What anime is that?

Also, that's a perspective of drawing that is taken from photography- using the fish-eye lens. It's used to make the character look small and vulnerable, or disturbed and unstable.

There are much scarier anime characters. And they don't even need the fisheye lens.

I am also not scared of Juvia. There are much creepier/scarier series and characters.
