Ancient Order of Angels: Volume One The Artifacts

Hadley watched as Heru scrolled through his Phone in search of a phone number. A cop's phone number from what she could gather from the conversation. Coldly, he turned his attention to her as he handed her an old book. He explained that she would be a lost cause if she didn't believe in angels. He then told her that her necklace was a mood necklace. Instantly, an image of an old mood ring from the 70 ' s came to her mind. There's no way this is a simple mood necklace. A mood necklace couldn't impose it's will on me like this.... she thought to herself, and thought against making a rebuttal.

Heru put some headphones on and instructed them to go. Hadley stayed behind a few moments to flip through the book. She saw a number of lovely images of glorious beings she could only assume we're angels. Suddenly, the books pages stopped flipping and opened to a single page. The image was magnificent. She had never seen anything like it before. Choosing not to mention it to her new allies as they might rip into her again, she hurried after them in silence.

As they walked through the hallway she felt her necklace heat up again. Looking down she could see a dim reddish light shining from under her shirt. Slowly, she looked over her shoulder but saw nothing but the shadows in the corners and crevices. Alas, she brushed it off and caught up with Gil and Heru. Shortly, they were outside the monastery and headed into the crowd.

Well as far as investigating goes... I think I've done a good job. She thought as the last image in the book burned in her mind's eye.

The sun began to set and darkness blanketed the sky, time nearing the early night hours. Night was approaching and more people started to fill the area around the monastery. Strange figures mingled around the crowd. These strange being would be called evil spirits or someones demons. Thunder rumbled over the area and lighting lit up the sky. The People that were gathered outside started to get into a mob like mentality.

*Press Play* This seemed like the after affects from the presence of The Pencuri of Anger. Another rumble of thunder rang out and the lightning started to get worse. The wind picked up and was now causing the trees to sway back and forth. The crows once again cawed as the wind blew in different directions. A messenger from Infernum called out to the demons summoning them for their meeting. Another special request came through for Spider and Lizard to hang out and collect. Death once again appeared on the top of the monastery looking low and preparing for his duty.

"This isn't looking good...." A police officer said to his partner feeling the fear of night approaching.

"Well try not to think about it we have enough people out here to control the situation." His partner murmured in response to the comment.

No sooner the operator spoke on the radio, "All units be alert...All units be alert." The eerie call over the radio feared some of the officers as they have never been put in that situation. Soon after the operator spoke a unit got on the radio yelling, "Unit 42 I have an officer insight! he has 3 suspect currently at gunpoint send back up immediately!." The operator quickly responded and confirmed, "10-4 Available units go assist the officer. Prepare for anything and be alert on the little things." Right after the comment a slew of officers confirmed their movement toward the location for back up. At that point lightning struck just behind the monastery lighting up the area and thunder shook the ground. The trees swayed and the birds flew off in formation. Things were about to get ugly soon if the tables didn't turn quickly. What's the next step for both sides? Stick around and find out.

"Who are you!?" Tommin demanded to know of the suspects. He maintained a solid composure and kept his sights trained on his targets. The crowd dispersed in a panicked fashion, trying to get as far away from the area of a man wielding a gun as possible. Tommin noticed the call over the radio and breathed a heavy sigh of relief before returning to his rigid format. No sooner than the acknowledgements were sent over the radio and Tommin took a moment to breathe, a huge crack of lightning split the darkening sky like shattering glass - the deafening boom of thunder, the smash. Birds flew in formation and the trees swayed violently.

Something wasn't right, the atmospherics were just off somehow... This pendant... it's gotten so cold... but it was warm and glowing just a moment ago...

The jewel in Tommin's necklace was now dull. The previous light with which it radiated was now gone and it felt like a slither of ice to the touch. He looked forward at his suspects, confused.

Hadley gasped as a man pulled a gun on them as they exited the monastery and demanded who they were. "Hey, watch where you're pointing that gun!" She exclaimed. "We didn't do anyth-" the shift in the atmosphere stopped her in her tracks.

"Uh guys...?" She said as she stood closer behind Gil, "What's going on here? "

The darkness of night began it's decent over all there was to see. Soon lighting began striking all around them. The crowds of people began rushing past them, and running into them as the shoved by. Her pendant was emanating a cautionary energy which caused her to become instantly on edge. Something was definitely coming.

