Agents and Allies Roster
[tabs]
[tab= Agent Emilia Bachmeier]
A member of Arcadia for some time now. We picked up after she developed a mutation, causing her to gain powers that she wasn't born with. With the ability to control and inject certain viruses, among other things, into electronics she will no doubt be useful in this new, technological world. She has high approval ratings with the higher ups, but shows signs of mistrust and displeasure towards other mutants.
[/tab]
[tab= Agent Naomi "Zero" Swift]
Naomi was picked up once we discovered Emilia Bachmeier developed a mutation after the Mount Kilauea eruption in 2018. While at first it seemed Miss Swift didn't develop any powers, eventually the scientists discovered her blood-tasting abilities. She chose to become a solider shortly after.
She was a tough cookie to crack, but after
training and some mind-altering tests, she is a skilled Agent for the Division, and a near perfect example of a model soldier.

[/tab]
[tab= Agent Haldor "Björn" Thurmon]
Born and raised in Europe, Haldor soon moved to the States after his mother was expecting a second child. His teenage years in the states weren't exactly pristine and he was in and out of school. He got his life together however, and joined the U.S military. He even worked his way up to Gunnery Sergeant by the age of twenty four. He was station in Afghanistan, when multiple IEDS went off right by his compound. It was reported he was caught in the blast, and he attempted to heal using his mutant abilities to heal other wounded soldiers. This was the first time the States learned of Haldor's superhuman abilities, and they promptly brought him into service.
Since he was admitted into Arcadia, he has been a model soldier and a valuable member to the organization, and was even deemed fit to lead a squad into missions.

[/tab]
[tab= Detective Vector "Arachnoid" Anderson]
Tech savoy and persistent, Anderson is the youngest Detective ever allowed on the Peacekeepers force. While he doesn't have any exceptional combat skills, the tech he comes up with is impressive. Arcadia has been wanting to get their hands on one of his XS Spider Drones to replicate the technology. Recently stationed in New Angeles on his first job, tracking down a mutant that killed a Fire W@LL hacker, and destroyed public property in the process.
[/tab]
[tab= Emmett Everett]
A detective with an unknown, and mysterious past. Arcadia has little information on his child hood. Emmett is known as one of the worlds top detectives, and is on par (or better) than the Peacekeeper detectives. Emmett gained world wide recognition after Hawkins Massacre, a case that stumped any detective that worked it. Emmett solved it in two days.
While most of Emmett's worked is done as a freelance Detective, Peacekeepers do hire him on to solve dangerous or to train new detectives.

[/tab]
[tab= Maxine Clermont]
Maxine Clermont's abilities manifested at a very early age. The first incident of her powers occurred in the dead of night, and ended up with the deaths of two children and one of the wards. Alias quickly took the child into custody to study and discover the limits of her abilities. When they couldn't determine the limit of their powers, she was handed over to Arcadia. They placed the young child in the care of two operators, both acting as her parents in an experimental study. They are raising her on Arcadia ideals and principles, molding her to become the future face of the Division.
[/tab]

[/tabs]
Convicts and Civilian Character Roster
[tabs]
[tab= Ashley "Neon" Coleman]
She developed her powers at eleven years old. Arcadia originally planned on inserting her into the Division, but Alias picked her up before hand. Every other month she is scheduled to come in and preform low intensity tests to help and understand her ability better. She works at a Starbucks in New Angeles.
Her father has suspected ties to Furor. To what extent we don't know.

[/tab]
[tab=Lepton Seamyar]
Former scientist and professor, Lepton Seamyar was apart of the Calendar Initiative board of specialists. Lepton was also the head researcher for the January Study, the infamous test that went horribly wrong and ended with several people dead. Shortly after Lepton resigned from the program. While most aren't sure, its believed that Lepton had someone in the program he was close to, but died in the incident.
Lepton started popping up again, not as a researcher but as a surgeon and cybernetic repairman for criminals and others in the underground scene, where he earned the nickname "Clockwork".

[/tab]
[tab= Convict 964: Keenan Ford]
Keenan Ford is a prime example of what can happen when mutants aren't in Arcadia control. Keenan hid his powers from the government, and it was later discovered other members in his squad knew of his abilities. Those that survived an attack in Niger were punished accordingly.
After an injury, it was discovered that Ford was infact a superhuman.
Transported to the Eastern Arcadia facility, Ford went through extensive mental and physical programs. Despite all this, Keenan remained strong will. He tried escaping several times, when it was decided it was a lost cause. He was given the number 964, and stripped of his former name. He was to be transported to a Supermax Mutant Prison in Washington. Something caused his absorbed cuffs to go haywire, and he proceeded to kill three guards, before escaping the convoy. That was 72 hours ago, and the hunt is all but over.
Agent Cutlass, with a capturing task force, tracked and has cornered 964 in New Angeles.

[/tab]
[tab= Elijah "Reaper" Brandt]
A free lance mercenary and assassin. Elijah had former ties to both the Hounds of Wrath and Shade, before he left for assumed personal reasons. He was one of the test subjects for the Calendar Initiative, and one of the few survivors of the explosion of the Calendar Solar Station. The Serum that courses through his body grants him immensely powerful physical attributes, heightened senses, and a strong healing factor.
The more his adrenaline is going, the stronger he gets and the fast he heals, but his mind deteriorates and can leave him in a mindless rage. Wanted in countries across the world, and Arcadia wants him in custody to run tests. Preferably alive.

[/tab]
[tab=January McKennon]
McKennon joined the Calendar Initiative as a test subject for, ironically enough, the January Test. She was linked to the death of a scientist, as well as having a romantic relationship with another scientist, before trying to pry information from his mind to escape the Solar Base.
She failed, as was kept on the base until the explosion in June 2025
When back on Earth, Doctor Micheal Fairfield brought her into the Arcadia program. During her training and time spent here, her powers grew greatly. She was also deemed more dangerous. In 2028, Mckennon escaped from Arcadia with the help of an unknown woman, which Arcadia now believes is Riley Arondottir.
Since her escape from Arcadia, Jan has been a runaway convict, and has been a step ahead of Arcadia. Sources believe she has ties to Furor.
[/tab]
[tab= Riley "Jinx" Arondóttir]
Arondottir was struck by a drunk drive, and admitted to a hospital. Although she survived, she had no memories of her life before the accident. After some time in the hospital, no one claimed her. She was a mystery. She was allowed to leave to leave the hospital after being cleared.
In 2021, Arondottir was accepted to become a test subject for the March Cyber-Human Test for the Calendar Initiative. After minor implants, her body mutated due to the trauma and she developed psychokinetic abilities. The heads of the Calendar Initiative allowed her to stay aboard the ship to finish her tests, along with practicing her new abilities. She was deemed the only success of the March Cyber-Human Tests.
After surviving the explosion of the Solar Base, Riley returned to Earth and began a business venture as a Private Eye. During this time, Arcadia believed she was working under anther guise, Jinx. They had no concrete evidence on her, so they couldn't act.
In 2026, she single-handedly killed the fourth Shadow of Shade, a man Arcadia had been hunting for months. It's rumored that she killed the man for his cybernetic eye, but these are simple rumors. Since the death of the former fourth Shadow, Jinx took his place and is now a prominent member of Shade.
[/tab]
[tab=Alexandra "Alex" Morris]
Born to a seemingly normal family, Alex lived a normal life for a short time. Her powers developing at a young age, D.E.E.R immediately initiated her into their programs to help her understand and control her abilities. When she was of age, she joined up with their armed forces. Morris worked as a member of their espionage and surveillance force for several years.
Her last mission ended in shambles. Her and her partner were sent to a small village near Russia, where they encountered the enemies in their base. After fighting them off for a short time, both DEER agents were knocked unconscious.
D.E.E.R managed to retrieve Alex, but they never disclosed any more information on the mission, to Arcadia or to Alex. After this failed mission, Alex resigned from D.E.E.R and move to the States.
[/tab]
[tab= Lucian Slyfield]
Lucian's father work for Arcadia since the start of the Division. Lucian was quickly implemented into Arcadia programs when his powers developed, where he trained as a soldier, and a specialist in capturing extranormals using non-lethal means.
He was sent to the Calendar Initiative to work as protection on the Space Station. His father was sent as a scientist. Aboard the space station, his father was killed by one of the January test-subjects. He began questioning himself, and Arcadia. He requested to return home to Earth, which was granted, but he quickly went off radar.
Since then he has radicalized, many encounters with him have led to Arcadia to believe he thinks that extranormals are superior to humans. He has ties with Furor, but doesn't seem to be directly apart of Purifiers inner-circle.
[/tab]
[tab=Evelyne Montavon]
An exceptional D.E.E.R agent, Eve specialized in intelligence and espionage. She comes from a wealth robotics family, and thus has always had a love for technology. She was apart of the Belarus Incident, and for a time was believed dead by the hands of Furor.
It wasn't until Arcadia found footage of her working along side Furor, and when questioned about it, D.E.E.R denied to give them any information.
Arcadia has deemed her wanted, and has heard rumors of her operating in the US. They're keen on bringing her in alive, both for her intelligence on Furor and her robotic expertise.

[/tab]
[tab= Eliza Nizan]
Working with D.E.E.R when she turned eighteen, Eliza was an efficient soldier and teacher for younger children. She pushed the children, but did develop connections with them through hard work.
At the age of twenty three, she transferred over to Arcadia. She honed her skills as a soldier even further with the Division, and excelled in solo-operations.
While a good soldier, her morals were in question. She was scheduled for a mental training exercise, but quickly deserted Arcadia and taking up a position with the Hounds, taking with her information.

    Elijah Brant
    Reaper
    Gender:

    Male
    Age:
    37
    Height:
    6'3
    Weight:
    240 pounds
    Brief Description:
    Brant has long, graying hair that goes down to his shoulders and any pictures or videos of him without his helmet reveal an equally graying, and unkept beard. He has hazy grey eyes, a product of the June Serum that runs through out his body.
    His body is fit and cut, due to the years spent as a soldier, mercenary, and assassin. Despite having years of combat experience, he doesn't have any scars or wounds on his body, another product of the June Serum.
    No piercings or tattoos.

