Haruhi is bossy and outgoing. She likes to do whatever she wants and not really listen very well to what others might want instead. She can be both girly and tomboyish a lot of times. She's a bit eccentric. She also has a temper and can be very emotional, but she tries to hide that most of the time so that way she can be a good leader to the club. Despite her strangeness and bossiness she really does loving helping people (specifically in the romance department) and will never give up until she helps them. Relationships: Hoshiko Ono | Friend: Haruhi and Hoshiko are friends. They don't see each other all the time due to age and grade difference, but they do get along pretty well during club activities. Haruhi thinks she is adorable and loves giving her candy to make the girl happy, because she is just so cute when she is happy. Secretly, Haruhi also wants to dress Hoshiko in cute frilly outfits. Makoto Fuguchi | Good Friend: While Makoto is a fairly new member to the club, it was pretty easy for Haruhi to become friends with him, at least on her end. She knows his a bit hesitant on a lot, but to her, she considers him a really good friend. She hopes that she can help him feel a bit more comfortable and that the club will be a place where he can relax. Since they are in the same grade, it is easier for them to hang out. They are also in the same class, which means she always eats lunch with him, even if he doesn't want her to, though she's never gotten any no from him. Miyuki Momozono | Friend: Haruhi and Miyuki are friends. They get along pretty well. Haruhi will also give her candy since she likes it. She trusts her, and believes in her abilities to be the secretary in the club. Haruhi hopes to help her in her phobia of men.
Bio:
Haruhi's parents are very rich and own a lot in the city and surrounding town around it. This helps Haruhi because she is able to call in a lot of favors or get things easily thanks to her parent's power. However, her parents are very busy most of the time, which leaves Haruhi alone most of the time starting from a very young age. They didn't do much with her, and since her parents feel bad about not spending time with her, they buy her affection by giving her everything she wants. While Haruhi uses this to her advantage most of the time, she hides the fact that she just wants them to spend time with her just once at least. She feels neglected by them, and doesn't know what a family feels like. She lives in a large house and does have maids and other servants as well. Her romance tips and abilities are amazing, despite never having any romantic relationship in her life.