Keeping her blue eyes closed, the girl followed this feeling.. she had. A large lighting bolt shook the dark sky and in fright she looked up, opening her big eyes. Her breath was lost, her precious moon, was glowing in a faint deep red. She knew, straight away, something huge was going to happen and fast. The young girl bit her lip hard, clenching her fists a bit. Looking to the side, she nodded slowly to herself.

Things are going to get nasty..

She gave a small smirk and started waking back to her fort. The thing was, this girl, didn't live a normal day-to-day life. She didn't have a home, she didn't have a family, but that never stopped her. She could try to be normal, but that just wasn't her cup of tea, she wasn't used to living a boring mortal life. But, the one thing she mostly tried to stay away from was her powers. But in this case, she just might..

She looked around quickly, watching all corners as she slowly mumbled a weird enchantment of a odd tongue. Taking another glance around at her surroundings, she finally stepped into the dark and low passage, that opened to her words. The large door shut quietly as she walked down the dark corridor. Grazing the wall with her finger tips, she flicked the light switch, turning the power on. Slowly each light turned on one by one, lighting up the mysterious room. The room was actually very plan and simple, she never stayed inside it very long, so she didn't really try to decorate it much. There were plain white walls, that were covered in small black detail and a bit of furniture. Walking over to the long light brown couch, she got on one knee and felt the underneath of it. She felt the desired button and pressed it, hearing a soft buzzing noise as she smiled. She stood up, still smiling and looked at her plain wall. A big somewhat pocket opened up on her wall and inside was one of her most prized possessions. Her eyes filled with joy as she dipped her hand down and took hold of the handle. Grasping it, her smile grew and she took it out. In her hands was a very large black sledge hammer with engraved powerful runes. Feeling the hard stone, made her shiver in pleasure. If anything was going to get messy tonight, she was going to be there. She went back into the corridor and flicked the switch off, holding the hammer in her right hand firmly. She softly whispered the same strange phrase and the door slid open once again. She jumped out of her enclosed fort and started walking back to her so called "destination".

She kept walking till she saw a large crowd moving around in a scared like motion. The girl rolled her eyes and held the sledge hammer behind her back, but her being so tiny, it didn't do much but, it was just enough not to attract too much attention. She sees the people split in a disorderly fashion, in the middle she watches as a cop points a gun at three strangers. Her eyes widen and she holds the hammer closer to her back. The family ring on her finger starts to glow, but this time, softly. Looking down at the ring, the girl grows a confused look on her face. Her attention goes back to the mysterious people as she puts the hand with the ring behind her back with the sledge. She clicks her tongue quietly and starts slowly walking up behind them.

Heru walked out the door in deep thought still trying to send signals around. He looked at his watch and noticed that it was a quarter past 6. Hmph we've been in there a while glad I.... His thoughts were interrupted by the sudden change in the atmosphere. The hair on the back of his neck stood up on end. He was then jolted from concentration by a faint sound coming from somewhere. "ARMED POLICE! STOP WHERE YOU ARE!" He heard as he walked up. When Heru looked up he noticed that they were at gunpoint by an officer. That's odd we didn't do anything. Heru felt the aura of the officer and quickly noticed it was the same as one of the ones he felt earlier.

Heru looked back at Hadley to see if she was there, upon turning around the officer told them to get on their knees. He heard the thunder rumble throughout the the sky and he could feel his own aura rising. He tried to sympathize with the officer but held back to avoid making things worse. Heru then heard from the police officers radio that back up was coming and would be arriving soon. With his mind, Heru disrupted the frequency of the radio transmission. He then heard the officer ask of his being. Before he responded, the lightning struck just behind them shattering the night sky.

*Press Play* The thunder shook the very foundation they stood on. Heru let out a sly grin and nonchalantly made a step toward the officer. Stopping he declaimed, "Who am I you as ask? I believe the question you should ask your self is who your dealing with." The wind slightly blew causing Heru's hair to swing to his right and flow with ease. His jacket fluttering as the wind zipped through his being. He took another step, this time he is a bit in front of Gil. "I moved.....you gonna shoot?" He insinuated to the officer whilst looking him dead in the eye.