    Sexuality:
    Straight, but he doesn't seem too interested in relationships after the death of his wife.
    ~~~
    Nationality:
    German-American
    Though his parents were both German, they came to the Americas looking for work.
    Occupation:
    Past Occupations:
    Former United States Soldier
    Former Calendar Test Subject: June Serum Specifically
    Former Mercenary of the Hounds of Wrath, Specifically of Canine Rank
    Briefly spent time as a Shade
    Current Occupation:
    Freelance Gun for Hire
    Despite having ties and connections to multiple mercenary and assassin organizations, he rarely stays with one group to long. Instead he prefers to work alone, and rarely accepts contracts that force him to work in a group.
    As a Freelancer he works by his own code of conduct. He prefers to not kill most woman, and refuses to kill children.
    Affiliated Groups:
    Hounds of Wrath: Canine Status
    After the disaster at the Calendar Initiative Solar Base, Elijah left the United States and cut ties with anyone in there. Going under the guise of Reaper, he went to Australasia and signed up with the mercenary group, the Hounds of Wrath. Reaper quickly went up the ranks in the Hounds, excelling in the tense combat situations and coming out of every operation unscathed. He was briefly a bodyguard for the Hounds Leader, Leon Mayer. Suddenly Elijah disappeared from their ranks sometime, the reason is unknown to Arcadia or Alias.
    While working under the Hounds of Wrath, Arcadia didn't know it was Elijah Brant. It originally thought he was hiding off the grid to sulk and grief.
    Shade
    Reaper reappeared some time later, taking contracts as a Shade. Based off information gathered by Alias, he didn't try to hard to climb the ranks, and focused solely on completing tasks to hunt down United States officials and businessmen.
    His time as a Shade was short lived, after a close encounter with one of Arcadia's agents, it was revealed Reaper was really Elijah Brant. Brant was put on an international watch list. Shortly after this Brandt seemed to cut ties with Shade, where he became a free lancer.
    Brief Backstory:
    Born in Los Angeles, Elijah was the son of two German immigrants that came to America looking to make a new name for themselves. His father was a scientist on the verge of discovering a break through on a vaccine that could regenerate cells similar to the way a lizard can grow a new tail. However he lacked funding, and applied to several Labs world wide before being accepted to a newer company, Welison Bio-Corp.
    When Elijah was Twelve, the Ground Zero event took place and destroyed the city. His father died from the Welison building collapsing. He didn't harbor a grudge however, and in the coming years was fascinated with Superhumans.
    He joined the U.S marines for a short time, showing off his combat skills and being successful in many aspects. In 2013, the Calendar Initiative formed and he volunteered himself to be tested on.
    ~~~~
    Elijah was brought in during the first half of the research period, as the last subject to test out the June Serum, a super soldier serum designed to give normal soldiers a fighting chance against superhumans.
    Nearly all the tests ran on the Calendar Solar Base had negative side effects, but the June Serum was seemingly one of the most promising. It seemed to slightly deteriorate his mind, and he was more aggressive and prone to violent outbursts. However his regenerative skills and superhuman attributes were spectacular.
    ~~~~
    It was during the three year period aboard the space research center he would meet his fiance, Jessica Diego. A woman who was aboard the Solar base to test out the May serum, along with her brother Sebastian Diego. The two quickly fell in love. Jessica developed the ability to harness darkness and weaponize it, while Sebastian was about to utilize light in a similar manner.
    ~~~~
    At the end of the three years, only two months before the first half of the Calendar Test Subjects would return to Earth, and the second half would travel to the Solar Base, the space station exploded. Sebastian was the source of the explosion, and though the footage was lost in the destruction, the majority of the scientist and test subjects were killed. Including Jessica Diego.
    ~~~~
    The death of Jessica marked the turning point in Elijah's life. He blamed everyone else for the misfortune that took away his would-be wife. This agitated state seemed to further deteriorate his mind, and he is a shadow of the man he used to be. He took up jobs as a Mercenary for several years, before joining up with Shade for a short few months.
    Once he learned of Sebastian still being alive and going under the guise Crusader, Elijah left the organization and started doing free lance work around the world. Sources believe his latest job is going to be in New Angeles.
    ~~~

    Hobbies:
    While Brants hobbies seem to include killing and fighting, when he was a test subject on the Lunar facility, he practiced playing the guitar during his free time.

    Talking to his former bunk mates in the military, Brant also enjoyed street racing and hunting.
    Skills:
    Brant is skilled in many combat aspects, but he excels in long rang combat. He is a skill sharp shooter, and his vision is increased further by the June Serum.
    That isn't to say he is helpless in close quarters. He is skilled in knife fighting and CQC. He is trained to disarm and take out enemies within arms length.
    Due to his hunting past time, he has also become a skilled tracker.
    His last notable skill is his ability to use various military grade vehicles, including but not limited too: helicopters, planes, tanks, and various high-tech equipment.

    Weaponry:
    Though he prefers marksman and sniper rifles, he has experience with nearly all weaponry.
    Cybernetics:
    Despite having access to cybernetics, Elijah has always insisted on using his own body instead of robotics.
    Abilities:
    The June Serum
    Elijah Brant was the sixth test subject out of twelve to participate in the Calendar Initiative. He was injected with a super soldier serum, nicknamed June, that increased his physical attributes, senses, and gave him an impressive healing factor.

    Positive Side Effects
    Increased strength, agility, speed, and endurance.
    Increased eye sight allowing him to hear farther, with more detail and pick up on faster moving objects.
    Increased hearing that allows him to hear quieter objects and longer distances.
    Nullified
    Pain Receptors.
    Advanced Healing Factor. He is able to recover simple wounds in seconds, bullet holes in minutes, and regenerate limbs in days. Its unsure if he can regenerate whole organs, and I'm sure he wouldn't want to find out.
    Negative Side Effects
    The serum isn't all positive.
    It had a negative impact on his taste buds, and now he cannot taste anything.
    Deteriorating
    Brain. The more his body regenerates from severe wounds, the more his mind starts to slip from him. Eventually it is believed he will go brain dead from regenerating too much.
    Mindless Rage. When his adrenaline is going, and his body is regenerating, he can sometimes slip into a rage. During this rage it seems he doesn't think rationally and he doesn't distinguish friend from foe.
    ~~~
    Weaponry:
    Knights Armament Company SR-27
    More advanced than the old SR-25 model, his SR-27 is equipped with an ACOG and reflex sight that allows him to use it in medium and close range encounters. He can attach a silencer to it, along with a grip, laser, and a flashlight.
    Remington-Rand M1911A1 .45 ACP Caliber Pistol
    An older, reliable pistol that still packs a punch to this day. He keeps two on him when he's out on missions, one on his waist and the other in a holster on his chest.
    Combat Knives
    He keeps two knives on his being as well, one on his forearm and another strapped to his leg for quick access incase an enemy closes the distance.
    Various Grenades
    Other Equipment
    He has a small stockpile of weaponry he can use depending on the job, ranging from SMGs to rocket launchers.
    Gear:
    While he doesn't have cybernetics, he does use high-tech gear to help get his objectives met.
    In either forearm gauntlet, is a wire cable that can support his weight and help him climb buildings or other tall objects. He can also use them offensively as weapons.
    His boots house jump boost that allow him to leap farther and higher.
    His visor houses several scanners that allow him to see heat signatures, night vision, or electronic signatures.
    Detective Vector Anderson
    Arachnid
    Gender:
    Male
    Age:
    25
    Height:
    5'12
    Weight:
    200 Lbs
    Brief Description:
    Vector has longish, curly hair that he tends to put up in a bun or ponytail. If he doesn't have a hair tie, his hair normally falls to the sides, or the front of his face where he tends to get annoyed by it. His beard is short and patchy in some places, but is complete for the most part. He has green eyes that appear brown in dark area.
    He is fitter than most people, but not defined. His muscles are hidden behind a small layer of fat, due to his unhealthy eating habits.
    He has various scars over his body, along with multiple tattoos.
    Sexuality:
    Straight
    Nationality:
    Born and raised in America, but he has heritage dating back to New Zealand and Britain.
    Occupation:
    Past Occupation
    Police Officer: At 18, Vector joined the San Francisco police academy, where he served as an officer for two years before heading overseas to apply to the PeaceKeepers. During his time with the force, he often butted heads with other officers he deemed "corrupt".
    Peacekeeper Soldier: He served the past Five years as an Enforcer, a standard Peacekeeper position. Though he applied initially for a Detective position, he was denied due to not having enough experience. He quickly climbed the ranks and gained the respect of other Peacekeepers, and has had unbelievable success. One such moment was at the Siege of Lagos, where Vector stayed behind so the rest of his team could escort several VIP's. Among them was Jessica Walsbee, the face of the Peacekeepers. Miss Walsbee personally promoted him to rank of Detective after he survived the battles to come.
    Current Occupation
    Vector has been assigned to New Angeles as a new Detective to the PeaceKeepers, where he awaits his orders.
    Affiliated Groups:
    Currently apart of the Peacekeepers
    Backstory:
    Born in a poor family in San Francisco. Vector was raised by a single mother who worked two jobs. His father was a former police officer, who died in a drug bust shortly after he was conceived. While his mother meant well, she rarely had the time to properly raise Vector, and couldn't afford a sitter, so as a young boy Vector learned how to be independent. Using his free time to read or play with insects, he had an isolated childhood. His mother became addicted to various medications, often taking pills to help with the pain of injury's or to stay awake after a long shift.
    He was bullied throughout middle school and high school for being poor, along with not having a father, and being a "nerd". He made plenty of friends in science clubs, drama, and classes in school. Outside of school, he rarely socialized however. At sixteen he got a job as a bus boy, to try and help his mother pay rent.
    He turned 18 the day before graduation, and had to go to the event alone, his mother working. That night, his mother overdosed.
    Loosing both parents to drugs, Vector had a personal vendetta against drug dealers, and drugs in general. He immediately joined the SFPD (San Francisco Police Department). For two years, he worked as a traffic cop, never being promoted past that due to him butting heads with some of the higher ranks. Vector new they were taking bribe money from drug dealers and gang members, and after confronting the chief about it, he was left with more flak than praise.
    Not seeing himself climbing the ranks any time soon, Vector applied to the Peacekeeper organization over sea's. Being accepted into it's training program, Vector quickly proved himself. Becoming the top cadet in his class, Vector was eager to prove himself. He graduated the training program in about 10 months. For the next few years he served in various places, mostly as a standard soldier and saw little action. He was active in the engineering department, repairing drones and vehicles. His free time was spent crafting and perfecting various gadgets creating the prototype version of "the Web Snare". While initially deemed unfit for field use by the Engineering department, he managed to convince them to allow.
    In 2028, Vector was hand picked to be apart of the Strike Team guarding Jessica Walsbee in Lagos by Lucas Macleod. After a failed assassination attempt on Jessica, and she insisted on staying in the city, Furor attacked the city in full force. In the height of the Siege, Vector offered to stay behind to cover the retreat of several VIP's. During this final stand, Vector managed to hold of several Furor members single handedly, before being beaten by Purifier and his circle.
    He was left for dead, both his arms being injured horribly beyond use during the battle. Miraculously, he survived, with two robotic arms. Jessica Walsbee personally promoted him to the rank of Detective, something unheard of due to his young age. He was assigned back in the states in the prospering city of New Angeles.
    Personality:
    Vector tends to have a rather positive and optimistic personality. He grew out of his introverted shell due to his time spent in the Peacekeeper training program, which helped his confidence greatly.
    His happiest moments are when discussing, or in the presence of technology; especially robotics and cybernetics.
    His angriest moments are when drugs are involved.
    Despite his newfound confidence, he still isn't to comfortable around girls. He often is nervous or hesitant around them, until he gets to know them.
    Hobbies:
    Since he was a child, Vector has enjoyed all sorts of electronic pastimes. He played video games, watched movies, and even studied robotics and technology books in his free time. When he isn't on a computer, he often is tinkering with his gadgets in an attempt to further their effectiveness.
    He also has several pet spiders.
    Skills:
    While he is decent in combat, his true abilities shine in the world of electronics. He is a very skilled and effective hacker, and has helped trace members of Fire-W@LL who have attempted to hack into Peacekeeping networks.
    Despite his childish behavior and pastimes, Vector has always been considered quite brilliant. He has invented many gadgets and electronic tools that help capture or kill any he deems a threat to society.
    Combat Experience:
    He has been trained with pistols since his time at a police academy and seems to prefer the smaller fire arms opposed to the heavier grade weaponry the Peacekeepers possess. He isn't the worst shot with a rifle however, and can hold his own in a fist fight.
    Cybernetics:
    After retrieving his Cybernetic arm and hand after the Siege of Lagos, instead of sulking at his loss of limbs, Vector seemed happy to be connected to electronics more.
    His the bottom of his right fore arm houses an extendable blade. He has a monitor on the top of his right fore arm he uses to hack into networks, view and give commands to his various spiders.
    His left hand is used as a multi-tool of sorts, and has a wide variety of uses.
    Weaponry:
    All Times
    Glock 22
    A newer version of the classic Glock 19 or 17, the Glock 22 is reliable against modern body armor and provides a faster reloading system. Its strapped to his waist when in his combat gear, the Wolf Spider suit, but when in his every day gear he has it hidden beneath his suits coat.
    Combat Gear
    When Vector knows he will be expecting a dangerous fight, he equips more weaponry for the fight to come.
    Scorpion EVO Auto Pistol 2x
    While he keeps his Glock 22 on his waist, he keeps an extra two side arms with him. Either auto pistol is strapped on the sides of his torso.
    M4 Carbine
    His primary weapon, his M4 has a reflex sight, a quick ejecting magazine, a grip, and an optional silencer.
    Gear:
    Ball.jpg
    The ES Spider Drones
    Designed by Vector himself, these small robotic tools have a variety of modes and functions that help with utility and combat. It takes two or three small caliber bullets to take out these drones, but larger calibers easily destroy them. In Sphere mode the drones are capable of flight and are faster, at the cost of being more obvious and louder. In spider mode, the drones are stealthier and can blend in with whatever they are attached too.
    As stated in his "Cybernetics" portion of his profile, he controls them via a monitor that extends from his forearm. They also have a standard AI protocol to follow if he can't focus on his monitor.
    Flashlight
    The flashlight mode of the bots can light up an area as if it was a military grade flashlight. Bright enough to blind enemies. While in this mode, the drone tends to stay in a sphere and hover near Vector, until he tells it to travel elsewhere. In spider mode they act as flood lights.
    Stun-Mode
    In order to apprehend suspects, these drones can attach themselves to targets and send out high voltage electric currents that can render people unconscious and fry certain electronics. At range or in Sphere mode, the spiders can fire out metal wires that act as a stun gun.
    Mine Mode
    In spider mode, the drones lie in wait until an enemy gets to close, or Vector can remotely activate them. In Sphere mode they act more akin to grenades than mines, as they hurdle themselves towards enemies.
    Hacking and Surveillance Mode
    Able to hack into remote access ports or computers that are out of reach, Vector can control the drones to record information with hidden embedded microphones in the drones.
    Recording, Projecting, and Assist Mode
    Built in cameras allow for recording conversations or meetings, taking pictures, and other uses. The projecting mode allows him to project anything saved on his spheres in a 3D format. This is useful when it comes to blueprints or tricking enemies into thinking they see him.
    Finally assist mode is a simple voice recognition mode so he can issue a list of commands to the drone.
    Cuff Mode
    Working as Absorber Cuffs, the spider drones can cuff themselves around targets wrists or legs. A magnetic force pulls the drones together, and it effectively keeps the prisoners hands, legs, or both together.
    The Web-Snare
    Another tool of his design, the Web-Snare is a high tension wire mesh that is wound up into a impact grenade, or a self propelling mine. Once thrown or triggered, the Snare will momentarily come apart and wrap its around whatever it hits. Coated in a sticky substance, the more someone struggles the more the wire mesh sticks to them.
    In mine mode, the Snare resembles a cone with a red laser shining from it. Once the laser is tripped the snare fires out towards whatever triggered it.
    Outfit:
    th
    His urban fighting outfit, the Wolf Spider suit. His own design, and while the majority of the time he wears a button up shirt, dress pants and shoes, this is his preferred combat gear.
    The mask extends from his collar and allows him night vision, thermal vision, and electronic energy current vision. The Electronic Energy vision allows him to see traces of wiring and electric current through walls and floors. It also comes with a voice amplifier, so he can use it to speak unrestricted, and at times amplify his voice as if he was using a megaphone.
    He doesn't have a helmet, so he normally wears a dark cap to keep his hair from brushing in front of his face.
    Brief Description:
    Ashley has long, curly ombre hair that goes down to about chest level, though her natural hair color is brunette. Her skin tone is pale, but shows signs of slight tanning. She has green/blue eyes.
    She has a tattoo of a rose on her left rib cage, and a butterfly on the back of her right shoulder. She has both ears pierced in several places, along with a stud in her nose and belly button.
    Sexuality:
    Bisexual
    ~~~
    Nationality:
    American, born and raised in New Angeles
    Occupation:
    She recently graduated high school, and is now on the run.
    Brief Backstory:
    Ashley was born into a seemingly normal family in New York. She had her parents and her older brother.