From her likes and dislikes to her actions and speech, others can see the spark of immaturity within her. Fortunately, it's not annoying in the slightest. It's actually viewed as pretty cute. She may be mature in some aspects, but she'll always be a kid at heart. Besides her child-like qualities, Hoshiko is also known to be very intelligent. She attends all Honor classes and still manages to maintain a 4.0 GPA. She isn't just book smart, though. She is quite smart in the sense that she makes up her own conclusions and the like. She's also a good strategist. Coupled with her brains is her need to work hard. She doesn't get good grades solely based on her mind. She also has the effort to achieve it. You can always count on her to be hard-working. To top everything off, Hoshiko is quite the calm individual. It takes a lot to upset her, but when she is upset, it's not violent in the slightest.
Sometimes Hoshiko can become childishly moody. She will pout and mope like a spoiled brat that isn't getting their way, but it's a pretty rare occurrence and only lasts for so long. She has the tendency to bounce straight back to her normal disposition, if given time to herself. Her stubbornness goes hand in hand with her hard-working trait. One would say that it's good that she stands her ground on things, but she doesn't just stand. She practically builds a house and lives there. Nothing can change her mind once it's set. Many have stopped trying to persuade her when they see just how determine she is. She is a mental boulder. Hoshiko is humble to the point that she's actually a bit self-deprecating. Majority don't take her jokes too lightly and scold her for being "hard on herself", so she's only this way with her close friends, siblings, and herself. Granted, it's not good for her self-esteem, but she knows that she's just kidding. Most of the time. For as successful as she is, you'd think that Hoshiko would be a pretty focused individual, but she's far from it. She has to be one of the worst space cadets that ever walked the earth. You can often find her daydreaming while staring off into space. She happens to do it at the most inopportune of times, as well (i.e. middle of class, middle of a meeting, talking to others, etc.). Crush: Yurica (Yuri-chan) Kaidou ♥♥♥♥ Yurica was the very first friend that Hoshiko made in The Lovers Club. They instantly clicked and have been pretty inseparable ever since. Yurica is one of the kindest girls that Hoshiko has ever met and she'll be forever grateful that she met her. They tend to go on a lot of adventures together and Hoshiko couldn't picture anyone else by her side. Although, she suddenly can whenever they get into a bit of trouble. Thanks to Yurica, of course. "E-Eh... I might... like Yuri-chan... morethanafriend! B-But don't tell her, please!" Relationships: Haruhi Nakamura (Candy Dealer) | Friend ☺☺☺☺ Hoshiko considers Haruhi as one of her many friends. Unfortunately, they aren't that close because of their grade/age difference, but they still get along during club festivities. Hoshiko has quite a lot of respect for her President, and she holds a special place in her heart for one specific reason. Not only is Haruhi her President; she's also her "candy dealer". The older girl happens to supply her with candy on a daily basis and it tends to keep Hoshiko in a happy mood.
Open! If you want to talk more in depth, we can~! Bio: There isn't much to know about Hoshiko's life. Not when she hasn't really started living. But, if you really want to know, we can get you up to date from the past fifteen years.
Hoshiko was born to two loving parents who were living a comfortable life. They weren't flowing with so much money that they had no clue what to do with it, but they also weren't struggling to put even a plate of food on the table. They were comfortable. And that level of comfort allowed them to get majority of whatever Hoshiko asked for, but she never asked for a lot. Not until she hit the age of ten that is.
It was at ten years old that she realized just how much she loved, well, love! It was also the age that she began to ask for romantic movies on DVD and watch them (from Disney films to The Notebook, she watched them all). In the years before, she would always look at older couples and think how nice it must be to be so affectionate with someone else that wasn't related to you. Whenever her friends had crushes, she was always willing to help them out. Heck, sometimes she got so fed up with her friends that she, and others, would whip up different plans to push said pair together. Soon, she became known as a match-maker of sorts. People actually came to her for her advice. The more she helped others out, the greater her love for seeing relationships bloom.
It was when she hit thirteen years old that she experienced her first real crush. Not only did she experience what she assumed was love for the first time, but she also came to terms with her sexuality. Sure, she's seen attractive guys, and girls, who made her heart flutter and eyes widen, but it wasn't until she met Rin that she actually felt like her breath was stolen. Rin was the first person to ever make her nervous, red in the face, and stumble over her words. Unfortunately, for all of her romantic knowledge and skills, she didn't have that much success with her own crush. From then on out, Hoshiko made a vow to just leave her own love life alone in favor of helping others.
She was able to do just that when she entered high school. While looking at the various clubs that the school had to offer, she had stumbled upon The Lovers Club. Immediately, she knew what their objective was and wanted to be apart of it more than anything. She joined without a second thought and has loved it ever since. Not only was she able to help out her schoolmates, she made a whole lot of new friends who she now holds dear. And even met the person that she now classifies as her second crush, despite her vow to herself.

Personality:
Celestin is extremely friendly. He's almost never seen without a smile on his face and is known to be a very outgoing happy-go-lucky. He loves to talk to people and making new friends is definitely his forte, which is why his role in the club definitely suits him. He is also very kind and loves the idea of helping people find love. But he's not just a goody two shoes, he can also be quite the pest. He has an overbearing flirtatious nature and flirts with almost everyone. Of course it doesn't mean he likes them or that he's a playboy, he just likes to tease. Not only that but he's quite the pervert. Of course he keeps it somewhat hidden, but it's blatantly obvious when he has those infamous nose bleeds of his.Other than that, Celestin is a very loyal and dedicated member of this club and to his friends. He tries to help in anyway he can and does his very best to keep his friends entertained as well. This perverted albeit peppy and nice guy is really fun to hang out with. There's almost never a dull moment with him, so don't just avoid him due to something he just can't help.