Heru had shut out his environment with out his headphones on. He was so focused on the task at hand he had completely immersed himself in it. Don't get the wrong Idea though he was very much aware of his surrounding, if not a bit more aware than before. Heru began observing every aspect of the officer. He watched his movements, felt his pulse, and examined his breathing pattern. He could tell he was facing one of his own.

The police officer's back up arrived, all of them readied their weapon and pointed it at them. Heru scanned and noticed that they were not there to reason and he needed to end this quickly. He took his hand to his chin and stood there caressing it as if he were in deep thought. Soon after he gestured invitingly with his hand slightly leaving his chin using his mind to cause the officers gun to fire. "Oops...." Heru said nonchalantly as he shifted his pinkie down causing the clip to fall down emptying the bullets. Heru felt the bullet coming toward his direction, he then envisioned the bullet as if he were running with it. He then opened his eyes right as the bullet reached him, he grinned and cocked his head over to the right sending the bullet into the crowd striking someone.

Heru turned his head back toward the officer and murmured "Too slow........" He then disappeared from sight and reappeared to the side of the officer firmly gripping his shoulder. "Well....well...well your in quite a mess aren't you. I think it's time you realize that your not like everyone else." Heru suggested in a rise to fall like tone as he tightened his grip. He then took a deep breath, concentrated and made an attempt to immobilize him by sending a confusion wave to the neurons in his body, disrupting the communication between them. Leaving his victim with involuntary functions in progress. This means his heartbeat, pulse, hearing, sight, and etc. He then looked to Gil and gestured for him to take care of the rest. "One down...four more to go." Heru remarked looking at the officer. He then felt death move toward the injured individuals. Heru felt every step he took as he left from the the top of the monastery. When he moved lightning flashed only giving him a chilling glimpse of his presence. Oh my.......

Slowly walking behind the officer pointing the gun, she felt the presence of unnatural beings like herself as more police showed up. Her eyes immediately dart to the man being pointed at. He had a look on his face.. She didn't like it at all, something about it made her feel out of place. Her grip tighten on the hammer and as more officers showed up, she tried blending in with the crowd of people. She knew what he had intentions of and it displeased her greatly. She listen and watched closely as all this went down. The boy seemed to not be intimidated by their guns and numbers, she positively knew he was inhuman.

"Oops...." The dark and mysterious man said as he shifted his pinkie down causing all the officer's clips to fall down, emptying the bullets. The girl gasped in shock, this wasn't no random supernatural, she could tell he had importance. But, she couldn't tell nor good, nor bad. She gulped watching him work this phenomenon, a bit of her wanted to help him, but she pushed those evil intentions back.

Gil's attention was distracted from the glow of the amulet that dangled from his bracket, by the wondrous flashing of lightening that illuminated the darkened evening sky. [BCOLOR=#003300]I must use the words of Abuelo when I say, What are they warning angrily about now? [/BCOLOR]He thought as flashes of memories slid through his mind of his Abuelo saying this very statement every time he and Heru's Jiddoh scolded Gil and Heru during training. Suddenly lightening began to race across the sky and thunder instantly crashed near by louder than an explosion of a c-4 bomb as if replying to the scolding. He halted due the commands from the officer being barked at his companions and himself. His stare fell upon the poor man.

The memories once again did not bare any burdens upon his shoulders, which could obviously be told by the stare he was giving the abysmal soul. This stare was one that would usually send a shiver down a child's spine when they are caught by their mother doing something atrociously wrong. You could tell that the barking instantly irritated Gil to the bone. He stood motionless not by the order of the officer but by the shear will of him trying to contain himself from lifting the man into the air by the wrists of his arms using the mans very own shadow. A flash of lightening began to fall from the sky directly behind the bunch that caught Gil's eye, or atleast that was what Gil thought until he noticed the familiar apparition that stood on top the of monastery being illuminated from the somewhat subtle natural fireworks show that was playing.

[BCOLOR=#ff6600]*Move the time to 28 second mark then press play*[/BCOLOR] His vision returned to the other's just in time to watch the sensational work of art that Heru performed. Once the spectacle had ended and the new audience arrived Gil began to clap in a sophisticated golf like manner.[BCOLOR=#008000] "Well it seems someone has been practicing. Nice to see your show brother."[/BCOLOR] Gil exclaimed. Heru then notated the responsibility he had place upon Gil involving the new horde of blue that arrived. Gil's attention was quickly grabbed by them. He quickly pushed out his right hand with all his fingers stretched apart and out with the palm facing up. He clinched the fingers on his left hand together in a change holding fist like form while still having it raised next to his face where the applause took place.

