Name// Ivory Isabella Sin
Age// 20
Gender// Female
Personality// Ivory is a complex being. One minute she can be cool, the next she is a walking flame. It all depends on how she slept, if the person she is interacting with is good or not, and if she's had her morning coffee. She sticks to a strict morning routine, and if it is altered in any way. The girls day will be ruined! Ivory though is still a very nice person to the ones she deems close to her. Hell, she finds herself clinging to them, and worry about them 24/7. She will be there anytime of day for a friend or loved one, no matter how bad of a mood she is in.
Summary// Honestly, the Kaiju have been in her family for a long time. Her father was a scientist studying any Kaiju parts brought in, and finds herself oddly interested in the Kaiju. Hell, she feels bad for them because they are basically controlled by aliens to destroy. They don't get to control their own destinies, they were created and just forced to destroy the world around them. Talk about being puppets. Well, that is what Ivory thinks. Though, she keeps her fascination about this creatures at bay, and only expresses hatred to keep from people getting angry with her.

Name// Norton Valley
Age// 21
Gender// Male
Personality// Believe it or not, this dude is awfully wreck-less on the outside. He likes to come off as this tough, ill-mannered prick to keep from people getting close to him. Though, on the inside this fucker is a big softy who has a major weakness for puppies. This little shit talks a lot of smack, but will run with his tail between his legs when confronted. Though, the story will change if he finds out someone hurt the ones he is close to. His anger will break lose, and you better hope you may it through the night <3.
Summary// Norton grew up without his father due to his father being killed by a Kaiju when he was only 2. Ever since then, his mother has been a single mom, and he blames the kaiju for ruining his mothers happiness, and breaking up the family. Since he was 17, he's been in the line of work, training and going on field to fight the fuckers called Kaiju.

Amazing characters! Would you like me to start or would you want to?

Could you. I'm not too sure how to start this off, lol.

Alright! And hmm.. Maybe their a few days into training, and their all settled down eating dinner, in which maybe Emerson became friends with your two characters and she tries to introduce Chris but he's having a hard time communicating?

Sure, norton will be like. "Look here fucker. Talk."

YES. I love it xD

~Emerson
Being the lighter person, Emerson had always kept a light mood. She wore a usual smile which seemed to make her bright green eyes give off their natural sparkle. The young woman made her way through the line of getting her food; it seemed like her mouth wanted to water from the smell and sight of it. Although Emerson had a really high metabolism, she ate all the time. It was one of the things that kept her mind off of the war. After grabbing her plate, Emerson made her way over to one of the tables where she sat beside Christopher. It wasn't long till she was stuffing her face, not even stopping to greet the male. People could say that food was one thing that distracted her most, even in the middle of training if she smelled food, it meant for Emerson that she would get her ass kicked. The old teen seemed to find herself to fit in, meeting new friends, enjoying her training time, and of course the food. The only thing Emerson didn't seem to enjoy was the short hours of sleep. She found it hard to fall asleep at night, which meant a long morning for her the next day. It was rare for Emerson's mood to fall, but when it came to lack of sleep, she would often get cranky and rather ill; this came to her complaining every five minutes, even though in the end she seemed to know it was worth it. Despite her risk of death. After Emerson finished her food, her gaze was quick to move to Christopher, who was only looking at her with a frown. "Well hello sunshine!" The red-head exclaimed in more of a sarcastic tone to the Asian. It didn't take too long for the teen to notice Ivory, in which she was quick to wave and try to get her attention.

~Christopher
Unlike his friend, Chris was known to not really be social with anyone besides her. Christopher knew it itched at Emerson when he didn't want to talk to her, knowing her personality. Although he was grateful for the red-head, usually being there when he had no one else at the training site. The male had already been sitting, eating his food slowly and taking his time as he wanted to actually taste it. He had seen how Emerson ate; which surprisingly bothered him. Chris's food had been partially ate when noticed Emerson from the corner of his eye, forcing a light smile as he saw how large her's was after turning his head before looking back down to his food, his smile immediately disappearing. Chris wasn't known to judge, but he didn't exactly know why Emerson was such in a happy mood all the time, knowing with all the war going on, but he didn't bother to ask. The Asian looked back to Emerson as she sat down beside him, a light huff leaving his lips before he went back to eating his food; though before he could finish, Emerson had beat him to it. A light sigh left Christopher's lips as he noticed Emerson stuffing her face. After she had finished and began speaking, Christopher wrinkled his nose at her word's, not failing to notice the sarcasm in her tone. Today wasn't the best day for him, having gotten a black eye from training, and noticing by Emerson's language towards him, she knew he had a bad day. "Sunshine as ever, got my ass whooped." Chris fell silent after her then noticed Emerson waving to someone, another huff coming from his lips.