    Her powers developed when she was 6, she developed her first ball of light when her night-light went out in the middle of the night. At first it frightened her parents, they were unsure of what to do with her. Initially they talked about sending her to Arcadia, to train and become a soldier. As long as they weren't responsible for her powers, they didn't care. The only one there for her during this time was her older brother. Ryan. He stood by her the entire side, even resenting and arguing with their parents when they spoke about sending her to Arcadia. He threatened to run-away if Ashley was ever sent off. Ryan was 16 at the time.

    Ashley has never been sure why they never sent her to Arcadia, but she always credited it to her brother. Personally she thought their parents wouldn't want to lose both of their children. She didn't blame her parents though. She understood she was different, and even at a young age knew what she could do, would scare people.

    Through out high school, Ashley was bullied for having abilities. She had problems making friends and problems at home. She often lashed out at her family, and spent most of her time alone. Talks with her older brother led her to taking kickboxing for self-defense, which helped with her confidence greatly. She found a group of friends in choir, and her life started to turn around.

    When she was sixteen, her brother was killed in a bank-robbery by a mutant. After the death of her brother, she quickly feel back into a pit of despair and sadness. Filled with anger an confusion, it reset all the trust she had in her life and she began questioning things. She resented her abilities and once again preferred to be alone. Getting into fights with her parents, friends, and others for the next few months, she was unsure of what to do with herself.

    After a while, she came to terms with her brothers death, and slowly started to get better. She looked towards the way he lived, and valued life once again. Her relationship with her friends and family was tarnished once again, and she felt like she gave her parents too many scares and emotional distress. Ashley moved away from New York across the country, to New Angeles so she could start anew.

    Hobbies:
    Ashley tries to keep herself busy at all times of the day, and has picked up many past times. In the past she enjoyed singing and skating, but in the past few years she has found new favorites.

    [FONT=Amaranth, sans-serif]She enjoys parkour, climbing, and graffiti buildings. While she hasn't been caught by the law yet, Arcadia keeps an eye on all superhumans, meaning they have a good chance of knowing her abilities.[/FONT]

    Skills:
    +Climbing and Parkour
    +Agile and Quick
    +Took two years of kick boxing
    +Practices her powers
    regularly
    Weaponry:
    She has never fired a gun, or used a knife outside of the kitchen.
    She knows how to ride a skateboard, bike, and has her drivers licenses.

    Superpowers:
    Hard-Light Manipulation
    Ashley developed the power at the age of 11, when she blocked a baseball hurtling at her by creating a small wall of neon-pink between her and the ball.
    She is able to construct this hard-light into any shape she desires, but the strength of the struct is depended on how focused she is on the structure. The calmer she is, the better together it holds. She also is able to shoot concentrated beams of light in an attempt to utilize this power offensively, however the more erratic and irritated she is, the more dangerous and uncontrollable her offensive abilities are.

    Hard-Light Generation
    It was initially believed Ashley was limited to the current light particles around her. In a simple test developed by Alias, it was discovered she actually had the ability to create light particles despite being in a pitch black room. While her structures and beams of light were weaker, they still formed and was sound.
    Outfit:
    ybKZF4ezAMU.jpg

    Ashley tends to wear skater type fashion in her everyday life.
    At night she wears dark hoodies, black pants and shoes. She wears a respirator painters mask, and a baseball cap to help hide her face and hair. This is her go to graffiti outfit.

    Gender:

    Female
    Age:
    27
    Height and Weight:
    5'5
    130 lbs

    Sexuality:
    Straight
    Nationality:.
    Italian
    Occupation:

    Currently Employed as a Canine for the Hounds of Wrath
    Brief Backstory
    Eliza has always been a drifter, never settling in one place for too long. A rebellious child raised in Italy, she moved out when she turned 18. She moved to Europe where she trained and worked with D.E.E.R for several years before growing bored. At the age of 23 requested a transfer over to Arcadia. Spending four years training and growing her skills as a soldier, she recently deserted from Arcadia and was picked up by the Hounds of Wrath, taking Arcadia secrets with her.
    Cybernetics:
    While Eliza has no external cybernetics, she does have a few internal ones.

    She has an Ocular implant that is linked to her gear, this allows her to "highlight" enemies and track their movement through walls, or behind cover. It can also detect electronic gadgets, including cybernetics. Infrared vision and Night vision are other modes her eye is capable of using.
    She has a Neural implant to help dampen her pain receptors. While not gone entirely, this allows for her to take more pain than the average person.

    Superpowers:
    Eliza's body houses three colorless and unique vapors that are released across her skin at will. These vapors fill the area around her, up to the size of the average apartment, before the vapors start to dissipate. While she can release the vapors at will, she can only release one at a time.
    Eliza is also immune to these vapors herself.

    Venom
    Pheromone
    Smells like flowers
    While not outright deadly, the Venom Pheromone slowly paralyzes anyone who breaths it it. The first minute it slowly starts to stiffen your muscles, making them uncomfortable to move.
    Minute two causes your joints to become rigid and hard to move.
    Finally, after three minutes of continuously breathing in the vapor, your body and muscles lock up completely.
    This gave her the nickname "Medusa".

    Enrage Pheromone
    Smells like
    cinnamon

    As the name implies, it slowly alters the mood of those that breath it in. While not particularly useful in a one-on-one encounter, when facing groups alone, Eliza can turn them against each other.
    The amount of time it takes for someone to get enraged by this pheromone, determines on their current mood and personality. Ranging from 1 minute, to ten minutes.

    Sluggish Pheromone
    Smells like lavender
    This calms the nerves of those around her. Those who breath it in for too long, tend to go into a "drug" like effect. Vision gets blurry, it's hard to stand up straight, and you're off balanced. First your body gets tired, and then your mind does. Eventually, after breathing in vapors for too long, you fall asleep.

    Ability Disadvantages:
    While a quick acting, effective tool in a range of scenarios, Eliza's ability isn't perfect.
    • It effects all those around her, not just her enemies. This means she often operates alone.
    • Her vapors require others to breath in to take effect. While one breath of it is enough to take hold, if someone is wearing a gas-mask it almost completely nullifies her effects.
    • She has to be moderately close to someone to use her ability effectively.
      Further more, if it's especially windy outside it can be hard for enough of the vapors to take hold.

