HISTORY
Born the youngest of three children, his family immigrated from Sezozapa making Xio the first of his siblings to be on in Cervia. Growing up Xio felt out of place with all his female peers, as he got older and started going through puberty, he felt even more uncomfortable with his developing body. To make matters worse from the time he was 7 Xio was painfully aware of the Circle system and his social standing. When he was 8 years old Xio started drawing and it became a coping mechanism for him, and he eventually developed his skills. At the age of 10, his mother who was a spell-caster began training him in the art of Spirit Magic, it was here when Xio developed his second passion which was magic.


Flashforward five years later a fifteen-year-old Xio finally comes out as trans after two years of already knowing but staying in the closet. Upon coming out of the closet Xio made a lot of friends who were also part of the community and started building on his social skills. Unfortunately, things would quickly go wrong.


One summer night, a seventeen-year-old Xio attended the Carnival with some friends. Eventually, he separated from his friends to go to the bathroom, where unbeknownst to him, he was followed by a vampire who recognized him from school. Once alone, the vampire attacked him from behind and proceeded to feed on Xio against his will. Thankfully someone walked in just in time to save him from being drained, next thing he knew he woke up in the hospital with his frantic parents sitting by his side. The rest of that summer, Xio was terrified of leaving his house, eventually, news of the event would resurface. Once the school year, Xio started noticing how people looked at him and the names he would get called, eventually it went from gossip and rumors to full-on harassment both online and in real life. Once he graduated high school he left to live in Black City to go to college, and only visits back home for Holidays.


The new environment gave Xio a fresh start, he was able to seek therapy for his trauma, as well as make friends who shared similar experiences as him.

Micah grew up in an orphanage knowing almost nothing about his parents except that their last name was Ramos. While in this orphanage he was a victim of all kinds of abuse. Around the age of 10, Micah realized he was trans, but he still wasn't open about it, so he started stealing clothes that didn't fit any of the other boys anymore and started wearing them. At 14, he officially started presenting as male. While it didn't affect the mistreatment he received from the orphanage staff anyway, it made him a target for mistreatment from the boys at the orphanage. One night he snuck past his bedtime to get a snack and he was discovered by one of the boys, who grabbed him from behind before saying he wanted to show Micah, "what a real man does". What happened next is something he doesn't like talking about. Once he was back in his room, he bawled his eyes out. Knowing he wasn't gonna be believed if he spoke about it, he decided to run away.

Eventually, he ended up in Oria City where he was adopted by a fae gang leader named Thomas, who taught him how to steal and defend himself, as well as paying for the boy's top surgery and medical transition. Throughout his teenage years, Micah could do almost anything he wanted, as he was the adopted son of one of the most feared men in Oria City, and no one wanted to mess with him. That immunity would last, at 17, Thomas died in a car crash, leaving the gang without a leader and a notable target on his back. In turn, Micah decided to take over the gang, and rename it the Black Cats.​
