Considered diminutive and tiny to most people's eyes, but big when it comes to the matters of the heart. Ria is known for her razor-sharp tongue and insatiable appetite; The way she looks and acts is sharper than any dual-edged sword. Ria's eyes are colored onyx which is common among her clansmen but deceiving due to her distinctively upbeat nature. Ria bears a strong resemblance to her father, Kazuma and inherited Nora's eyes.
Ria breaks the trend of her clan's traditional long collared blue and dark garments, as she sports lighter colors and shades. A perfect example would be her white sleeveless Qi-pao with red markings (black shorts inside the seemingly short outfit), black ninja boots and silver-white long gloves with red markings. In all fashion sense, she keeps her hair either unkempt or tied depending on her mood, and has a variety color selection of her outfit. Even though she is quite small for her age, she is adeptly fast in all sense of the definition. Ria is quick to talk, walk, run, answer, question, and laugh. It's not hard to spot Ria, considering her eccentricities.
Personality
Prior to the poised being of Ria, she used to be low in self esteem and hungered attention to fill the vacuum in her heart because she was treated nonexistent by her clansmen which included her immediate family since she was not a born prodigy. Throughout her tenure in the ninja academy, Ria constantly played her zaniness to attain attention in many ways, yet it did not work the way she wanted it to be and it turned her into a laughing stock instead. She coped with her depression by watching feudal theaters and reading books about ninjas of fame, hoping one day Ria would be of significance and that the honor she lost, restored.
Upon reflecting on her shortcomings for two years and a half, Ria devoted herself into correcting what went wrong and began to polish her abilities like never before. This also included her change of character based on setting her portrayal as a brave individual so that nobody may ever look down on her, never again. It proved difficult for Ria to develop her finesse, both aspects in skill and character and it was only a matter of time that she bloomed to be the confident person she is today. She developed into a poised person who is also cool and cheerful in spite of the berating that is thrown at her, Ria then realized the responsibilities of an heir and found peace with herself. Having realized what her purpose is, Ria decided to follow her own path and regain her honor in a different way, not defined by blood but as a splendid ninja, this puzzled her father. For so long, Ria wanted to be the next leader of the clan, though her father is slowly regaining his respect towards her, he is puzzled at the moment of her declaration, and though he fancied the development of his daughter, he is reluctant to give his blessing to her which Ria is fine with because she declared that she will earn it her way.
Although Ria became a fine individual, her zaniness at heart still lingers though on a lesser scale which makes her easier to approach than before. In terms of communication skills, Ria still needs improvement since she communicates in the most unorthodox manner. She also has difficulties expressing herself intimately, especially to those she may gain attachment, better yet her ego prevents her from properly expressing herself in spite of her confidence.

Personal History
Most would think that Ria is the typical Uchiha who're born perfect because of genetics but that is not true at all, Ria is completely different because of the hardships she had to go through that makes her like a normal ninja, one who works hard to reach the top. A phenomenal individual that sets the individuality of an Uchiha perceived into a new light, Uchiha Ria, even her father, Kazuma detests her "defect".
The granddaughter of Uchiha Chiaki and the firstborn of Uchiha Nora and Uchiha Kazuma , her strict father who constantly pushes her to be the perfect child and often times is compared to her immediate cousin who is an image of true perfection which she hates, even today. Before the dysfunctional relationship between Ria and Kazuma, they were really close to each other, Kazuma was kind and in good terms with his clansmen. He would often buy Ria and her younger brother, Yusuke books and go to the library, telling them about history and other controversial topics. During a family gathering in Nora's side, Ria found her crying for reasons unknown. The last thing she remembered was her grandparents giving her an eerie look and immediately shunning her. The aftermath of the gathering shaped Ria's life differently, it was the start of her father's aloof and ill treatment towards her as well her hellish teachings of the iron fan. Ria is frequently trained by Kazuma and one lack of practice means severe consequences, this ill treatment made their relationship slowly crumble, the once father-daughter relationship fades while Ria had no one to turn to.
Although results made Ria strong, it also turned her into a bitter person out of fear during her early days, she throws her anger towards her classmates which result to skirmishes and berates those lower than her - most of her friends left her, except Sarutobi Atsumi who remained to see the present version of her today. Ria's perspective in life changed at some point when she realizes what it actually means to be a Shinobi through a feudal theater play; "A shinobi is not heartless but fruitful, they fan the flames to hold on to the light". Since Kazuma is rarely around due to clan duties nowadays, she stepped out of her comfort zone and mellowed out yet still hides her true colors, she began hanging out with her peers more and maintaining her training without the provision of Kazuma. Now that she's a genin, Ria is determined to be leader of her clan and beyond that become Hokage, whatever the meaning behind of it is a secret but what's crystal clear is she aspires to become the head of the Uchiha so that the future generation of her clan will be treated with kindness instead of the way things are now.