    Occupation:
    D.E.E.R Agent
    Personality:
    A rather lazy and nonchalant attitude, Rex is only happy when he is asleep. When awake he has to be persuaded or forced to do things, and isn't too pleased when he has to do it. While he isn't forcefully rude, he isn't too nice either, and doesn't form too many friendships.
    Superpowers:
    Air Slashing:
    While he doesn't have total control over air, he has the ability to create quick, deadly slashes in the air that sent act like a whip. With a flick of his wrist, he can cut a wooden beam in two.
    Air Rotation:
    If he rotates his hands in circles, he can create tornado-like rotations. These stir up high winds and if someone is caught in one, they can be easily thrown to the ground.
    Air Eruption:
    This ability allows him to send a burst of air in any direction, the strength varying depending on Rex's mood. He can use it to knock things away from him, towards him, or out of the way.

    Ability Limitations:
    He either doesn't want to control it, or can't, and it's the reason he keeps his hands in his pockets. If he moves his hands too fast, he risks sending a slash through the air.

    His abilities aren't too effective against physically strong superhuman threats.

    Dislikes cybernetics and can't swim.
    Was trained by Eliza Nizan.

Species: Mutant
Means of Ability Acquirement: Environmental Mutation
Ability: Technology & Virus Telekinetics —

The power to create, shape, and construct technology with her mind. Can also interfere and manipulate viruses, malware, and research data to advanced degrees. Cannot control purely mechanical objects that do not possess electrical or ferrous components. Must be able to see the technology and its pieces as a whole; cannot operate from a distance if unable to clearly discern each component. If the technology is broken, too old, or damaged in the slightest, she cannot manipulate it.

The malware and viruses she can manipulate are limited to her knowledge of different ones. At this time, she is only able to send out spyware, ransomware, Trojan horses, and malware. Some viruses and malware may not be able to get past certain security measures and sometimes, depending on the complexity of the situation, the viruses and malware may not work in her favor.

Personality & Brief Bio:
The Kilauea eruption of 2018 changed Emilia forever. Most of the people she considered a friend died due to severe burning or being drowned in volcanic ash. She was left with an emotional and mental scar that would only be tamed by her best friend, Naomi. Emilia became distant for a while after the disaster, and while Kilauea still erupted strong and true, she went through a series of unpleasant physical, emotional, and mental changes in her body.

The unpleasant changes proved to be part of a scientific phenomenon that involved a chemical mutation which activated a technological ability unknown to Emilia. She was immediately registered and taken into a research facility operated by a government division called Arcadia. Emilia suffered greatly; the authoritarian style of the organization broke her down and built her back up through various means of psychological torture and brainwashing techniques.

Emilia hardened herself to the work. She became cold, cynical, and wary of others who were considered mutants. The main thing that Arcadia drilled into her was that she was not a mutant or a monster; she was a soldier, and soldiers fought for the greater good. They went to exceptional lengths to be a model citizen. Emilia has been part of Arcadia for eleven years now and has shown no signs of abandoning her duty to the people, which has provided her the recognition of being one of the top soldiers in the Arcadia division.

Naomi Zero Swift

BASICS
Name: Naomi Swift
Alias: Zero (Arcadia Alias), Marcy, Marceline (Between her and Emilia/friends)
Gender: Female
Age: 33
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 130 lbs
Sexuality: Homosexual
Nationality: American

APPEARANCE
After the events of Kileuae, Naomi's hair turned white. She's taken it as an opportunity to semi-regularly dye her hair.

Outfits
Naomi near-constantly wears a baclava with an attached hood. The mask is normally pulled up.
Her usual attire is something resembling this.

When "working," she wears something similar to this.

HISTORY
Occupation: Super Soldier (Current)
Affiliated Groups: The Arcadia Division

Naomi was among the group of students visiting Kilauea when it erupted in 2018, and was alongside Emilia for most of the tragedy that stole the lives of most of their friends. While Emilia became distant, Naomi perhaps threw herself into life harder than she had previously. It took some time, but the young woman became a brighter, albeit slightly more abrasive, version of her previous self. Therapy helped. A lot.

She didn’t show any signs of any mutations occuring after the events of Kilauea, but when Emilia was picked up by Arcadia and the source of her mutation was discovered, Naomi was picked up shortly thereafter. After some serious testing (and an accident involving a lab tech accidentally dumping another mutant’s blood into one of Naomi’s samples), they discovered that Naomi had become a host to some variant of the Kilauea bacteria, and that she too had mutated. The bacteria had absorbed the other mutant’s blood, and mutated with it’s addition.

There was a lot of testing done, and Naomi came to join the ranks of Arcadia’s soldiers after her own form of brainwashing was complete. Arcadia’s scientists were worried that the girl’s intuitive abilities with the powers replicated by the bacteria would be affected if they altered her neurological architecture too heavily, so instead of the standard procedure breakdown and build back up, a command phrase was implanted into Naomi’s mind, allowing Arcadia complete control of the soldier if necessary. More-or-less, Naomi was given the option to become a soldier, or forever be one of Arcadia’s guinea pigs. She chose to become a soldier, though not quite as “hardcore” as some.

She is typically used as a beating stick for others in Arcadia, or as a demonstration piece for government officials who enjoy seeing the fruits of Arcadia’s labors. There’s something about seeing someone as unassuming as Naomi go full on, controlled “berserker,” or taking someone’s electrical manipulation and being able to expand it into full on electromagnetism manipulation. The general goal for any Arcadian soldier is to be as good as Naomi is with their power, even if she might naturally be able to use their power at a higher level than they’ll ever be capable of.

And Naomi eats the attention right up. She’s good at what she does, because she isn’t given the choice not to be.

MISCELLANEOUS
- Arcadia directly ripped off the Bioshock games when deciding on Naomi's trigger phrase. It is, simply, "Would you kindly..." For scientists, they sure are creative...

- There's some stereotyping going on with Naomi in general. Her mom was from Hawaii and got pregnant with Naomi after a fling with an Asian man. She moved back to the mainland and raised Naomi as a single mother, and encouraged Naomi to "explore her heritage" even though Naomi had no connection to her father, and wasn't even sure he was Japanese to begin with...

- Arcadia's science division theorizes that Naomi has always had the "Intuitive Power Usage" part of her mutation, but had no way to get access to powers to make the mutation relevant before Kilauea.

HOBBIES: Playing with new powers/New combinations of powers, Watching older cartoons, 3D Printing & Modeling, Kendo
SKILLS: MAC hand-to-hand combat + Jigo Tensin-Ryu Jujutsu (Combat Jujutsu) (7 years), Kendo (17 years), Power Control (11 years), Shooting (7 years), Driver's License (15 years), Motorcycle License (10 years)
WEAPONS: HK512 (Updated HK416, brought on an “as needed” basis), Glock Pistol (Customized with some 3D Printed parts Naomi made), Stun sword (More like a tachi bokken, it’s a blunted sword with some tech in it that releases an electric shock like a taser).
GEAR: 6-10 blood pills, Numbing/Disinfectant spray, a couple medi-patches, "Smart" glasses (act like your stereotypical cyberpunk helmet HUD, + comm unit), phlebotomist kit (For blood drawing needs on the go~!)

POWERS/CYBERNETICS
Intuitive Haemopotent Replication

The ability to replicate powers with blood as a medium, and intuitively know how to use them. If Naomi consumes about 30 mL of a powered individual’s blood, after about 10 minutes she will gain those powers herself along with intuitive knowledge on how to best utilize those powers to their most extreme. For example, if she were to consume the blood of someone with the ability to manipulate electricity, Naomi could take it to the extreme of being able to use electromagnetism.

She may only replicate up to 4 people’s abilities at a time (with each blood sample giving her access to all of a person’s powers), but she prefers to only copy two individual powers at once when given the opportunity. Any more tends to be “uncomfortable,” if not outright painful. Tests trying to get her to utilize five people’s powers have resulted in her being hospitalized for an extended period, and completely unable to use her power during this time.

Each power lasts 60 hours after the initial replication, if Naomi utilizes it at the same level as the power’s originator. She “burns through” the replication faster if she utilizes it at higher levels.

Cybernetics
Left Forearm Storage: Naomi's left forearm has had drastic modifications made to it. It has had a refrigerated storage area added to it, which can hold six to ten 30mL "pills" of blood, used to power Naomi's abilities. The "pills" kind of resemble gushers, and are labeled.

[General]
Name:
Lepton Seamyar
Alias:
The Clockworker
Gender:
Male
Age:
38
Height:
6’0”
Weight:
185lbs
Brief Description:
His natural albinism and old fashioned round glasses makes him look years beyond his actual age, but the man himself does not seem to be bothered by it. His eyes are a shade of very light brown, almost amber.
Sexuality:
Asextual, almost 40 and never been in a single relationship

[Background]
Nationality:
British

Occupation:
Professor of Life Science and Cybernetic Studies, New Angles University (Past)
He earned the seat after graduating and publishing a thesis that outlined the possibility of re-creating superhuman powers in normal humans, teaching medical science at the institution as well as providing research and intel to government factions such as Acadia. His leave was permitted and also understood by most of his colleagues after the failures in the Calendar Initiative.

Currently unemployed by any official means, but does work as an unlicensed surgeon and cybernetics technician. Being unlicensed but having an education in medicine he treats injuries that are the results of illegal activities and would be too risky to go to official hospitals.

Affiliated Groups:
Raziel Technology and Robotics (former)
The Arcadia Division (former)
None (current)

Brief Backstory:
Born in the early 90s in Britain to an engineer and physicist, Lepton grew up with his constantly busy parents and younger brother, Axion. There was barely anything remarkable about his childhood, other than the manifestation of his powers before the Ground Zero incident. As a child he barely showed it to anyone, only his brother and few close friends had ever witness it before the age of superhumans rose, not even his parents knew, as they were constantly out of the country due to their work.

The family moved to the United Stats when Lepton started middle school, which was also when the Ground Zero incident occurred. At the moment only his brother knew about his power and Lepton decided that it was better to keep it that way. Over his teen years the young man witnessed the rise of various organizations made to document, contain and combat these abilities, including his parents who were supporting founders of Raziel Tech, it only further solidified his determination to keep his abilities hidden. Although this decision was opposed the only person who knew about it, his brother, who would go on to force Lepton to practice and show him the ability in secret.

Lepton went on to have a fairly normal life until he became a professor at New Angles University, and his sudden resignation after the first failure of the Calendar Initiative. Both the start and end of his career in superhuman research are shrouded in mystery, but most believed the guilt and stress of seeing a project that he himself participated in fail crushed the young researcher. Despite there being still many questions, no one bothered to ask as the project continued, with one university professor’s resignation being soon forgotten.

For personal reasons that remains unknown to others, Lepton began to use his ability again. Using his mutant ability to perform operations with little to no intrusiveness, even providing full organ transplants that leaves no scarring at all, as well as being able to repair cybernetics without taking them apart earned him the alias of “Clockworker” among the criminal world.

[Abilities]
Hobbies:
-Anything old, news papers, 8-bit devices, radios and more
-Baking, especially cakes
-Makes Coffee
-Plants and gardening

Skills:
-First aid knowledge and surgical experience
-Experience with cybernetics
-Tai Chi, for both pleasure and close ranged combat purposes
-Actually is good with sniper rifles, mainly due to superpower

Weaponry:
-Barrett M122, a newer version of the Barrett M107
-Revolver, old Smith and Wesson Model 29, considered an antique at this point in time
-Extendable Taser Baton
-Utility knife similar to swiss army knife

Cybernetics:
None, he seems to have distaste towards some technologies in general.