Ivory found herself dragging herself out of the comfort of her covers. She'd slept good tonight, though craved to be back under her blanket. These short hours weren't doing her justice, and for once she secretly wished there was such thing as "vacation" in her line of work. Though she managed to push through it, and met up with Norton. They did their daily small talk before moving into contemplating if fighting the Kaiju are really worth. Every single day though, they come to the conclusion that someone needs to fight to Kaiju. At the expense of a few lives for billions, it is worth it.

When Ivory saw Emerson wave to her, she smiled softly and made her way over with Norton. He waved at Emerson as well, though found himself giving that fucker named Christopher the stink eye. Gosh, was that kid silent. It was odd. He was a weirdo. When they sat down, the first thing that came out of Norton's mouth was. "Hey fucker, you gonna talk to us today." He looked directly at Christopher with a smug look. It was soon wiped off by Ivory hitting him over the head before smiling at the two. "Sorry about that. How are y'all two?" She asked.

Emerson's smile grew when she saw Norton padding along with Ivory, causing her bright green eyes to sparkle. The teen's freckles seemed to pop out more than usual due to being out in the sun on the breaks throughout the day. "Hey." She spoke once they made their way over and sat down. Emerson pushes her tray to the side, only for the spot to be replaced by her elbows as she rest her head in the palm of her hands. The red-head wore her causal clothing, gray leggings with a white t-shirt, along with her hair having been loosely braided, red strands of her hair resting beside her face. A light chuckle escaped her lips when Norton made the comment about Christopher not talking which didn't seem to help the male's mood. Christopher had turned his back against the two when he noticed them coming. "Why do you have to bring over anyone you see?" The male had asked before he went back to eating his food, noticing that Emerson had seemed to ignore his question. Though Christopher didn't fail to notice the look Norton gave him, causing the male to slightly grit his teeth after having finished his food, showing the tension of his sharp jawline. When Norton had made the comment, his head was quick to whip to the other male, causing his eyebrows to furrow in slight anger, not helping that Emerson chuckled at it. Christopher only went back to finishing off his food, deciding to not start anything as he wasn't in the mood. "I've been doing good." Emerson started as her gaze shifted back to Norton. "But I heard Chris got his ass beat by some dude who's been doing this for years." The teen finished, her gaze moving back to Chris who seemed to ignore them. A light sigh left Emerson's lips before her attention moved back to Ivory and Norton. "What about you guys?"

Norton couldn't help but laugh as Emerson joined in on the teasing. He loved seeing other people become miserable or angry just by the simple comments he made. Though, Ivory was frowning a bit. She found it awkward to just sit here and allow the two to make a mockery of the already fed up boy. She looked at Christopher, who seemed to be pissed off at the world. She sighed and stood up, walking over to the boy and sitting down next to him. "Hey, awesome fight today. Sorry you got your ass kicked, but hey. We all learn from our mistakes. C'mon, cheer up bud!" She said, purple hues gleaming with joy as they made direct eye contact with Christopher. On the other hand, Norton was getting pure joy out of this taunting Christopher thing. He snorted a bit before smirking. "No wonder he got a black eye." After his comment, he sighed softly. "Just wondering when this battle will be over..." He explained before scratching the back of his head.

Christopher glanced to Ivory as she stood and went to sit beside him. He wore a usual frown on his features. The male knew Emerson loved to joke around, but he knew that the teen never really saw the worst in someone mentally. It wasn't like he was depressed or nothing, it was just everything going on. He was surprised anyone else wasn't really the same. "Thanks." Chris then spoke, feeling a bit comforted by Ivory's words which made him lift up a bit from his bad mood. He was more so bulky, a natural athlete, so it was rare that someone would come out of the blue and kick his ass and it really showed. Though Christipher's eyebrows furrowed when he heard Norton's next two comments. Emerson was usually going along with joking, but she began to notice Christopher's state, especially after noticing his reaction after hearing Norton. Her smile immediately disappeared. "Chris.." She was quick to say after watching the black-haired male quickly stand up and aggressively snatching his plate, having ignored Em. Christopher slamming the plate into the trash before walking away. He wasn't up for anymore jokes. Chris didn't know how long it'll be till he took a fist to Norton's face. Emerson then let a light frown rest on her features as she watched her friend walk away in anger. Her gaze then flickered to Norton, pressing her lips together in a thin line before lightly shaking her head, indicating that Chris had enough. Maybe Norton even took it too far, either way, she more so felt bad for Chris. "Sometimes I wish he wasn't like this." The teen then spoke before she rested her head back into her hands, a sigh coming from her lips.

