She mumbled under her breath as she ran down the hallway. Leave it to her to be late. She hated to be late. She went to round a corner and slammed face first into a locker door that had been left open. Causing her to fall flat on her butt, papers and books flying all over the place. A few curse words in Japanese came from her, as she scrambled to her feet. Kay was glad that no one had seen her do that. How embarrassing would that be. She was in a complete dis shelve and she hated to show up that way. That's what she got for starting to read a book she couldn't put down. She should have know better. Her feet padded down the hallway, echoing in the empty halls as she did. She could hear the sounds of the room, as she grew closer, skidding nearly pass the door, she ran in. Coming to a halt as she caught her breath, "I"m here!!So.. sorr.. sorry I am late! Did.. di..did I miss anything?" she said, to no one in particular as she plopped down in one of the seats, and pulled out a water bottle from her bag, throwing back he head and taking a big sip.

Celestin hummed happily as he walked out of his English class and into the hallway. He wondered what the first meeting of the Lovers club was going to be like. He wasn't too worried, the Lovers club was lots of fun. He just never knew what to expect. Then Tsubasa came to mind. He hadn't seen him all day, besides the time in the morning when they walked to school together. He shrugged it off. He was probably heading to the Lovers club right now and was probably busy all day. So he decided not to worry about it. He wasn't much of the worrying type anyways. It stressed him out too much.

Deciding to put all negative thoughts aside he composed himself before entering the club room. He was just in time to see the blonde third year's announcement. It was honestly.... A little amusing. He didn't expect that he was going to have fun right when he entered. But since he was, he was extremely glad. He grinned softly to himself and sat next to the female. "That was quite the entrance you had there. If you're late, does that mean I'm super late?" He teased the female with a grin. "But all jokes aside, don't worry about being late. I'm sure the meetings just beginning to start so don't worry," He reassured with a charming smile.

Tsubasa awkwardly shifted in his seat. What if the other club members and the new ones didn't like him? He shook his head. They were his friends... Right? Well, at least he knew that Celestin was his friend. That seemed to comfort him. He let out an awkward breath as he played with his fingers. He was going to be okay. When the bell rang, he quickly stood and gathered his things before hurrying over to his locker. He didn't want to be late......

He hurriedly did what he needed to and gripped onto his messenger bag. Today was the first meeting...... He took another shaky breath as he stepped along. It seemed like the door was so far away.... What if people were staring at him? Or what if everyone was in the room already and when he arrived, everybody was going to stare at him! He took another breath and decided to clam down. Everything was going to be okay.... He just had to believe in himself.... Like Celestin would always tell him!

Now with sudden motivation he hurried to the club room and entered briskly. He didn't want to draw too much attention to himself, so he just moved along to the seat next to Celestin. Even if he was in a conversation. He wasn't going to join, but he felt safer knowing that he was around someone he knew personally.

Asuho looked over at Takasu, and laughed.

"Sure thing. I'm always willing to give readings. After all, they can change from day to day. Fate is finicky like that."

She took the cards that Makoto had placed down, closing her eyes for a moment, letting the spirits connect with her first.

"Now then shall we begin?"

She began flipping the cards one at a time as she began to explain what they meant.

"The Fool, in the Upright Position. How fitting, really. The Fool represents the start of something new, a new experience if you will. Which means that I wouldn't be surprised if the next card was the... Ah, yes, The Lovers, in the Upright Position. This one is something I see all the time. The Lovers represents love, though in this case, it likely means relationships... Perhaps... making new friends. But what happens if... Death, in the Reversed Position. Resistance to Change. Which means that you will likely experience major change in he coming times. But if you fail to accept the change, and change with it, then... The Hermit. In the Reversed Position. You will be isolated. Alone."

As she continued with her reading, it was obvious she was getting more and more into it, as her little side comments began to dwindle, and she solely spoke the meaning of each card. However, the reading done, she went back to her overly casual self, and gave Makoto a bit of comfort and advice.

"Makoto, the Spirits are never wrong. What they say is the truth, however, I may not have read the cards correctly, so do not take my word as law. Course from what I've seen, you have some good times ahead, so long as you wok with the friends you are about to make. Seeing as how the last card is...

She flipped the last card revealing it's cartoony picture for all to see.

"The Sun. In the Upright position. It represents Fun, and Warmth. Happiness if you will. Don't be afraid to turn to your friends. They can help in times of change... Now then, Takasu, if you would, Draw 5."

She turned to the Cat-girl, and began reshuffling the cards to allow for a proper reading.

Hoshiko was silent as she watched the exchange between Yurica and Miyuki. It turned out that they did know one another. In fact, Miyuki was also apart of The Lovers Club! Hoshiko thanked whatever deity was in the sky for her luck. She was glad they she ran into people who were apart of the club. Not only could they show her the way; she already had a couple of people to talk to in the club. The thought made her smile softly to herself. She was soon snapped out of her musings when she felt a hand grip her own. Next thing that she knew, they were storming off to the club with Yurica leading them. She struggled to keep up and had let out a surprised noise at their sudden departure. With the speed that Yurica was going, it didn't take them long to arrive at their destination. As soon as they entered the room, the ginger was overwhelmed by amount of people already there. This club sure lives up to its popularity, she thought.