Superpowers:
“Portal”
The ability to create 2 portals at different locations that connects to each other instantaneously.

Size and Distance Limitation
The size and distance of the portals are inversely proportional to each other. A portal that travels 1 feet can be up to 5 feet in diameter, but one that travels 500 feet can be no bigger than 1 inch in diameter. The size of the portal decreases by 0.1-0.3 inches for every extra feet traversed.

Durability
The portals can be kept up indefinitely as long as the creator is conscious and can be closed instantly at any time. If something with a much larger area than the portal attempts to go into the portal it will simply phase right through, but if the object trying to pass through is more than 3 times the size of the portal it will destroy the portal (the object destroying it will not be affected in any way).

Closure
If the portal is close with an object still in it one of the following would happen. If the two portals are less than 10 feet apart from each other, objects still in the portal would be forcefully expelled to whichever side has more mass transported. If the two are further though, the object gets bisected but the closing space.

[Personal]
Weaponry:
Extendable baton and pocket knife, other weapon are not brought unless specific threats are present.

Gear:
A variety of first aid gear as well as legal and illegal drugs,
surgery tools such as scalpels and probes sealed in sanitized case, emergency escape items such as tear gas and flash bangs.

Outfit:
Most of the time he dresses akin to a homeless person, but when situation calls for more action it becomes something more like this

"Crazy would be an understatement..."

Name: Jay Moon
Alias: JM, 03818494
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 90 lbs
Sexuality: Bisexual
Extra: She has a lot of self inflicted scars. She has a bunch of cuts in her arms and legs, hurting herself during episodes of her sicknesses acting up. Next to that she also has a bunch of scars over her chest and back.
~~~
Nationality: Korean-Australian
Occupation: Jay works as a freelance hacker. She takes jobs from many people ranging from people who want to get revenge on their ex-lovers and she has had people from higher up organizations coming to her for her services. However, she simply goes by a code name, unknown to anyone who she really is.
Affiliated Groups: Always has been a freelancer.
Personality: Jay is a very unique girl. She has a lot of mental issues, which hinder her life a lot and make her somewhat unpredictable. She suffers from insomnia, shizophrenia and BPD. Therefore she always comes off as extremely anxious, very scared and shy and she has trouble starting conversations with people. However she will always look very paranoid due to her shizophrenia. She sees a lot of things that are not there for others and due to her having the BPD she thinks it's unfixable and that the hallucinations are real.
Despite this, she can be a very calm and sweet girl. When she feels at ease, she is actually good at talking to others but of course this happens very, very rarely.
Brief Backstory: Jay was born to a Korean mother and Australian father. She spent her early years of life, until about twelve in Australia but while there learning a lot about the culture of her other country of origin. It was around this age when her parents got divorced and she and her mother moved back to Korea.
In Seoul, she was a lot of an outcast. Right after her parents got divorced and she had to move to a completely new continent, she was bullied in school as well. It caused her to develop some issues socially but also mentally in other ways, ranging from night terrors to minor insomnia.
She was very much into computers and technology and with Seoul being a large center of technology, she had the access. She bought her own computer after working a job in a computer store for a while and started discovering what was out there on the internet. She ended up getting really into programming but also the dark web, a place full of all the bad things you could imagine. She signed herself up under a name of numbers on multiple sites, doing freelance programming but also hacking work.
She realized that Korea was too small for herself. She decided that she had to move, to a bigger place. That place was New Angeles. A large city in the United States full of technology but also the typical bad stuff. She ended up moving there at the age of twentyone and now lives her life there, doing whatever she is best at. However only a few months ago she found out about her power, one that she just can not control well yet.
~~~
Hobbies: Playing video games, watching Korean shows, cooking.
Skills: Anything computer related, hacking, cooking.
Weaponry: None
Superpowers: Despite her halucinations scaring her, she found out she can make use of them. There is a few different skills she found out about that she can make use of.

The first of the bunch is her being able to manifest the creatures in her hallucinations into reality. For example, if she would hallucinate a shadow person she would have a chance to make it become real. However the biggest drawback to it right now is, the manifested hallucinations do not see her as their creator. Therefore there is a chance that the manifestations would attack her instead of the intended target.

The second to her power is the ability to make another person witness their worst fears. When this girl stares into your eyes, she stares into your soul. She sees what you fear most and will make use of it, manifesting a version of your fear and making it feel real and dangerous enough that you could perhaps not even divide imagination and reality anymore.

