Anyone have a urge to create a character and submerge themselves into an average world that is much like the world you live in today, save the fact that some mysterious, unknown phenomena spontaneously inherited a certain number of people around the world with extranormal abilities that now they have to balance with a regular life? Well then HiPer is for you! It's a slice of life at heart, focusing on a group of people in the fictional city of Omni City, Missouri (Equal to Kansas City)
Characters from all races, creeds, backgrounds are welcome, and it's entirely up to you how you shape your character's role/future in the series. Hero among people, or a villain in the making.
The thing however, is that once being accepted into the rp by your character, you will be randomly generated a power. This helps to provide versatility and a more realistic sense of having to cope and balance unexpected abilities, while also making things fair.
