I have a question, though. What exactly does this event contain, and will there be Victorian outfits?

I know, right? I'm pretty sure which character I'm going to use, but I don't know if I need to tweak things about her to fit the event XD

Yes I know all I am thinking is how I am going to do this character maybe we can work on something together yeah?