He then clenched his right hand into a fighting fist with the thumb now in the palm still facing the sky and flipped it releasing his fingers like he was dropping something. This action caused the shadows of the men to sprout a number of black shadow tentacles which wrapped around their weapons. After this the tentacles threw all the weapons of the small battalion ,even concealed weapons, several yards away. The tentacles then followed this action by wrapping themselves around the wrists and ankles of every crow in this flock. Gil then peered back over to Heru with a nonchalant 'easy as pie' smirk attached to his lips.

[BCOLOR=#008000]"There you go all finished."[/BCOLOR] He stated with his arms now boringly hanging to his sides. After the success of events he turned his attention to Hadley sure she would be shocked into a petrified state by now. [BCOLOR=#008000]"Don't worry we aren't evil, threats just don't fall upon out ears very amiably."[/BCOLOR] He stated reassuringly just in case this was the matter of the situation involving her. He then looked back over to Heru.[BCOLOR=#008000] "Sense what I'm sensing about the officer you debilitated?"[/BCOLOR] He asked to confirm his assumption. He then noticed the small dainty figure holding some rather large item behind her back a few feet behind Heru and the man.

The small girl bit her lip hard watching this sight, she could feel the need of wanting to do something, but she held it inside her, knowing she would just cause some more trouble. Listening to the beings' words, she notices that the two men are brothers.

Her eyes widen, T-two!?! she gulped softly.

In her mind, she knew there would be others here. There were probably even more, but it felt oddly difficult for her to grasp that she wasn't the only one. She has always felt alone in this world, even with ones around her. Still watching closely, especially at the two men, not really noticing the girl beside them. She sees the one brother look at her from the corner of his eye. She freezes with her ocean blue eyes bulged open. The girl grabs the hammer even tighter, turning her knuckles white.

H-he...

One part of her wants to dash far away from here and the other wants to see what this strange thing has to offer... She bites her lip harder and stays in place, thinking maybe he didn't think much of her. But she knew, deeply, he did.

The monastery was on his sights, " Finally " he says to himself, after hours of walking and buying a gun on his way he finally was in the vicinity of the monastery but he suddenly stopped when he heard something, "What's that " then out of nowhere a truck busted in from the walls near him. he was pushed back against a rubble due to the force impact made from collision "What in Jesus's name was that " he shakes his head to get the dust of his head and in disbelief at the same time and looked at his body for any wounds or bruises. he then looked at the Truck or car or whatever made that huge hall in the wall. It was Toyota Tundra "Wow way to be classy " he quickly hid in the debris when he saw someone getting out

"Jesus Moritz what kind of driving was that " Diego Salvador Torres ( One of the notorious crime lords of Spain ) stepped out of the Truck "Hey i was trying to dodge those stupid people on the streets " Deluc La Moritz said. then Roberto Sanchez hits him in the back "HEY!!! What the F*ck was that for "."One, you suck a driving 2. Look at where are we at and 3.Someone censored your F word "he said to Deluc "I don't get the last part " Diego then approached them " Would you two please shut up " As he said that both Diego and Deluc went silent "Now . . back to business " He then walks back forth from the car and to them "As you see gentlemen i have some sources that indicate that theirs something of value inside the temple " Deluc then butted in " It's monastery "."Who the F*ck cares " he screamed at Deluc "Now were was i . . . oh yes. according to my sources there is something inside the monastery worth more than 100 million " Both Deluc and Roberto looked at each other with a greedy smile "So how much is this thing is and how are we suppose to find it " They asked Diego "It's a bag that contains 900 Million Dollars in cash " Roberto was excited "F*ck yeah. i'm going to be a millionaire " but Deluc was left with questions "So how . . do we find this bag " Diego smiled that looks like the Cherise cat "It's inside the monastery "