The third and last part to her power is a very powerful but also dangerous ability. It allows her to let herself be possessed by a powerful manifestation, one that temporarily enhances her body to a state where it has more strength, more speed and feels no pain. The big drawback to this is, once the possession is over, so are the enhancements to her body but she will be flooded with a wave of hallucinations and filled with a feeling of extreme self hatred and dread which causes her to do unpredictable things.
~~~
Weaponry: She always carries a concealed handgun when she goes out along with a stiletto knife.
Name: Haldor Bjarke Thurmon
Alias: Björn
Gender: Male
Age: 29
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 212lbs.
Brief Description: Haldor is just a mass of muscle, red meat, and protein. With an angular face, jaw covered in blonde scruff, bushy brows, and ice-cold azure eyes, Haldor could somewhat be mistaken as sinister looking, however, in reality, it's the mind that makes the man. He keeps his blonde locks short and dresses mostly in t-shirts, jeans, and a bomber jacket. A pair of black metal dog-tags can be seen beneath his collar.
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Nationality: Danish-Nordic
Place of Birth: Aarhus, Denmark
Hometown: Bergen, Norway
Accent: Norwegian Dialect
Current Location: New Angeles, California
Occupation: Super Soldier (Past) Agent (Current)
Affiliated Groups: Government Arcadia
Brief Backstory: Although Haldor was born in Aarhus, Denmark, his parents decided that it would be better to raise him in Norway with his father’s extensive family. There Haldor grew up around many interesting and unruly men, each one teaching him the skill sets that he utilizes today. He would spend days or weeks camping with his uncles while his mother was away at a convention or even when his father was trying to expand his business by traveling the globe looking for investors. He was taught fly-fishing, hunting, marksmanship, and more, all before he was thirteen years old. After years of barely spending time with his parents or knowing them for that matter, it was revealed that his mother was pregnant again, this time with a little girl. Not wanting to teach at the university anymore, Haldor’s mother resigned and convinced his father to move them to the United States, Pennsylvania to be exact.
The move away from his one true family made Haldor’s behavior change drastically. He became the type of teenager who skipped class, drank, and even delved into over the counter narcotics. He barely spent time with his younger sister and even resented her for initiating their move away from his country. At sixteen he was hooked on opioids meant to relieve the pain associated with his torn shoulder, an incident that occurred during a fight at home. By seventeen he had dropped out of high-school and ran away, taking his drug addiction to the streets. With no money and no hope, Haldor unknowingly went through withdrawals on the streets and came clean. This was around the time when his powers became to manifest. Scared, ashamed, and worried about what would happen if somebody found out about his abilities, Haldor refused to return home and decided to couch surf and take refuge in homeless shelters.
After debating his options for so long, Haldor decided he wanted to join the military like his uncles back home had done, but in the States it was required that you had a high school diploma in order to enlist. It took him over a year of taking online classes at the library to catch up and graduate after his friends, but he accomplished his task and moved onward into the Marine Corps – never thinking about his superhuman abilities, despite hearing about many people with similar powers. Too young to have remembered Ground Zero, and too naïve to seek guidance for his newfound abilities, Haldor pretended like there was nothing abnormal about him. He never spoke to his family about what was occurring and he could hardly remember his little sister’s face at this point.
Many years in the Marine Corps beat Haldor’s rocky years of adolescence right out of him and in adulthood he had become a strong, vigilante, and intelligent man. The skills he was taught as a child were refined and he became a Scout Sniper with a keen eye. Rarely ever did Haldor tap into his abilities, the thought of ever being caught driving him to keep them hidden from anyone. Yes, there were many incidents that tipped Haldor off to the idea that his powers were becoming unstable, but he continued to pretend like he was a normal soldier. It didn’t take him long to promote and by twenty-four years old Haldor was a Gunnery Sergeant in charge of hundreds of soldiers. He served a full deployment in Syria with his platoon and six months later was deployed to Afghanistan where shit really hit the fan.
A routine perimeter check had set off a multitude of IED’s that had been strategically placed to destroy their compound’s main gate, Haldor being one of the many caught in the initial blast. When the blast had subsided and the fires raged around him, Haldor came to and in an attempt to save his fellow soldiers had revealed the powers that he had kept dormant for so long. With nearly no experience with his abilities, Haldor did more harm than good and burnt fifteen soldiers to an unidentifiable crisp. The adrenaline had finally subsided and left him in a heap surrounded by the lifeless bodies of his friends.
By the time he had awoken from his stupor (almost two weeks later), he had been transported to Arcadia’s research facility where he was already registered into the program. For the next five years, Haldor was indeed entirely broken down to where he questioned the events that occurred in the desert, somehow making himself believe that what he had done to his soldiers was the most ideal solution – that they would thank him for putting them out of their misery. It felt like he would never be brought back from the abyss until finally Arcadia had begun to teach him more about his powers and even though it was through mental torture, emotional carnage, and physical endangerment, Haldor was grateful he was beginning to understand. Even after the initial three years of hell at Arcadia, Haldor accepted their offer to join the ranks of their super soldiers and abide by every rule and law that they governed. As a soldier he is whole. His devotion to Arcadia has given him much recognition and Haldor now leads squads of soldiers once more into the most deadly of missions across the States.
Species: Mutant
Ability: Electricity Manipulation
The power to create, shape and manipulate electricity, a form of energy resulting from the movement of charged particles (such as electrons or protons), allowing control over electric fields, all charge carriers (Ions, Electrons, Protons, and Positrons), electronics, and electromagnetic forces. The user has complete control over electric fields, all charge carriers (Ions, Electrons, Protons, and Positrons), electronics, and electromagnetic forces. The user can absorb electricity, while removing it from the source, into his body and use it in various ways, gaining some form of advantage, either by enhancing themselves, gaining the drained power, using it as power source etc. and can sense the presence of electricity and possibly gain detailed understanding about the electricity he his sensing, including the amount/size of electricity he is sensing and whether it is hidden.
Electricity Manipulation has many branches of power, ranging from very weak to very advanced:
Energy Manipulation: User can create, shape and manipulate energy, the capacity to cause change: one of the most basic quantitative properties of a system, such as an object or a field of energy.
They can transform (convert) among a number of forms that may each manifest and be measurable in differing ways.
Storm Manipulation: User can sense, create, shape and manipulate storms, including strong wind, hail, thunder and/or lightning.
They can summon lightning bolts from the sky or project them from their hands, using them to pierce and/or severely burn their opponents even to the point of death.
Some techniques in regards to electricity manipulation includes:
Electrical Healing: The power to heal themselves or others by using electricity by absorbing the electrons and using them to stimulate molecules, renewing damaged cells.
Electro-Invisibility: The power to become invisible when in/on/touching electricity.
Electrical Combat: The power to utilize electricity manipulation with physical combat, granting them impressive offensive capabilities, while sometimes leaving their defensive abilities somewhat lacking.
The weaknesses in regards to electricity manipulation includes:
Electricity needs a conductor like metal or water to move through, therefore electricity can neither exist in nor move through a vacuum (such as outer space) and may be insulated by non-conductive matter, such as air and rubber.
May have problems using electronics.
May be short-circuited under certain conditions:
Contact with water, a magnet, the opposite polarity, etc.
Absence/lack of electrical resistance between the positive and negative polarities.
May have to find electrical sources of power in order to recharge.
    Keenan Ford is registered under this number in the Arcadia project and in an effort to place distance from association with Ford as a person and rather a test subject, his name has not been used, instead the numbered reference. This number is also documented on official files with his civilian name concealed under all of the usual government red tape. Previously in the military he has been known and referred to as Ford, a joke being that no one knows his first name. He was once nicknamed Jack around his home town for being a ‘jack of all trades’ type guy and has utilised this nickname to manipulate and move through society unnoticed.
  • Personality previous to Arcadia
    Keenan was known to be sharp witted and an adrenaline junkie. His friends described him as nuts but held no hesitations in having him beside them to protect them under fire. Described by Roy Snr as ‘very much like his father,’ Keenan was proud, loud, stubborn and impatient.
    Personality post Arcadia
    A blur of time and unspeakable strategic efforts by the Arcadia Division has left a clear impact on #964. He is still described as sharp witted however in stark contrast to once being loud and proud, #964 is silent and calculating. He is highly observant with minimal vocal communication. Telekinesis via Telekinesis Superpower Wikia
Basic Level
  • Levitation: To lift an object, e.g. raising a pitcher several inches into the air.
  • Telekinetic Choking: To choke or strangle others without physical contact.
  • Telekinetic Maneuver: To alter an object's directional course, e.g. changing what number a dice lands on or deflect an opponent attack.
  • Telekinetic Pull/Push: To pull objects towards the user or to push objects away from the user, e.g. yanking a book off a shelf or sliding a cup across a table.
  • Telekinetic Strength: To augment the user's physical strength, e.g. punching through a steel wall.
Advanced Level
Telekinesis Limitations
  • Telekinesis Immunity
  • Psychic Energy Absorption can negate this power.
  • Can only move up to 4,000 pounds, or the average size of a small four door car.
  • Can only move objects she can physically perceive in her line of sight.
  • May be weakened or nullified by stress, fear, distractions, disbelief, lack of confidence, morale and willpower, etc.
  • May be linked to or unwittingly triggered by by emotions, thoughts, dreams, causing the user to be unable to control or possibly even access their ability.
  • May require intense amounts of concentration, focus and mental effort to use properly.
  • May be physically or psychologically fatiguing, straining or even crippling for the user, with the user either bleeding from the nose or eyes, falling unconscious, entering a coma, or even dying from the mental effort of using the ability.
  • Has no control over the speed of which the target moves.
  • User may not be able to to affect objects above certain momentum.
  • Is ineffective against those who control themselves at fundamental levels.
  • When she uses her ability to effect a person directly (lifting them off the ground, controlling their movement, etc.) it will be pitted against the target's strength. This allows for her to easily lift and manipulate most people, but the force applied by a superstrong mutant to break through the effects of the telekinesis.
  • She cannot control energy fields, such as Ashley's neon hard light beams or structures.
Telepathy via Telepathy Superpower Wikia
Basic Level
Advanced Level
  • Telepathic Hijacking: The ability to hijack telepathic communication, so long as said communication does not come from a more experienced telepath.
Master Level
Limitations
  • Does not work on mindless beings (corpses, animated objects, robots, etc.).
  • Users of Psychic Shield (highly resistant) and Psychic Immunity (impervious).
  • The more intense the thought, the louder it sounds to the user.
  • She must be able to physically perceive her target in order for her to utilize her power.
  • Can only read up to one person at a time.
  • Ability to read thoughts is ineffective in a large crowd.
  • Is only limited to the thought(s) which the target is currently thinking.
  • May get overwhelmed by too many thoughts, especially the ones which are too complicated (e.g. a genius' mind which is doing calculus), detailed (e.g. an artist's or photographer's mind which has a photographic memory), insane/morally corrupted (e.g. "murder is good", "I will create my idea of the perfect world by genocide", etc.), and/or ones which don't make any sense (e.g. "2+2=5", "a square circle", etc.).
  • Attempting to read certain minds (e.g. genius or the insane, such as Parasite or Crow) will be hard, impossible, or not a good idea.
  • Will not work if the target is thinking in alternate languages or encrypted codes.
RILEY "JINX" ARONDÓTTIR
Name: Riley Arondóttir
Alias: Jinx (the faceless assassin), Riles (used by people close to her), Jane Doe.
Gender: Female
Age: 33
Height: 5’9”
Weight: Don’t ask a lady her weight.
Brief Description: Please note that Riley has a small cross tattoo underneath the right side of her eyebrow.
Sexuality: Bisexual. Maybe.
Nationality: Icelandic
Occupation: Assassin, Spy.
Affiliated Groups: Shade (Current)
Riley is the Fourth Shadow in Shade, a title she claimed by killing the previously existing Fourth Shadow because she wanted their cybernetic eye.
Riley’s life began waking up in a hospital bed, age 21, with the label “Jane Doe”. She was admitted following a severe car accident, where an intoxicated driver struck her and fled the scene; leaving her to bleed out. Riley was in a coma for three weeks before finally waking up to an unknown room, surrounded by unknown people. Her doctor’s were anxious to know who she was… but they would never know. Riley couldn’t remember what her name was, when she was born, or where she was from. Her memories were nothing but an endless nothingness.
The accident left Riley paralyzed on the left side of her body. Following month’s of physiotherapy sessions, she eventually regained some motor control of her hand and leg. Riley was able to walk with a limp but a tremor remained in her hand. Her body seemed to be healing but her mind was not; she still didn’t know who she was. Riley was discharged as “Jane Doe”.
Riley spent the next year existing with a side of man-made drugs. She was desperate to find herself, to remember something, to escape the shitty reality of the simple fact she was a cripple with no identity. Riley asked herself the same question every. single. day. Why was no one looking for her?
Because no one cared.
A simple gun shot to the temple and “Jane Doe” was no more; everything changed the night Riley claimed her first life. The identification on the body belonged to that of “Riley Arondóttir. DOB: January 1st, 1997. Place of Birth: Reykjavik, Iceland.” For the first time in 2 years, Riley smiled.
It was 2021 when Riley heard about the Calendar Initiative and the rumour regarding cybernetic experimentation. She had recreated her identity, it was time to recreate her body. Riley volunteered as a test subject and in 2022 she arrived on the Calendar Solar Base.
Riley was scheduled for testing in March as one of four subjects in the Cyber-Human test. The testing began with minor augmentations to the body to ensure compatibility between host and material. Although Riley was successful in receiving her first cybernetic, the trauma from the procedure triggered her mutation; psychokinetic. The scientists in the Calendar Initiative were naturally intrigued due to the January testing being based on psychokinetic and furthered studied her abilities. They identified Riley’s mutation being linked to physical touch and made the executive decision to proceed with the March testing being limited to the left side of her body; the project continued. Two of the four subjects died during testing and the man who survived alongside Riley had gone mad. Although she was the only successful subject, and excelled in her new body, the Calendar Initiative deemed the test too dangerous to continue to perform. She was free to leave.
Riley chose to continue life on the Calendar Solar Base for the sole purpose of testing the capabilities of her new body and developing her ability to use her mutation. She was constantly pushing herself, training at every opportunity that presented itself. Although the March test was concluded, the scientists continued to study Riley as she continued to show exponential progress, however; the negative side effects of the March test were beginning to show. Riley’s nature became more and more cold, calculated, and ruthless. She was losing sight of her humanity.
2025, there was an explosion on the Calendar Solar Base that nearly killed everyone on board. Riley barely managed to escape with her life alongside a few others.
Within a year of being back on Earth, Riley had made a business for herself as a private investigator in New Angeles. She upheld the image of a standup citizen as a means to hide in plain sight. Her business was nothing more than a cover for her shady business of killing people for money. She operated under the guise, Jinx, and never met with her clients. People only knew the name, never the face. Her reputation grew as a dangerous individual and eventually, people began hunting her with little to no success. Jinx gave Riley the ability to operate in the open without a care in the world.
In November of 2026 Riley claimed a position in Shade following an encounter with the Fourth Shadow. She fancied the man’s cybernetic eye and when the man wouldn’t give it to her, she killed him and took it. Riley has been working with Shade ever since and has been revered as a serious threat to kill on sight.
Hobbies: Riley is fascinated with cybernetics and spends a lot of her time studying them, taking them apart, putting them together, or creating her own.
She also enjoys reading and singing. Riley can often be found with a novel or singing/whistling a tune.
Skills: Riley possesses a variety of espionage skills, including: interrogation tactics, manipulation, picking locks, tracking, assassination techniques, observation, and counterintelligence techniques.
Riley is trained in hand to hand combat. She is skilled in acrobatics while engaging in close-range combat as well.
Riley also rides a motorcycle.
Weaponry:
Throwing Knives: Riley has approximately 10 throwing knives located throughout her body; most of them are stored in her cybernetic legs and arms.
Dignity and Respect: Two twin daggers that have been augmented to phase into invisibility upon being drawn, causing confusion to Riley's opponents as they cannot see what kind or length the weapon is.
Other equipment: Riley has an assortment of small pistols at her disposal but prefers to use sharps of some kind.
Motorcycle: Riley owns a motorcycle for basic transportation.
Cybernetics: Riley’s left arm and left leg are completely cybernetic, augmentations she received in the March Calendar Initiative. Her leg and arm have hidden knives embedded in them, though they are mostly tuned to increase strength, speed, durability, and the ability to jump higher and run faster. The toe in her foot and her wrist have expandable blades. Her spine was also altered to increase durability.
Following the March Calendar Initiative, Riley wanted more cybernetics and underwent several other procedures. Her left eye is cybernetic and gives her the ability to see her own vitals as well as other people’s and visually scan through walls, doors, and objects. Her eye has a illuminating white circle around it. Her lungs were replaced to grant her the ability to perform without becoming tired. Lastly, Riley had a cybernetic implanted into both of her ear drums to give her the ability to hear more faint sounds.
