fences and corrupt officials.
- Shifty: Olle has learned to slip unspotted from crowds, as even the slightest criminal record to his name could jeopardise his position.

Notable Possessions:
- Short Dog Cudgel: A sturdy length of lacquered hardwood studded with brass at the business end. Intended for beating away feral dogs, but equally useful for beating away feral highwaymen.
- Prybar: Sometimes the goods being shipped aren't one's own. And sometimes those goods are kept in a strongbox.
- Falsified Documents: Smuggling contraband in and out of Kaustir isn't easy, but forged papers certainly help.

Aux: Fetthund
A rather ill-tempered bulldog serves as Olle's Aux.

Advents:
- Threshold: The aux is able to briefly open a doorway through a thin wall for Olle to use.
- Speakeasy: The aux is able to boost Olle's charisma for a short time, allowing him to weasel his way out of tough situations with a silver tongue alone.

Notable Skills:
  • Musical Aptitude: Genaceous has a unique ability to learn how to play a new instrument with great ease, easily carrying a tune with his voice, or the voice of any instrument.
  • Spellsong: the ability to weave magics into his music that can calm, silence, hypnotize, and even incapacitate those who hear it. Duration of the spell effects are based off the energy he uses to weave the spell and a person or thing’s ability to resist. The longer he weaves the more taxing it is on his stamina, causing fatigue if carried out for too long.
  • Keeper’s Thumb: He is a master of growing things due to his deep connection with nature, often hastening the growth of plant life, fruits and vegetables with his music. crowds of people and animals alike frequently flock to the gardens he tends just to listen to his music.
  • Nature's connection: Genaceous is extremely sensitive to nature, The aura that every living thing gives off. He can discern something’s needs just by spending a little time with it.

  • A harp, and most commonly a flute can be found in his possession at all times

  • A series of Elixirs to help rejuvenate his stamina
Aux: Lady Tivehria (Tih-Veh-Riuh) a female forest Minstrel. She may look frail, standing only as high as Genaceus' waist, but she is a capable and intellectual being.
Advents:
  • Minstrel's Lullaby: For one minute, through Tivehria, he gains such an affinity with his Spellsong that he is capable of both physical and mental harm with his music, rending flesh and mind alike.
  • Touch of Nature: with the aid of Tivehria for one minute, he has the ability briefly calm, sooth,or persuade a person or creature. He as also seen success in befriending a creature with Touch of Nature

Notable Skills:

Accursed's Path ~ as host to an Ifrit, he is allowed a degree of access to the djinn's might and flames. Invocation of the Path does not come without sacrifice.

Scale and Fang ~ as a courier, protecting one's cargo is imperative. Khayal has a powerful command of spears and bucklers.

Courier's Pride ~ a well traveled courier, he has an impeccable sense of direction which has seen him through sand storms, blizzards,dense wood and even the most confused city streets.

Desert Wind ~ why fight when it's better to run? His agility has gotten him and his cargo out of more than a few unpleasant situations

Notable Possessions:

Journal ~ filled with meticulous notes of persons, places and paths of note.

Dajak's Tear ~ a superbly crafted and well maintained spear that has seen more battles than Khayal has.

Adham, the Ifrit. Does not have the capability to manifest in physical form outside of Khayal, thus its true appearance is unknown. It inhabits and seeks to eventually assume full control of its host.

There are three small, archaic symbols on Khayal's back which indicate the presence and ownership of the host.

Advents:

Infernal Wrath ~ Once per day, Khayal may tap into Adham's power fully and breathe a jet of the Ifrit's terrible flame.

Adham's Command ~ In order to protect the host, Adham may override Khayal's will and take control of the body. This increases Khayal's strength and endurance many times over. However, this can only be used once a day and will leave Khayal drained and confused until the next day.

Respect retrieved - Inigo gives an aura of respect in a way that it is naturally reciprocated by most.

Unorthodox swordplay - His fighting style is a combination of bits and pieces of styles he’s seen/experienced over the years and a make-it-up-on-the-go attitude. He initially developed this style out of necessity rather than pleasure.

- Ordinary looking but of highest quality sword. Inigo has worked to downplay its looks but a sword connoisseur would immediately identify its high value.
- A pair of gold earrings; the only physical indication of his previous occupation.
- A perfect beard.

Aux: Ral the glass scorpion (Animal AND item in one)
Advents:
Potential value (Descrying Quality/Character Study) - For one minute, once per day, Crux and aux can unite to evaluate a person or item in terms of its potential value. Inigo cannot dictate to whose advantage because the evaluation can only pertain to his own gain.

Dominance Doubles (Unorthodox swordplay) - One minute, once per day, Inigo joins with Ral to become ambidextrous. This expands his already flexible fighting style. It may also help in other areas that require manual ability.

Master of war – he was raised to lead armies and thus was educated in the history of war, it’s subtleties, strategies and its toll.

Charismatic leader – he has a way with people. His posture and demeanor simply overtake his fellow soldiers and inspires them to perform.

Expert swordsman – not only was he raised to lead armies but also to destroy his adversaries.

Hard as a coffin nail – he ever shows fatigue or pain [not that he doesn’t feel them] but years of rigorous training and a hard life have bred him to be ‘one tough bastard’.

Advents:


Deathproof – for 1 minute, he becomes virtually indestructible and immune to spells of entrapment or hinderance.

A Leader's Burden – he can pass his toughness [Hard as a Coffin Nail] to any person within his sight essentially lending his strength and endurance as well as pain tolerance. This may allow them to survive an attack until help arrives or finish as task that is exhausting much quicker. It may even be used to ease the suffering of a dying colleague.

Notable Skills:

Kinship with Corruption: She is able to survive on poisonous water/Corrupt energies, the exact opposite of a normal Fae.


Power in Senslessness: Alisah has no face. She cannot see, taste, or smell. She relies entirely on her hearing which is slightly more powerful than a real world bat's echolocation.



Aspect of Instinct: Alisah has developed a 'sense of danger' due to her extended time within the Shartan. This is caused by a heightened sense of her environment which allows her to unconsciously predict dangers before they occur. This Skill will not trigger if she is not given, or has no way of obtaining, a hint to the incoming danger.








Notable Possessions: A black dress made of a strange fabric. It feels similar to a snakes skin.

Aux: A young female child with black hair and a white bridesmaid's dress. hiding at the edge of whatever sense is perceiving it, with it's back turned. It is either Laughing or crying, depending on the environment it is in.

Advents: Her Aux can grant her ONE of her lost senses for the duration of her Advent. Alisah loses her echolocation during the time this particular Advent is active.

Alisah gains a short vision of the Future at the cost of the memory of a dear friend or companion.

Dirty Fighter - Years of surviving on the streets have taught Eren that fighting fair is for losing fights.