" FREEZE " Ichabod said to them as he points his gun at them "Hands where i can see'em " he wasn't joking "What the F*ck did where this piece of Sh*t came from "Diego said to his subordinates while his hands are high in the air "I don't know boss i ain't no Psychic " said Roberto causing Salvador to heat up "Great. This Bullsh*t i tell you. BULLSH*T We where about to get richer then you guys have to not notice there was a F*cking cop over there " Ichabod was just standing there still pointing his gun at them but can hardly contain his laughter "Jeez boss. you had the same temper my niece had when she played that pink girl in some movie with a guy wearing green spandex "Deluc said "Ok enough. You guys are under arrest for the crimes of murder, piracy, drug selling and crimes against the peace "Ichabod said to them but his words were directed to Salvador Torres "Damn boss that's a lot of offenses "Deluc said "Would you please shut up "He spat at him, Diego then lowered his hand a little bit "FREEZE Diego "He then quickly put his arm back up " I'm just getting my cellphone " Both Moritz and Sanchez looked at him funny "What for? "Ichabod asked, ready to pull the trigger "So i can call my lawyer " Ichabod gave a 'What' look. then Moritz showed a gun and fired at him but Ichabod barely dodge it by barrel rolling towards the some cover and ran towards the hole "Nice job Moritz way to get my gun of my pocket " Moritz then gave the gun to Diego and said "That's why they gave the name 'The hand' boss " He then chuckles

"Alright. Cop show yourself " Ichabod was behind the wall he was holding his shoulder which was bleeding "Dammit. i got distracted " he then heard footsteps near him and quickly stood up and ran. "So the bast*rd got wound " Diego examined the blood "Split up and we can find the rat faster"

Analise glided through the crowd, admiring the effects of her meddling. She had an order to fulfill - chaos. She relished in the manipulation of emotions, taking advantage of typical human behaviors. With her petite - yet humanoid - appearance, she was able to fit into the mob perfectly. The Monastery had been smoldering, attracting more than just crowds of concerned humans. She had occupied her time gathering intel, spreading doubt and rash decision making among those gathered with a simple brush of her shoulder. She knew her superior would be cross with her, but she had dared not return empty-handed. Hiding among the shadows, she watched as the riot unfolded, chance meetings unraveling. With a curt nod and a sly grin, she shouldered her bow and quiver of arrows as she returned to her boss.
* * *
She entered the conference room on light feet, able to remain silent. Ignoring the others present, she approached Alphus with a mischievous smile, her hands clasped in front of her. Her voice was quiet and calming, though her intentions were quite the opposite. She addressed her superior with a cordial tone: "I apologize for my absence, Alphus. Though I think you will be pleased. I may have - encouraged - some reckless human behavior to liven up the riots. Police are running blind, trying to contain the mess. However, I thought you might need to know that the Celestials are inadvertently meeting. One by one, they are arriving on the scene, finding themselves interacting with one another under odd circumstances. I left just as a few of them - along with a curious human girl - found themselves staring down the barrels of guns, set up for questioning no doubt." She stood with her back straight and her head held high, prepared for her superior's words or punishment as he saw fit.

Tommin gasped in shock as his weapon discharged, especially seeing the bullet strike an innocent in the crowd. He strengthened his brow in fury, knowing the man who was referred to as 'Heru' was responsible. Before Tommin could react, the man had materialized next to him.

"Well....well...well your in quite a mess aren't you. I think it's time you realize that you're not like everyone else," the man said sinisterly in his ear. Tommin prepared to free himself from the grapple but let out a sharp cry of agony as every nerve in his body spasmed into shock. He dropped to his knees with a loud thud and through dazed vision saw the innocent bleeding out, his fellow officers being disarmed and wounded and, finally, the other man moving towards the girl Tommin had encountered earlier. His grunted and gasped as all of his body ached.

"You're going to regret this at some point..." Tommin groaned before he began to glow with a dusky orange aura.

His arm seemed to be charging, somewhat, before he lashed out, taking Heru's distraction as his opportunity. Striking Heru's knee with his forearm had a similar effect to striking it with a police truncheon, causing Heru to fall to the ground. Tommin knew his opponents were strong, likely stronger than him, they were trained in what they do. However, in his time as a police officer, negotiations had become second nature and now he had his bargaining chip. With lightning quick speed he pulled his second pistol out and rammed it onto the point of Heru's chest where his heart was, utilizing the fact he still had one round in the chamber, before his eyes flicked up to Gil.

