_______ and _____ are sister who live together in a small apartment building by themselves since their mother and father died in a car accident a couple weeks before their 16th birthday. The eldest girl named ______ has a crush on this boy from her old school where she is going to stay at before her 17th birthday. One night the younger sister comes home with bruises and scars on her face, arms and neck and the older sister wondering what happened to her. The little sister explains that the people at school beat her up because of her having a crush on her older sister. What will happen to the sister will the eldest go with her true love or will she fall in love with her sister.

_____ is the leader of the cheerleading squad and the president of the whole school, you would think her life is perfect but it isn't. This girl has been getting beaten and raped by her boyfriend and a couple of his friends. One night the girl decides to end her life by jumping off one of the tallest building in the school until she is saved by the new girl named ________ who tells her not to end her life. What will happen to these two will they fall in love or leave each other alone

Her mother stood in front of her a paper fan in her hand fanning off the humid air that had begun to come pouring through one of the open windows, it was mid summer a rare time for her to be at home. Normally around this time she would have started her Miko torēningu or her priestess training but since her grandmother's death, her mother had decided to teach her some more traditional tasks that she would need before she would become wed. "A woman's voice must be soft and gentle, she must whisper behind her husband back, or say rude things to the company he keeps, she must not be boastful or loud and keep her thoughts to herself." her mother said her voice bouncing off the resounding walls. Sayuri out a little sigh wondering when this lecture would be finished, so she could go outside and see the cows and the horses and perhaps in the back of her mind, see the men who were coming back from working in the field.

In the beginning Sayuri wanted to be nothing more then a proper maiden, but after her grandmother had taken her away from her small village and into the strange foreign countries, she wanted to see more of the world and hoped one of the other villagers might be able to take her there. "Sayuri." her mother's voice said angrily snapping her out of her pleasent daydream and she winced as her mother slapped her arm with the back of the stick causing small red welts to appear on her arm. "Are you paying attention to me?" her mother asked her dark brown eyes glaring into her soul. "Yes, Haha." she said softly as she allowed her eyes to look up at her mother and meet her gaze. Her mother sighed deeply knowing that her daughter wasn't and was too busy daydreaming of spending life outside of the village, "You may go now, Kotori." her mother said smiling as she patted Sayuri's arm before watching her as she left the room and walked outside into the open world.
