rain drops dripped down off the branches, splashing as they hit the ground.
her dark green eyes watched as each one of the small pellets of water made contact with the ground.
".....i wish, i could forget..."

she let out sighing as she thought back to her previous life.
seeing a circle of Friends all laughing and pushing each other playfully, was just one of many blurry images running through her mind.
tear could not produce even if she wanted them too.
she didn't feel much different then a zombie or a ghost.
Honestly what was the difference?
she travels alone and feels nothing.
but why?
why keep moving when there is no were to go?
no one to see.
and most importantly, no one she could ever truly trust.
she shoved her head into her knees, trying her best to suppress the memories eating away at her.

letting out a very long and tired sigh, Nina picks herself up and starts walking further into the woods.
with each step she took, her past and regrets followed right along.

that day...
was it possible to forget such a tragic event in someones life?
probably not.
was it the right decision?
who knows.

all she did know was the facts.
she was alone, hungry, tired, and running out of supplies.