And Ria wondered what is the awkward relationship between her father and teacher because they act like a married couple in all aspects, at least to her point of view, it was like having a secret affair. Nevertheless, Ria is thrilled that the rival of her father is now her teacher, she would seize every opportunity to get closer to Matsuoka not just to pay back her father but also befriend her which she do not like to admit. According to her father, Kazuma, Ria is like their love child, Matsuoka thought different otherwise. Like any other person, excluding her clan, Ria does not address her teacher with honorifics and casually addresses her on a first name basis, they are alike than Ria could ever imagine.
Haruno Ren
To him, their rivalry seemed to be one sided though Ria sees it different, Haruno Ren is a worthy opponent to surpass, he is also one of the people that Ria found inspiration. Their meeting dates all the way back prior to the first day of attending the ninja academy, at first, it was a healthy conversation about the books they read in common and had it not been for Ria slapping an erotica book right to his face, Ren and Ria would probably have a healthier relationship today. They have a hot and cold relationship, Ria usually initiates the bickering whenever it concerned strength while Ren would either ignore or promote smarts. Apart from their beef, they mostly get along with the common leisures they have, their rivalry is friendly and not heated.
Kohaku Sanae
One could say that the soft spoken Kohaku Sanae is like ones personal diary, which she is in this case to Ria. Unlike the close friends that Ria have, she is able to vent out her feelings and express to Sanae casually like how one would write in their diary. When they were younger, Sanae occasionally helped her in written based activities and defend her from those who ridicule her. She likes Sanae and could not explain why, perhaps it had something to do with her kind nature, Ria have developed an enticing connection with her and wishes to know her better. -
Yakushi Tsume
While Ria never viewed anyone as her equal based on her ego, her best friend, Yakushi Tsume proved to be her sole equal in spite of her health problems. The flame head is like her personal sanctuary, that of Sanae, Ria and Tsume never failed to assess each other, be it in character or power. She was crucial to her character development, Tsume was the first person that encouraged Ria to strive better and fearlessly called her out of her nonsense. When not on duty, Ria and Tsume would watch feudal theater and play together. Despite of being best friends, Ria is aware that her friend is also associated with Fukushu, the one that Ria admires.
Sarutobi Atsumi
The cute young man of the Sarutobi clan proved Ria that noble clans need not have to be against each other, Sarutobi Atsumi is one of the closest friends that Ria holds dearly. When they were younger, he would provide ways for Ria to ditch her training sessions with her father and play together, from time to time, they would challenge each other to see who is the fastest one. Much to his dismay, Kazuma does not want Ria anywhere near him, not only Atsumi seemed to be a bad influence to her growth but he is aware of his romantic feelings towards Ria. Till today, they continue to challenge on who have the better speed.
Uzumaki Miki
It was discord at first sight due to how Ria treated the young Uzumaki, Miki, rudely. Whenever they encounter each other, even today, they never cease to stop throwing insults to each other and outdo each other, Miki is one of the friends that have the guts to call her off in her nonsense but not courteous like her best friend. Looks like, their heated friendship strongly resembles the Uchiha and Senju clan, a long history of rivalry and peculiar friendships. Admittedly, Ria finds him attractive, not until his cousin, Kiyoshi came, the both of them seemed to have gotten closer because of the second Uzumaki, Ria would always ask him tips on how to deal with an Uzumaki clan member.
Namikaze Fukushu
Their opinion on each other totally are different, the purple haired Namikaze Fukushu is the object of her inspiration to become a splendid Ninja. She is not bothered by her poor attitude and rather sees it as a form of support, like how Ria assertively bothers Ren, with Fukushu, however, is consistent, oddly enough, Ria even calls the grape head as her friend even though Fukushu treats her like crap. Literally, Ria admires her strength which she is very open with her classmates. Oddly enough, Ria even copied her training regime which she proposed to her father because she wanted to be like Fukushu, to the point of having the similar physical conditioning as her.

By being body smart, Ria is capable of analyzing the pattern of movements, allowing her to take advantage of the experience she gained and create unusual strategies on the fly. The secret to achieving such feats would be through constant running, sprints, splits, and rigorous swimming, the last fact is the key to the stamina needed to pull it off, admittedly it takes a lot of stamina to maintain such prime speed.

- Azamakussen(Deceiving Fan Style)
The technique that Ria uses for her fan style is combined and apart from her taijutsu is the Azamakussen. The style is extremely basic as it revolves around preparation time, deceptive and reflector maneuvers. Best examples of it would be; Ria using launching knives, smoke bombs, kunai, and paper bombs by just having it behind her fan and launch. Lastly, the reflecting part is what its namesake, it is basically parrying/reflecting incoming projectiles however she's not able to reflect heavy loaded items and jutsu.
The fan is a metal fold and is thick enough to divert projectiles with correct positioning.