Superpowers: Psychokinesis: Riley’s mutation was triggered following her compatibility test in the March Calendar Initiative. Her natural ability required physical human touch to access a person’s thoughts and memories. She also had the ability to imprint her own thoughts and memories into people, fictional or non-fictional.
Abilities: Shortly after joining Shade, Riley discovered that the group was experimenting with serums to increase one's own natural ability. Riley immediately volunteered herself and after undergoing treatment, she developed the ability to imprint illusions onto people from a distance of 100 feet. The effectiveness of her illusion depended on how many people she was affecting and if said person also possessed psychokinetic abilities.
Riley also developed the ability to communicate telepathically.
Gear: Riley has a special headgear she wears while in the field. The headgear acts a psychokinetic block to other telepaths You can see a picture of her headgear in “outfit”.
Riley’s stealth gear is a special suite that she designed herself. The suite has the ability to phase into her surroundings, making her invisible.
Outfit: Generic Dress. Riley wears one full glove on her left hand. In her regular every day wear her cybernetic arm, leg, and hand, are covered. The only thing that gives her away as having enhancements is the white ring around her left eye.
Born and raised in London, England; Alexis was brought into a regular family. Her father was a professor and her mother worked in a bank. Her powers weren't discovered in the early days of her childhood as they hadn't fully come into existence. An average life for an average girl, days spent playing in the playgrounds, eating dirt, scraping knees and getting filthy.
Upon maturation was when her powers slowly began to appear. There was nothing out of the ordinary off the bat, but as always, under duress and extreme situations the unbelievable and unknown tends to happen. It was just like any other day, coming home from school, walking the same paths and crossing the same roads that Alexandra would realize she wasn't as normal as she thought. She had been following a mother pushing a stroller with a toddler walking next to her, the child dropped his toy as they were crossing the road. Not knowing any better the boy ran into the middle of the intersection to grab his action figure. The mother called out to her son and in that moment, for whatever unknown reason, Alexandra found herself running into the middle of the road. Taking hold of the boy and his toy she went to run to the other side. The sound of rubber squealing against the pavement wasn't reassuring. She felt the collision but she had somehow managed to stay in place. The car had been left practically trashed, pedestrians watching in shock and awe, a screaming mother running towards them in sheer terror and snapping the boy from Alexis' hands.
The letters came after that, the invitations to join a program to help the young woman who, in truth, was struggling with what she was capable of. Upon graduation from highschool she was taken into the D.E.E.R training program. She learned more about herself what she could do, what she couldn't do and what she had the potential to do. When she was ready to re-enter the world she was offered the option to join their forces. Not having any idea what she could do after leaving D.E.E.R she accepted.
More training followed, Alex found out she had a knack for details and picking up on subtleties, those kick-boxing lessons she had stuck to through her whole life had also paid off. She had somehow found a release in training her fighting skills, the facility also provided enough of a challenge where she didn't always have to hold back. She picked up new techniques, learned abut other fighting styles and trained in those as well. Her enhanced senses helped her when it came to the use of firearms and through time grew rather proficient in using those as well.
Espionage and surveillance was where she was placed, her attention to details and knack for reading body language helping her land such a role. Her missions varied from protective detail and research to busts and arrests. But it was one particular mission that would be the end of her career as a D.E.E.R agent. Surveillance and recon on a remote location in Belarus just outside the small township of Dubrowna close to the Russian border. It took about a month for Alexandra and her partner to identify the important people involved in this mission, once the surveillance was complete they would prepare for recon. Locating the underground base was easy enough breaching was a little difficult but the two managed. The operation was much larger than they anticipated, and the smallest hiccup was what brought it all crumbling to the ground. Overrun by the enemies the two fought off as many as they could before both were incapacitated
Waking up back at D.E.E.R headquarters in pure confusion and loss Alexandra inquired about the mission and her partner. Not much information was given to her and it was suspected that she was dead. It was shortly after that, that Alex chose to resign from her position at D.E.E.R. The death of her partner slowly weighing down on her.
Reminders of her life in England and her job at D.E.E.R weren't helping Alexandra with coping. Making the decision to move away from all that she knew, she made her way to The United States of America. With no familiar faces and nothing to remind her of her past, Alexis made the decision to pursue her lifelong pastime and hobby of photography.
Superhuman Condition:
  • Superhuman Strength
    ► Capable of lifting a maximum weight of one-hundred tons. It is a straining weight but under certain circumstances this can be achieved. The average weight Alex can comfortably handle ranges between forty to sixty-five tons.
  • Superhuman Speed
    ► Maximum footspeed that Alexandra is capable of reaching is sixty miles-per-hour.
  • Superhuman Durability
    ► Alexis’ bones, muscle and tissue are reinforced and stronger due to her mutation. This makes it almost impossible to puncture her flesh and muscle and also makes it much more difficult to break her bones. On the surface level, poisons aren't very effective. Corrosives are irritable and if a strong enough mixture is used it can scar and burn her skin. If toxins and poisons enter the bloodstream they can weaken her, slow her down and quite possibly incapacitate her momentarily should the dosage be high enough; until her healing factor can kick in and help her regenerate and remove the poisons and toxins from her system. Her durability is her main line of defense but not the last line.
  • Superhuman Stamina
    ► Alexandra can sustain a few days without requiring proper rest. Fatigue begins to grow visible after this time, when on minimal amounts of sleep.
  • Superhuman Senses
    ► Acute sense of hearing, capable of catching frequencies average humans can not. Alexis can also hear sounds coming from a greater distance than the average human.
    ► Alex’s eyes are able to process sharper, cleaner images and details. She can see at further distances. Her pupils can dilate further than the average human for better view in lower-lighting and darker settings without the aid of night-vision equipment
    ► Alex has a very strong sense of smell akin to a canine. Capable of discerning different smells layered upon one another.
  • Enhanced regeneration
    ► Along with Alexandra’s superhuman durability comes an advanced level of regeneration capabilities. Although not instantaneous it is above average in comparison to most.
  • Primal Instinct
    ► A rage filled last ditch effort to survive. Alexis loses all human emotions and thoughts, becoming a feral being that strives for nothing more than to survive, no matter the cost.
  • Platinum powder conflicts with Alexis' internal system instantly. Causing something akin to an allergic reaction. The reasons for this weakness are unknown
  • Higher end frequencies and sounds can be piercing and painful to her sensitive ears
  • Lower end frequencies and sounds can be nauseating
  • Bursts of bright light in darkness can momentarily blind her and disorient her
  • Extreme High-speeds are disorienting, dizzying and nauseating
  • Prone to but not necessarily weakened by psychic / psionic attacks and telekinetic / telepathic attacks (if she can fight it, she'll try her hardest)
  • Her primal instinct is also considered a weakness. In this state she cannot discern friend from foe or right from wrong. The only goal is to come out on top. Survival is the only thing that matters.
ABILITIES
  • Photographic Memory
  • Keen eye for details
  • Can pick up on subtleties
[General]
Name: Lucian Slyfield
Alias: Null (Former Arcadia Given Alias), Archangel (Nickname used by some Mutants of Furor and fugitives he had supported/sheltered)
Gender: Male
Age: 26
Height: 6'0
Weight: 162lbs
Sexuality: Unknown
[Background]
Nationality: American (Eastern European Heritage)
Occupation: Arcadia Agent (Former), Calendar Initiative Enforcer (Former), Freelancer (Current)
Despite doing certain jobs for Furor, most of his time is spent assisting unregistered superhumans escape Arcadia pursuit, which can involve smuggling, human trafficking and sometimes assassination.
Affiliated Groups: Arcadia (Former), Furor (Co-operation), None
Brief Backstory:
Born on the day of Ground Zero, Lucian was one of the only survivors of a nearby hospital building as a newborn infant, while his mother was crushed underneath debris. Dubbed a miracle child soon after the event was over, he was home-schooled and often locked away from the world. His father, who never really recovered from the loss of his wife, became increasing paranoid and resentful. The man went on to work for Alias, then Arcadia, wanting to prevent superhuman related tragedies to occur again. But as time went on he became more and more crazed with control, and desired to keep the extra-normal in check with more and more extreme measures. Home-schooled, or more accurately, locked in a study for almost all times, Lucian grew up a meek and unsociable child with little to no interactions with the outside world.
His faith would eventually change when an ability examination came to a positive result at the young age of 9, indicating that the child was a natural superhuman. In exchange for his father's promotion he was handed over to Arcadia, where the potent immunity to superpowers that he naturally possessed was brought to light. It was speculated that the power was present from birth, and was what saved his life during the Ground Zero incident. After having his custody given to Arcadia he was inserted into the division to be trained as the perfect enforcer for superhuman threats. Lucian himself, after living a life of constant neglect took up the training in hopes of pleasing his father, as well as the other people in his life, quickly becoming a child solider with extremely high potential. Specializing in dampening and nullification of extra-normal damage as well non-lethal containment of superpowered individuals, Lucian became a model soldier who worked on field and in training rooms to assist in brainwashing of future Arcadia agents with his nullification ability that stroke fear into many superhumans.
When the Calendar Initiative was launched, his ability landed him a spot as security abroad the space station, along with his scientist father. During the January Initiative, on a quarantine patrol, Lucian witnessed his father working with one of the test subjects, and his death. Despite the fact he had the power to stop the test subject from using their abilities, he choose not to, subconsciously or for some other reason. He fell into a process of deep existential dread, while questioning his own role in Arcadia, the extend of his powers, as well as the abilities of other superhumans. His controlling father's death at the hands of a mutant seems to have triggered something within him, as he began to believe that superhumans with powers are superior to those who are powerless.
Eventually the young agent requested to be sent back to Earth before the space station exploded, when he returned he disappeared in Arcadia's sights. Travelling and studying for years Lucian eventually came to the conclusion that superhumans is a superior species who isn't suppose to work for the powerless and mundane. He spends his days supporting mutants who were mistreated, while holding a grudge against Arcadia and similar agencies who dehumanizes superhumans as weapons. He has similar interests with Furor as he made contacts with them in other parts of the world, and has no issues with supporting them in their wars waged against those agencies. Despite still being a deserter in Arcadia's files he willingly returned to New Angles in order to settle the events of his past.
[Abilites]
Skills:
- Basic hand to hand combat abilities
- Basic ability to handle firearms
- Specialist in Combat with Superhumans
- Expert negotiator
- Knowledge of inner workings of Arcadia brainwashing/torture techniques
Cybernetics:
None, in fact, his body rejects most cybernetics
Superpowers:
Passive Psychic Immunity
Documented by Arcadia he has a high immunity to manipulations directly on his body, including telepathy based powers and telekinetic powers. But the immunity to telekinesis based powers only kicks in if his physical body is being manipulated, for example this ability cannot stop something moved by telekinetic powers from hitting him.
Contact Based Dampening
Documented by Arcadia and was his signature power, by focusing his passive immunity on a part of his body, the power of the nullification would be raised. This requires momentary focus, and the nullification effect would be lifted when no more contact is made.
Wave Nullification
A long ranged nullification ability by extending dampening effect outwards via mental focus. Similarly to how telekinesis effects physical objects without contact, this ability effects superpowers. It's dampening effects are still powerful, but gets weaker as distances from target gets larger, and can not completely eradicate traces of any type of ability. It requires visual confirmation of target, when confirmation is lost the dampening effect would only persist around 3-5 seconds depending on the individual. It can cause a mild headache to sensitive targets, making it possible to detect before the target attempts to utilize their power.
The effects of nullification of different powers is vastly different, but follows this order roughly:
Natural-Born Powers
[Most effected, can be completely nullified]
Environmental Mutations (Virus and Bacteria)
[Depends on individual, and whether it is purely from the outside world or simply "awakened"]
Artificial Enhancements (Serum or Genetic Alterations)
[Can only be damped to half it's original utility, may vary depending on the enhancement type]
Cybernetics
[Unaffected]
Weaponry:
-Null-T: A hybrid pistol with the ability to act as a taser, tranquilizer and regular pistol by sacrificing ammo capacity. It can carry 32 rounds of regular bullets and tranquilizing bullets. It was specially developed for the superhuman containment unit but had since been modified to carry more potent drugs, including neurotics. It can deliver a strong electrical shock when used up close.
-LDr24: A special pistol that utilizes disk shaped ammunition. which lowers the shot's lethality, mainly so that it doesn't puncher human bodies, the bullet remains inside the body, it's shape allows it to crack bones and do damage to internal organs without letting the target bleed out. It can still be lethal when used in proper ways.
Gear:
-Null-T: Or more commonly known as power nullification handcuffs, created from investigations launched by Arcadia on Lucian's own power. They can temporarily nullify powers, but has a tendency to malfunction, especially when used in combination with his own active ability.
-Electrical Pikes: Appears to be regular rods, but have a fold-able sharp blade that makes it similar to an icepick when activated. Made from military grade tungsten it is durable and usable as a melee weapon, but it's main purpose is to immobilize targets without crucially wounding them. Active motion sensors are built in to deliver high voltage shocks if any struggle is sensed, although the amount of voltage it can deliver is limited due to power supply restrictions.
Outfit: It is notable that he constantly wears white, despite it being not preferable for stealth.
MAXINE CLERMONT
Name: Maxine Louise Clermont
Alias: “Max”; an endearing nickname given to her by her parents. “Kenna”; The file name assigned to Maxine’s case by Arcadia
Gender: Female
Age: 14
Height: 5’0”
Weight: Approximately 100lbs
Brief Description: Maxine has long, dirty blonde wavy hair, that she often wears in intricate braids. She is pale with freckled skin and has green eyes. Maxine also speaks french and has an accent.
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Nationality: American; first generation immigrant from France.
Occupation: Student
Affiliated Groups: Arcadia; Maxine is not aware of her ties with them.
Maxine was orphaned at birth and lived in a home in her early years. When Maxine was just three, an incident occured in the middle of the night where she combusted and set fire to the home; two children and one ward died. Alias was alerted of the superhuman and took the child into custody.
At the Alias program Maxine was studied, researched, poked, and prodded. Even as a toddler her testing results were scoring higher than that of adult not-normals who were experienced with their powers. Alias deemed the girl an extreme threat and transferred her to Arcadia with an order to exterminate due to the toddler’s incompatibility with their program. It was central director Jacob Kuznetsov that interjected, proposing a Guerrilla experiment for the child. The toddler would be assigned a “family” from the Arcadia division, two mutants with abilities to counteract Maxine’s, and raise her as their child.
Agent Barousse and Agent Mallard were assigned file #001, dubbed “Kenna”, meaning born from fire. Mallard was an American, Barousse from France. The agents would take the family name Clermont and raise Maxine as a first generation immigrant. She would be given the opportunity to live a normal life in an attempt to maintain her humanity while conditioning her to be the perfect Arcadian soldier, and one day, the face of their division.
The Clermont’s lived in New Angeles in an ordinary three level home in an average income part of the city. Maxine attended a public school, participated in extracurricular activities, and had a few close friends. Her life was entirely ordinary… except for her strange habit of lighting herself and her surroundings on fire.
Maxine’s first memory of her mutant power was when she was six years old. It happened when she was playing on the jungle gym at the park, fell off the monkeybars, and broke her arm. In a fit of tears the girl burst into flame and the world around her began to catch fire. Her mother was able to calm the child enough that her father was able to get close to her, where he wrapped his arms around her burning figure and engulfed them both in ice.
The questions flooded in after that and if it wasn’t for Agent Mallard’s ability of persuasion and hypnosis, Maxine would’ve continued to push for answers. As Maxine continued to have “episodes” Barousse and Mallard made the decision to begin grooming the child due to her mutant powers showing more and more signs of activity. Maxine began to learn what her powers were and how to control them. Progress was slow, her abilities were too strong for her young mind and body, but she was beginning to learn to calm herself before setting ablaze. It wasn’t long before she could set fires with nothing more than but a simple thought…
For the next seven years Maxine continued her ordinary life while simultaneously learning to control and manipulate her mutant power. Her parents continued to groom her and when Maxine turned 12, Mallard began influencing her subconscious with Arcadian beliefs and morals… One day, she would become a supersoldier.
Skills: Maxine is a gifted artist, preferring to use paint and charcoal as her mediums. She also has, what her teacher's describe as, a "math brain" and excels at problem solving.
Weaponry: Not applicable at this time.
Cybernetics: Not applicable at this time.
Superpowers:
Pyrokinesis: the ability to create, manipulate, control, and generate fire.
Abilities: Not applicable at this time.
Gear: Maxine usually has a backpack on her that has her sketchbook and a pencil case filled with all the finest mediums of pencils, pencil crayons, and charcoal.
Outfit: Maxine’s everyday wear.
Evelyne.png
Name: Evelyne (Eve) Montavon
Alias: Gemini
Gender: Female
Age:32
Brief Description: Green eye, chestnut blonde hair and warm ivory skin complexion.
Sexuality: Lesbian
~~~
Nationality: Swiss/British
Born in Switzerland and raised between Switzerland and England.