"Okay, listen up, we're going to have ourselves a little deal. You release all of those officers and let them go free, they will do so on my command, and you allow me to call an ambulance for that woman over there - I think we all agree time is of the essence given what is headed this way from the monastery. In return, I won't drill a round into your friend's heart - and don't even think of trying to disarm me, I've augmented the firing pin - any attempt to tamper with the weapon will cause it go off and neither of us want that. From there, we're going to go to a safehouse of mine - nobody knows of it, not even the police - and you can explain to me all the things I should apparently know. You know as well as I do that something isn't right here and something other than death is dogging our footsteps. We can work past this, we can put behind us all sins committed today and work together to solve this. All I need is your...ungh...consent."

Tommin's eyes turned slightly desperate and his arms began to shake a little as the aches in his body climbed to a tipping point. If he didn't negotiate a deal before then, he would collapse, and the gun would likely go off, any form of movement would cause the gun to go off.

He began to mumble lightly to himself, "Entire and whole and perfect; the service of my love..." He seemed to be using the words as a way to steady himself while he awaited the trio's response.

The motorcycle's constant roar echoed of the buildings as it grew ever closer to its destination. The rider was faceless thanks to his helmet. Behind him sat a figure who clasped his side with one tight arms while holding a page-boy cap with the other hand. This passenger, outfitted with short hair, trousers, and a shapeless jacket could have been a boy to any casual observer – present company included – but was in fact a woman.

Constance continued trying to keep hold of her flaccid cap while hoping she wouldn't be sorry she hadn't substituted it for a helmet. Not that her impromptu ride had had one to offer. She also did her best to keep hold of her emotions. This close to another person, it was hard to contain the swirl that went through her. The worst had been on the highway when they passed the car full of beautiful girls and her driver took notice. She was grateful when the wind picked up, for it gave her at least some relief as an outlet. She just hoped they'd reach their destination soon so that she could once again regain distance.

The motorcycle slowed when they entered the city. It had no choice. Even well after dusk, traffic was a nightmare. Eventually, the bike was forced to stop all together.

"Lo siento," said the rider. "This is as far as I go."

Constance swung her leg over the bike, stepping onto the curb. "No problem. Thanks for the ride, mate."

Without any hesitation, Constance shouldered her messenger bag and started running right into the heart of the city while lightning flashed above. It had taken her all day to get here from Orleans, though she'd left the moment she saw the news. She just hoped she wasn't too late.

Selina the Sirent of the North/ Scenery Change
Death began to make his move as the bullet flew through the crowd. He slowly but surely advanced toward them looking at his list. The time was approaching midnight. The crowd was heavy and police presence was beefed up. A loud scream rang out as someone looked on in horror at some one being shot. "O....Oh my God some one call an ambulance!" A man screamed out whilst he was kneeling next to the victim. The crowd dispersed almost instantly when another person went down. "Somebody help! somebody else went down!" Another bystander bellowed running over to the woman. Death was close in proximity and the storm was raging. Lightning dancing through out the night sky and thunder cracking as the wind violently blew. Phone service and other electrical devices went out and the presence of Death had come upon the area ready to take out his duty.

*Press Play* The atmosphere once again changed, this time not physically. It seemed as though all sounds in Barcelona were put on mute. All except a woman humming a tune. Upon hearing the tune death immediately paused. The sound seem familiar to him. The woman that was shot began getting up off the ground. The wind began to come to a light breeze and the lightning started to slow down. The area of time around her had stopped and none of the people seemed to be moving. As the humming continued a faint smell of lavender piggy backed on the movements of the wind blanketing the area.

Looking in the direction of Death himself, the woman announced to him softly but firm; "You sir have no business here. The casualties here tonight were a mistake, so leave." She then turned her back to him looking in the direction from where the bullet came. Advancing toward that direction she softly barked, "How reckless young man.....How dare you flick the bullet in a random direction." She then held her finger out and the wind wrapped around it whilst she continued, "Into the air would have been fine, but in the direction of those you were meant to protect?" After saying such she peered over to Gil and continued with a more aggressive tone, "And you sir....using your abilities to cause harm on those of the innocent?" She then slowly advanced more and added, "This is not angelic behavior, what would your predecessors think of this hmm?" She shook her head in disappointment and continued to hum.