Ivory glared at Norton. Damn was he going to get it from her later. She looked back over to see the dude leaving, getting up and going to try and comfort the big fellow. If Emerson wouldn't do it, someone had to. She followed Christopher until they were out of the cafeteria and jumped on to his back, surprising him a bit. "Hey, wanna go do something. I know how we can lighten your mood!" Ivory cooed out as she looked over his left shoulder, long blonde hair falling over his shoulder.

Norton sighed. "I wouldn't blame him for being the way he is. We've all lost family to these monsters overtaking our world. All we have is ourselves...because you don't know if your friend might die on battle field. I can see why he wouldn't always be in the brightest of moods. We live in dark times." He said, an ounce of remorse in his tone as he calmly began to eat. "Anyways...uhm..how did you sleep?" He asked.

It took all of Christopher to try and not punch Norton, but if he did, he wouldn't hear the end of it from the training chief, and that was the last thing he wanted. He didn't know what he would do if he got kicked out. At first, Chris had failed to know that Ivory was coming up behind him, yelling out in surprise once she had hopped on his back. It took the male a few seconds to regain his balance before eventually looking over his shoulder. A light smile appeared at the corner of his lips when he noticed the blonde strands flying over his shoulder. Chris looked at her from the corner of his eyes. "What do you have in mind?" He asked, his mood seeming to lift up a bit as he went to quickly grab her outside of her thighs to keep her from slipping off of him. The Asian was glad that someone seemed to care at this point. Of course he knew Emerson did, but it wasn't the same.

Emerson remained silent as she listened to him, a light frown appearing on her features. As much as she'd hate to say if, he was right. That's what really got to her at times. She really enjoyed making new friends, but she never knew the outcome of tomorrow. Emerson's frown quickly disappeared when he changed the subjects, the sparkle in her green eyes reappearing."I slept pretty good. I actually went to bed at a decent time so I probably won't be pissy today." A light chuckle left her lips at that before she moved to stand up and throw her plate away before approaching Norton again. "I wouldn't mind getting extra work in. Since we don't know when we're all being matched. It would suck if I matched with someone I hardly knew, even if we did think alike. It is what it is though." The young female spoke afterwards as she went to sit back beside Norton, her gaze flickering back to him.

Ivory was glad the gruff didn't slam a sour expression her way, next to a 'get the hell off of me'. then again, she knew christopher wasn't all that bad. some people handled things differently in this life they lived. no one could hide the fact they lived in hell, and every day was a blessing to have. though, ivory liked to ignore this harsh fact. sometimes smiling and enjoying the days you do have are the best. that, she needed to show christopher. looking at the asain with a hardy smile, she soke. "let's go watch the ocean. its a fairly beautiful day today.'' her arms wrapped around his neck.

Norton laughed at emerson's words, then shrugged. ''it really is what it is'' it was a hard fact to face. ''hell, i might be matched with christopher, then again. the amount of times we've fought. i highly doubt people even think about pairing us two together.'' he joked a bit, letting out a loud chuckle before finishing up his food, shoving in the last bite. ''ah. which robot do you wanna use?" he asked, referring to the giant machines they fight in.

Christopher was silent as he listened to her answer, his smile slightly widening at that. He had always loved the ocean view. Him and his mother would always walk along the beach when he was a kid, so it more so brought bad good memories, even though the heat wasn't his forte. "Sounds like a plan." He commented before making his way towards the exit of the training center, making sure she was secure on his back. Ivory always had this sense that brought his comfort, especially in times like this. He was more so grateful for it, even if he did give off an attitude at times. Once he reached the door, the male pushed it open with his hip before he started towards the ocean side, gently moving to set her down.

Emerson kept the light smile on her face as she listened to his first sentence, a light chuckle leaving her lips in the process. "I mean if you guy's brains pair up, despite if you hate each other, they'll more likely pair you up." She commented as she set her hands in her lap, holding them together. A light sigh left her lips, she hoped that none of them would reach their fate, soon especially. So that's why she took the small times of them being together so heavily. Her gaze flickered back to Norton as he began to speak again. "Probably Mark-4 or Mark-2. They look the most badass. Though I think I heard one of the Chief's saying that Mark-2 gives off too much radiation if it's been damaged. I don't know if that's true though."