Tsubasa Alkaev - His best friend since pre-school. They've always done everything together and usually go on stupid adventures to find dates for each other. It's an ongoing bet to see which one will find the other a partner first.
Bio:
Celestin is the third born son of six siblings in a very fortunate family. He has a rivalry with his two older brothers and usually takes care of his younger siblings while his parent's are off on their business trips and is the most responsible of his siblings. He is constantly looked down upon by his two older brothers who do nothing but travel because of their parents money and they do it to spite him because they know that he's a better brother to their younger siblings than they would ever be.
His parents aren't very helpful either. They're renowned fashion designers who dote on their two first born sons and just leave the rest be with some money to keep themselves alive. They don't even care to have a nanny because they expect Celestin to do it.
The only place that Celestin feels at home is at his best friend, Tsubasa's, house. He usually just goes over there with his little siblings because it's more welcoming than his parent's big empty house they left for him and his siblings. But he would never openly complain in fear of getting punished.

Personality Yurica could very well be compared to the sweetest of the cakes on the shelf. She has never in her life wanted to, or actually hurt anyone. From very early in her life, she knew how valuable it was to treat other people with respect, and she's proudly carried that with her even now. She's very shy of nature, and rarely ever speaks unless spoken to. Those rare occasions being when people ask her romantic advice. The concept of romance ignites her inner passion and she is absolutely intense and passionate when she goes into her array of romantic movies and books. She knows every bad pick-up line in the book.
But on the other hand, Yurica has never in her life thought that she would ever fall in love with someone herself. Instead, she devotes her life in order to make others happy. She devotes herself to the Lovers' Club.

Relationships TBA Hoshiko Ono- They met each other for the first time in the Lovers' Club, and Yurica immediately felt drawn to her. Hoshiko is sweet and nice, and Yurica likes just about anything about her. It's so much fun when the two of them go on adventures when they're on their "jobs" for their clients. It's mostly because of Yurica that the two of them get into trouble during missions.
"Actually, my parents are very particular about this sort of thing! They've always made sure I'm dressed properly for the festivals!"
Bio Yurica grew up in a small, comfortable home with her parents. She has always been a person who has put family and friends before even herself. She has sacrificed many hours in order to help out her parents or go out with friends and be together with them. Although it hasn't always been so lively for her.
When Yurica was very little, maybe until she was about 10 years old, she was incredibly shy. Not only that, but she was small for her age, and it caused her to be unable to feel equal with people of her own age. Due to that, she was very lonely in her early years. It only changed when her parents had to move because of work, and she got into a new environment. All of a sudden, it didn't matter that she was a little small for her age. When she started playing with the other kids, she finally realized how important it was to show others that she really cared.
From then on, she started to get obsessed with romantic movies. It was something she could only dream of - that kind of fairytale-like romance. However, before she could manage to control it, she was completely engrossed into her little dream universe, and nothing made her happier than to sit down with tissues to dry her tears and some nice snacks and a good movie.
She was ecstatic when she finally found out about the Lovers' Club; it was just the place for her, with all of her romantic knowledge. Again, she decided to sacrifice her own idea of a romantic relationship in order to help others. She doesn't regret this in the least, and she's had more fun being with the Lovers' Club than ever before, and especially since she met Hoshiko, it has been super fun for her.
"It's embarrassing but... I'm always a very helpful person. So when I was asked to participate in a Christmas ceremony by my classmate, there was nothing like "no". Ah, but, I truly enjoyed it!"

Personality The easiest word one would use to describe Makoto would be... reluctant. Everything about his personality is like that. He is always careful around new people, making sure that he isn't going to get himself in trouble by being close to them. He is the type of guy that will be swayed easily when pushed because of his lack of communication skills.
It's very hard for him to say no, and he gets caught up in a lot of stupid things because of his nervousness. He's not very set on being in love and all of those things, which is the reason why he is in the Lovers' Club. He wouldn't think that a guy such as himself could really find someone to be with.

