Anime Theme World RP group?

Hey Everyone,
I have wanted to post about this idea for a while. I am a huge fan of the Group thing up there, and find it easier to organize. I love anime, and know a lot of people here do too. Would anybody want to make a sort of world with towns, villages, monsters and lore and help develop the world with stories and even use those stories to create a timeline?

Just out of curiosity, but does the anime aspect in regards to this world building consist of blending elements from existing series, or are we coming up with everything from scratch in an anime-esque flavor?