Death turned around and headed back to where he came. He wouldn't leave empty handed so he took those who looked weak and were broken down from sorrow. "We will meet once again." He announced as he vanished. She nodded in agreement as he exited the area. She then hummed a tune while waving her hands to her side manipulating the soundwaves into an image of both their Grandfather. Looking over her shoulder she remarked, "Shame on you two..." She waved her hands once again making the image disappear. Looking at the man lying on the ground she demanded, "No sense in trying to mask yourself demon I know of your presence. It's best you leave or you will find out what it means to deal with me." The man quickly stood up grinning. He slowly turned around wiping the grin off of his face and vanished as if he was made out of smoke. After the event her lavender smelling aura started to fill the air.

Turning around back toward everyone else she softly commented, "I am a Virtue ranked angel and I go by the name of Selina. I am the Siren of the North and I am the Way of Peace." Looking at Heru at gunpoint she made her way toward the officer. She layed out her hand and snapped her fingers causing the gun to fall apart. She continued over to the officer and softly touched his shoulder. She reassuringly murmured the words "It's ok...no need to feel desperate these are your allies and they will be the ones to help you." Her touch alone reversed the affects of Heru immobilizing ability. "More will soon come at the sound of my voice." She added as she closed her eyes. Selina began to hum a tune to the aura's of the other beings. Doing this will cause the beings to come. In the same breath she showed up the same breath she left humming. Causing the storm to calm down to a a light thunder, little bit of lightning, and a small gust of wind. "I'll be back for the ones I call my allies." She remarked. She stopped and looked at Hadley and smiled then continued walking disappearing into the night. Releasing the time hold and resuming what was going on. The crowd fell off few by few as midnight approached. Will she be what the angels need to come together? Who was that demon she was referring to? Stay tuned and see...

The summons were silent to the outside ear but to Azimuth, it was deafening. Demons and dark entities were swarming and he could feel the hive mind that accompanied the influx of darkness. They were hungry for chaos, which was invigorating for Attachment's subordinate. His thin lips twitched into a slight grin.

"We may want to pick up the pace a little," he suggested to Lucius, an edge to his tone. "It sounds like this might be an important meeting."

The girl gasped softly watching this beautiful woman speak such words of harmony. She noticed the woman humming a warm tune and she could feel it flow through her ears. The woman stated that these people fighting which each other were allies,

Allies? But they were fighting just a moment ago? The girl questioned herself. She was confused with a lot of things but, this just puzzled her even more. She noticed that the woman stopped for a moment and looked at the girl between the fight of these beings. She could tell she was just a human, but everyone, even the strange woman had an interest with her. Maybe, just maybe, she wasn't just a normal being and the girl couldn't sense it.

Crystal gulped, she heard the woman, and she knew she would have to confront the other ones. She looked in front of her and saw them in awe watching the woman leave. Tightening her grasp on her hammer she took a big step forward and the another. She felt their auras coursing through her veins and she knew they were the ones. Crystal's family ring began to grow a soft blue glow as she moved closer. There was no stopping it now and she had to take reasonability, and do what she must. She looked down and put up her hood with her other hand as she fully walked over to them and stood next to the officer. Crystal soon felt the feeling that she felt with the man she encounter this day and began to speak,

"I heard you called.." She looked out the hood with her piercing red eyes...

Wasp, gold
Keelie wandered into the conference room, idly admiring her newest trinket; a beautiful teardrop emerald. Turning it happily in her hand to watch the light reflect off the stone, Keelie caught sight of the gathering beyond.

"Huh? Where...?" She looked around confusedly for a few moments before her green eyes cleared. "Oh, yes, I remember! Have any of you seen--."

The glimmer of necklace, shining from a nearby neck caught her eye. "Oh, how beautiful!" She crafted a simple illusion to mimic it around her own throat. "What was I..? Oh, yes! Has Greed made it in yet? I was summoned, apparently, Vivi is gone... wasn't given details, though. Oh, wait! Yes, something about an amusement park...? Coffee? Maybe she was allergic to coffee! No, that wasn't it.." Keelie moved closer to the demon with the necklace, and realized it adorned the neck of a Pride demon, a Snake.