Relationships TBA Yurica Kaidou - It was her that got him into the club in the first place. She was very persuasive and passionate, and unable to refuse, he ended up going along with her and now he's in the club. He doesn't regret joining, though, and hopes that he is able to create some good memories together with his new friends.
"Music has been a part of my life since I was very young. I'd say I spend about... two hours on it every single day. I wouldn't stand a day without music."
Bio While Makoto's place of birth and family was all normal, his upbringing surely wasn't. What really made everything that bit worse was probably when he realized at the age of 5 that he wanted to be a boy. When he told his parents, he was reprimanded over, and over. This continued for years, and way into his teens, they finally got together and accepted it. Allowed him to cut his hair however he wanted. Wear whatever he wanted. He had felt conformed and controlled for so many years, so to suddenly be free felt entirely good.
They talked to the principal at Bara High School, and Makoto was allowed to enroll as a boy; with a boy's uniform, and the teachers would call on him as if he was a boy. P.E. was a bit of trouble at first, but as long as he made sure to change his clothes without others around, there was no problem.
Since then, Makoto has still yet to tell anyone the truth about everything, scared that they'll react the same way his parents did. It is part of the reason why he's so cautious with people - he doesn't want them getting too close and notice that something is off. He makes sure to attract as little attention as he can, and spends most of his time at school, at home or out with his friends from the band that he plays in.
He's played piano his whole life - it's as natural as breathing to him. He plays the keyboard for the band, and he rarely has so much fun. His band members know the truth about him, but as they're his old friends, he's more safe trusting them.
For some reason or other, though... he managed to get himself into some kind of trouble. That trouble could be called the Lovers' Club, quite simply. Through one way or another, he somehow became a member of this club. This club, meant for hooking people up in romantic relationships.
All he had done was talk to her. That sweet girl. And he'd said that he didn't feel confident talking to others - especially girls. At which point she had gotten a little too excited for his comfort and dragged him off, to where he ended up in the Lovers' Club. He wasn't sure what exactly this girl's idea was, but she said that maybe if he got to observe a lot of people falling in love, then maybe he'd learn a thing or two about talking to girls too. He appreciated the thought, but... what a situation.
"I've always been the type to play by myself. I never really got along with others, but... I guess that's about to change."

Matchmaker Essentially looks at student profiles and finds who would be most compatible by age, gender/sexuality , clubs, interests, ect.
Personality:
Tsubasa isn't quite as open and happy-go-lucky as his best friend, in fact he's very shy and reserved. He can usually be seen alone reading a book whenever he isn't seen with Celestin. He is very smart, witty, and analytical which is why he is so good at his role in the club. He could spend hours looking over papers to see just who is the best match. He is also very skeptical so he doesn't believe in horoscopes or tarot cards.
Even if he doesn't know you, he's very kind. He isn't judgmental even if people are different from him and is genuine in what he says and in his actions. He is also generous and very selfless, usually spending hours at the club to try and find someone's "perfect match" even if he has lots of homework that day. His kindness is not limited either, he gives everyone a chance and if you betray him or if you're a bad person he will continue to give you chances until it's futile. If you're close to him he's a loyal friend and a good person to lean on for support and advice.
Tsubasa is well mannered and is very polite. He hardly ever gets into arguments due to him being more of a pacifist and a peacemaker. However, when he does get into arguments he can get quite heated, but will not say anything out of line that is rude and hurtful. He uses facts like an analytical debate rather than an emotional rant. He is self-restrained and knows when to take a step back.
Even so, Tsubasa is very self conscious and a little bit of a pessimist. He doesn't like his body image or anything about himself really. He's been recovering from his major depression and it still comes back and haunts him which is why he tries to spend most of his time in the club, with Celestin, making bets, and reading because they distract him and also make him feel better. He also has social anxiety which is why he's so shy. He's always afraid of saying the wrong thing or doing the wrong thing and that people will judge him which is why he is the way he is.

Bio:
Tsubasa was born into an average family and was the first born son of three siblings. He was always a kind and nurturing brother and doted on his two younger siblings. When he went to preschool he was so happy to make Celestin as his friend and they stuck together ever since. However, it all changed once he went into middle school. Everything was different. He began to notice that he seemed to pay more attention to boys than he did girls. He didn't know what was wrong... But he generally began to accept it. As time went on students picked up on it and would constantly bully and tease him for it. Eventually the only person who stood up for him and was his friend, was Celestin.
He was harassed verbally and physically. He was called rude and inappropriate remarks. He was beat, harassed, touched inappropriately, and almost raped on a couple occasions. It made life hell for him. He became more closed off since then. His only friend was Celestin and he helped with his anxiety and depression. It's still there.... But why wouldn't it be after all that?
