In terms of the two, Anonymous is definitely the lesser of the two evils.
 
I find Anonymous to be more Chaotic Neutral than necessarily Good or Evil, Right or Wrong. They just hit things that violate their own beliefs, which aren't particularly vitriolic. For an organization though, they're plagued with the fact that any one member of Anonymous can do fucked up shit and because of the anonymity, the only calling card everyone gets to see is "Anonymous did it."

I'll just get my chuckle out of them knocking off the KKK and move on with my life.

That's because they are chaotic neutral.
They don't wanna ruin lives... But they like being dicks every now and then.