She was drawn to a certain pair as Yurica spoke, following her gaze on a boy and a girl. It would seem that he was getting his...fortune read?! Such a sight made Hoshiko gasp and look on in awe. The club members must be pretty serious when it came to finding someone's match if they had someone who specialized in things like fortune-telling. She briefly wondered if that also tied into people's astrological signs and zodiac signs. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to look for long since Yurica was pulling her away and to someone else, leaving the pair and Miyuki as well.

As Yurica talked, Hoshiko stood beside her with a gentle smile upon her face, waving when the introduction was finished. That's when Yurica turned back to face her and began to ask her questions that made her furrow her eyebrows in thought. Surprisingly, she had no clue what she wanted to do. Especially with the glimpse that she just got. If there was someone specializing in readings, she wondered what other tasks people had. Maybe she could do something as cool as fortune telling...

Thankfully, Haruhi, as she learned, began to speak before her brain was fried from her trying to figure out her role in the club. As she listed off facts about her, the ginger couldn't help but wonder if the club just had files on everyone. That's pretty cool, if they do! It's like... they're a secret agency, or organization! Her eyes shone with amazement for both her thought, and the fact that Haruhi knew all of the about her. She grinned as she was officially welcomed to the club.

"Thank you, Haruhi-senpai!" She exclaimed as said girl rummaged around for whatever she was going to give her. Her eyes watched her curiously as she finally pulled something out, handing it to her. With raised eyebrows, she took the offered gift, observing it. All of her curiosity quickly diminished when Haruhi finally told her what it was. With a soft squeal, she began to open up the wrapper, sticking said candy into her mouth with a gleeful smile. It happened to be a sucker and the flavor was green apple—one of her favorites. Removing the candy, she thanked Haruhi again before putting it back where it belonged—in her mouth. She could only nod at Haruhi's last words, reminding her over her earlier dilemma. Exactly what was she going to do in the club?

Miyuki stopped apologizing as soon as the girl she bumped into accepted her apology. She was really feeling sorry for what happened but now she's ready to forget about it since she's forgiven. Smiling shyly, she nodded her head and answered her question "Yes. Yurica-san is an acquaintance. A-And its nice to meet you, Hoshiko-san. As I introduced before, I'm Miyuki, the secretary of Lover's Club." As soon as she finished her introduction, Yurica caught her off guard by grabbing her hand and bouncing excitedly. She immediately blushed from the sudden contact and tried to remove her hands from her but the excited girl didn't let her go. In fact, Yurica grabbed her hand and dragged her towards the club room. All Miyuki could do was sigh and follow the girls.

As they arrived at the club room, Miyuki tried her best not to wince at the chaos and noise. There were already people there and the excitement around her was beyond compare. She wanted to go out for a minute to gather her bearings and prepare herself for the club activities today but she didn't get the chance as Haruhi walked towards her and started talking to her. "S-Sorry, Haruhi-sama. I was busy with um..some stuff! Yeah.. I promise it won't happen again!" Miyuki knew she shouldn't be apologizing but it was in her nature. Besides, it was partially her fault for not being able to accompany Haruhi and Makoto to the club room.

As things started ro settle down, Miyuki found herself alone and doing nothing. Almost everyone in the room was busy doing their own stuff and for once Miyuki felt out of place. She didn't know why out of all days did she felt that way but it just happened! With a sigh, she decided to occupy herself by going to her own personal desk and started sorting out the papers. It was only the first day of school and yet they already received requests from students: some were asking for advices, some for their fortune, while others were looking for their match. "This is going to be a long year.." Miyuki mumbled to herself as she started sorting out the papers, making sure that everything was on their respective folders. She was planning on giving the requests to the appropriate members once she's done but it might take a while. She already have about 50 papers on her desk and its only the first day! Miyuki was certain that its going to double up tomorrow.

Haruhi let out a little happy giggle upon hearing the thankyou from Hoshiko. She was super cute and that was something Haruhi found adorable. It was then Miyuki that Haruhi's attention changed to as she said sorry for not being right behind them, saying that she had something to do.

"Oh, Miyuki, it's no big deal. You are here now, so it's all fine," Haruhi was an upbeat person and she wasn't too concerned about Miyuki not following them into the club room, after all, she was there now and not missing somewhere. And, she was adorable too. Haruhi watched her as she went over to her desk, mentioning about it going to be a long year. She noticed the other come in. Now that a few others had arrived it was time to get started with their club activities.

They did already have a lot of clients. "Alright everyone," Haruhi said as she sat up from her desk to get everyone's attention. "It's the start of a new year and another one for the club. First of all, since we have some new members, introductions are in order. There are a few still missing, but we can fill them in later." After that, Haruhi took the time to let everyone introduce themselves so that way the new members knew who everyone was, and their role in the club.

"We obviously like to have a lot of fun here, but we also need to do our work of finding matches, especially because we already have so many clients who want us to look for someone for them. So, we should get started right away."

This meant they needed to pick a client and begin work on finding them the perfect match. To do that they needed to sort through the list of clients and decide on who they wanted to do. Haruhi poked through the papers on her desk trying to look for someone who would be a good client to start in the beginning, and one that would also be helpful to use to teach the new members about how the club worked.

"Ah, here we can do this one first," Haruhi mumbled and began to bring the client sheet up on the computer to show it up on their board in order to everyone to see what they were working with. "Take a look everyone. This is our first client. Now it's time to come up with possible partners for this girl."