Occupation:
Intern - Montec (former)
Espionage and Tech specialist for the D.E.E.R (Former)

Affiliated Groups:
Former D.E.E.R Agent
Currently Furor

Backstory
Born in Switzerland, Evelyne’s life was never going to be considered average. The daughter of prominent business man Bastion Montavon and former model Nicola Bradford, Eve’s family spent half a year living in Switzerland and the other half in England mainly due to Bastion’s work. Unlike most children, Evelyne grew up primarily spending her time around her father’s office. Though she was enrolled into a school, she completed studies through distance education with a tutor on hand especially when the family travelled across the globe. Eve’s friends were made up of other children from families who mixed in the elite social circles and Montec employees who had watched her grow up over the years. A shared passion for technology and want to learn new concepts whilst hanging about the Montec offices meant Eve had a close relationship with her father as opposed to her mother who though by all appearances is shown in the media as a family orientated woman was in fact considerably distant to her daughter.

In her later teen years, Evelyne wasn’t immune to the rambunctious and rebellious streak of a 16 year old. Easily bored and impatient, she utilised her intelligence, ‘secrets’ and handy work learnt from her years around Montec to utilise gadgets to commit several thefts with her friends, not for anything other than to satisfy her boredom. One thing which was not exposed until she was caught on camera was the fact that she possessed abilities. Suddenly very much aware of his daughter’s activities and exposed abilities, Bastion spoke candidly with Evelyne after pulling enough strings to have her released without charge, choosing to keep his daughters abilities as secretive as possible whilst he worked with her to understand them better. Upon graduation from senior school, Eve registered for recruitment with the D.E.E.R against the advice of her father, having intimate knowledge of the type of tech work she would be able to achieve if she were to enlist and the simple fact that such a job would prove a hell of alot more interesting than simply working under her father’s shadow. Through rigorous training with the D.E.E.R, Evelyne found a love for fieldwork operations and proved that even though she would fit well in the office roles, she was equally suitable for combining her talents in the field. her habit to cause a bit of trouble for fun was not lost whilst at the D.E.E.R, notoriously known for pulling a hack job during her training to switch timetables and grant recruits a weekend of leave. This and several other small infractions are noted on her record however her performance and proven abilities positioned her with a permanent field operative job alongside partner Alexandra Morris.

Past records show the duo to be a significant force with reports clean and various commendations for their service with the D.E.E.R. This was up until what is simply recalled as the ‘Belarus Incident’. The report from this mission has been sealed by the department whose official public report is a bleached statement on not having knowledge of any D.E.E.R personnel being in Belarus at the time of the incident. Alexandra and Evelyne were asked to travel to a location just out from Dubrowna to conduct a surveillance and reconnaissance mission. The mission for the most part progressed as expected until the two were overrun by the enemy and the two were incapacitated and separated amidst the fray.

Taken captive by persons from Furor, Eve was held for ransom once her identity as a Montavon was revealed. Given the news by his legal team, Bastion was noticeably distraught and immediately argued for the ransom to be paid however the response sent back to Furor was that Montec had no intentions to negotiate with terrorists. Despite suffering at the hands of the Furor, the news of her father not paying the ransom was heartbreaking, so to being the death of her partner which had been confirmed by her captors. The idea that her father didn’t care enough to save her and her partner’s death prompted Evelyne to strike a deal with the Furor.

Eventually travelling to the USA with her new affiliates, Eve works on creating a range of robotics as well as providing a monetary backing for Furor whilst staying within the shadows of society. Though she doesn’t share the same values and ideals as other Furor personnel, she has lost confidence in her father and her own government. The furor has given her a new opportunity to utilise her skills and knowledge whilst mutually benefiting through the funding from Evelyne to achieve their targets.

‘Montec’

Owned and led by Mr Bastion Montavon, ‘Montec’ was created when Bastion saw potential in the global market to introduce a firm which researched, explored and presented the use of cybernetics, robotics and artificial intelligence systems in various facets of society. The appearance of Chloe Williams fuelled a large boom for Montec which was fortunate to benefit from the sudden popularity rise of robotics. Equally benefitial for Montec was the kidnapping of Miss Williams which left another gap for similar companies to lead the industry. With offices littered across the world, Bastion Montavon has built a reputable empire which provides research and services to local and international clientele of various backgrounds and interests.

Vivian Peyroux — 21 years old — Hound

Gender: Female

Occupation: Member of The Hounds

Affiliation: The Hounds

Abilities:
Plant Manipulation – She can shape and manipulate plants from her surroundings, including wood, vines, moss, and parts of plants, such as spores, pollen, and fruit. Distance and size of her plants are often relative to her surroundings, however, she cannot stretch her powers beyond what she can physically see in front of her. She cannot create any plant out of thin air and her powers are rendered useless in a place of infertile soil. High levels of radiation causes defects in her powers. Fire and ice abilities can also cause severe damage.

Toxin Generation – She can produce poison from plants and fungus from established sources. Her toxins can last for a few hours before the psychological effects, such as fever, sweating, and dizziness, begin to wear off. It has been demonstrated that her kisses are particularly deadly, one of the main reasons the Hounds took interest in her right away. She cannot create toxins out of thin air and can be contained by opponent. Opponents with poison immunity are incapable of contracting her toxins.

Brief Background:
Vivian was born and raised in Marseilles, France until she turned twelve. At twelve years old, she was given the opportunity to be a part of an extranormal ability training program in England and her parents relocated for the purpose of helping her achieve greatness. Eliza was her mentor for five years before Vivian moved to New Angeles on her own at seventeen. A relative of hers became her guardian and she met Ashley during her senior year in choir.

Ashley and Vivian clicked together like puzzle pieces. It was an inspiring beginning to a friendship; at one point, Vivian invited Ashley and her family over for dinner sometimes. Nice things became limited when Vivian tried to save Ryan, Ashley's brother, from a bank robbery. She was trying to open up a new account and happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. After she killed one of the criminals, another one tried to ruffle her feathers and Ryan tried to save her, however, upon doing so, he was shot and bled out.

Vivian was held hostage by a couple of Hounds who happened to be there she killed the man and took her to Cerberus. She was offered an opportunity for revenge because of her ability, instead of being dealt a merciful kill. Vivian was persuaded to join; her position which she gracefully accepted and was successfully initiated into. She never completed high school.