Ivory looked out to the abyss called the ocean, bodies of water hiding mysteries and scary truths. most of all, kaiju lurked, waiting to emerge and scare the living hell out of anyone. the water use to be wonderful to come to. she'd love to travel the ocean's with her parents. however, after the portal opened that the kaiju come through, ivory has been secretly terrified to even step foot in the ocean. her eyes looked over at christoper when he saw down. she elbowed him lightly, before speaking. ''see, you're already smiling. and hey, don't let that fight ruin your day. you look damn good with a black eye. the more scars, the more badass stories you have to tell. even if you lose a fight, you can make yourself to be a badass in the fight who lost with spunk and dignity." pride and motivation filled her speech as she raised a fist to the heavens before letting out a giggle.

Norton smiled, nodding his head in agreement. ''damn, the mark 4 is one sexy beast. that's a good choice. ivory wants to use gipsy. i kinda like the brawler yukon though...if it was still around. that sucker was my shit, but i think the mark four is my second choice." he explained before his smile widened. "damn, what if we're paired together! you think we'll be a badass team?" he asked.

Christopher moved to sit down on the concrete, propping his knees up and setting his elbows on his knees. The Asian looked up at her, a large smile appearing on his features now. The male's dark brown eyes began to glitter as his mood lifted up lightly. Christopher's gaze moved up at her, silent as he listened to her. A light chuckle escaped his lips at her words, playfully shaking his head. "I'd hope so. I wanted to be top rank. Hopefully I get there. I don't mean to be an ass, it's just.. All the bullshit going on. Sorry if I was ever an ass." Chris apologized, he more so felt bad that everything that went on began to show on him and he didn't mean for it to happen.

Emerson remained silent as she listened to him, a small giggle escaping her lips. She enjoyed talking to Norton, especially the Jaegers that they would eventually get to use. Of course she was nervous, but more so overall excited. "Oh yeah. I'd loose it if I used Mark-4. And we'd be one badass team for sure. But we can't give our hopes up. We could possibly match with strangers." Emerson really didn't want for it to happen, but it is what it is and she couldn't complain since she had no control over it. "I hope we pair up. Maybe when their testing our skills and brain functions, we could possibly be matched, or Ivory, or Chris. I don't mind."

king

ivory laughed at christophers apology before laying her head in his lap, looking up at the clouds. "days like this, i cherish. it is almost unfair that these days get to exist. makes me thing fighting kaiju is really worth it. just so i can see another beautiful day like this again...where life seems to be all at peace for a second." she explained before directing her eyes to Christopher. "No need to apologize. with everything going on, i can see where you'd start to get a little snappy. hell, i get angry myself...and those days no one wants to interact with me!" she explained, trying to comfort christopher.

Norton smirked a bit. He'd only imagine how these two would be together on the field. "Hey, we can still dreams. gives us something to do in times like this, when we aren't training or fighting." he explained as he let out a small chuckle. "I think if we are paired, we will be good together. I think we think alike. Hell, we've always seem to crack the same jokes, and talk about the same subjects without losing interest. that has to be a sign we are compatible!" he could only dream, but it was worth it.

Christopher kept his gaze on her as she spoke, nodding in agreement. He wanted to cherish the little things like this, especially since he knew they they really couldn't promise tomorrow since the Kaiju could pop out at them any moment. As much as Chris hated to say it, he was prepared for the worst. "Of course. We'll never know when we could have another time like this. Maybe never. You don't know." A light sigh left his lips as his gaze flickered back on the ocean. He despised warm weather, but he couldn't hate this. It had been years since Christopher had seen an ocean, his parents having been way too scared to take him anywhere up until he started training. "It's just.. I hope we win the war."

Emerson's smile reappeared as her mood lightened to his sentence. "You think so?" She asked, raising an eyebrow as her green eyes gave off their usual sparkle. She would love to be paired with Norton, knowing well that they could be a badass team. The old teen also began to notice that the two of them usually thought alike, especially when it came to their combat skills. "Yeah but dreams don't see to come true, especially now." Emerson was the last to give up hope, always seeing the light in things, but she especially knew that it was hard to even have fun, dream, lay out of the beachside, just about anything someone could think of having fun without worrying about Kaiju popping out of nowhere and killing thousands of people.

Ivory was getting tired of this moping around. For once, she wanted to forget about the war going on, and focus on the light of the situation. She sat up and gently slapped Chris across the face. It barley even felt like anything. She then shook her head. "God damnit, please stop talking like that. If we keep this negative mindset, we'll never win the battle for sure. We need to focus on the good things!" She explained.

Norton simply laughed, not knowing what to say. Dreams can come true, they really can....Norton thought to himself before standing up. He let our a yawn, then sighed. "It was nice talking to you...." He said as he scratched the back of his head.