She was well within reach, but the challenge may not be worth it this time. The illusion began to form around the other demon's neck, but Keelie was distracted once again by something in her own hand. What a pretty emerald. When did I get this? I'm glad it's mine. So pretty. Where am I? OH! The meeting! "Has anybody seen Greed?"

Constance slowed to a stop when she heard the low tune. She allowed herself to bend at the waist for a moment, hands on her knees as she puffed deep breaths into her burning lungs. The song resonated strongly with her until she felt that her very bones were vibrating with it. She took her had off and used it to wipe her forehead. Then, tucking it into her belt she started running again, somehow even faster than before, fueled by the otherworldly melody. She didn't even know where she was going and yet soon found herself turning a corner and finding the quieted chaos that surrounded the ruined monastery.

"Oh, God," she said when she saw the wreckage. She'd seen the news reports, but to see the monastery up close was a blow she didn't understand.

Hadley stared wide eyed as she watched the entire scene unfold. She watched as the shadows Gil summoned disarmed the men, as well as Heru's bold display. All too quickly an innocent woman, a bystander, was shot in the chest and fell to the ground like a bag of potatoes.

Something caught her attention towards the roof of the monastery. She could hardly see it, but a silhouette of a large figure became present in between the lightning flashes. He seemed to be creeping closer. Hadley's heart began to race. Something wasnt rignt about this creature as her pendant began burning as if it were on fire. There was some sort of sense of urgency. This figure was getting closer, and seemed to be headed in the direction of the fallen woman. Without thinking, Hadley lept towards the woman and threw herself to her knees by the woman's side. She was bleeding out too fast. The strange creature loomed closer as a chill ran up her spine. Quickly, she jumped on the side of the woman that was closest to the figure as to be a shield between the two. The blood continued pouring out needlessly. She threw her hands over the wound as an attempt to stop the bleeding. Why was no one else seeing this figure looming closer? She turned her glance to Gil and Heru. They saw him. She could tell by the look on thier face.

Suddenly, the woman whom had been shot began to rise. Hadley nearly jumped out of her skin as she backed up towards her allies. "What the-!!!" She exclaimed. There was a soft music that seemed to envelop them in an overwhelming sense of peacefulness. The strange woman sent the creature away who seemed all too unhappy about it. She then turned her attention to the two men and really let them have it. Hadley couldn't help but stifle the smallest smile across her lips. It was nice to see Heru getting chewed out for a change.

Just like that the woman started off, but just before she made her leave she stopped to smile at her on her way out. She liked this woman of peaceful energy. Her necklace was back to it's normal ways which helped Hadley to relax. Standing to her feet she looked around at the situation begore them. They were surrounded by the police. "I'm pretty sure I'm going to lose my visa..." she mumbled under her breath.

A girl that Hadley had noticed earlier in the crowd began walking towards them. It was hard to miss her as she was holding a sledgehammer behind her back. The pendant around her neck gave off the same energy as when she met Gil and Heru for the first time. The cop who seemed to get all of Heru's attention, in a negative light, also gave off this energy. She was not afraid of these two. Looking to the girl again she smiled as a peace offering. This girl was to be trusted.

She turned her attention back to the cop, hoping the strange woman of peace had ended the violence that engulfed the streets. Hadley looked down to her hands. They were covered in blood. But why?! That lady got up and walked away. Why am I still covered in her blood? She asked herself. Discreetly, she rubeed the back of her hands off on her jeans.

As the tension running throughout all of Tommin's body was released by the angel, he let out a loud gasp of relief before dropping fully to the floor. His breathing was heavy and fast but he managed to bring it under control, restoring it to regularity. The melody and words that left her lips befitted her being, they were angelic and soothed him to no end. However, as quickly as she arrived, she was gone. Tommin's eyes were closed when he heard the words,

"I heard you called.."

I recognize that voice...

He looked up to see the girl from earlier standing over him. "It's you..." he said in a quiet, yet happy, tone before sitting up sharply to get an awareness of his surroundings. He looked around at Heru and Gil and finally Hadley. He furrowed his brow slightly,

"We may be be allies, but I'm still going to get you back for that...whatever it was..." His serious complexion melted to a more relaxed one before he continued, "But first, I think you owe me some answers."
