Are Fandom RPs allowed? Like say, could I post an RP where one could play as a character in the Pokemon universe? Or does everything have to be original? And would it be alright to play as a character from another series, so long as the RP allows it?

You can play anything you damned well please! 8D All you have to do is pick the right section and have at it. We even have a "Fanbased" prefix for when you are starting your own group rp.

As for joining an rp with a fan/canon character, that is up to the Game Master running the rp. So you would have to ask them if it's okay! Some people like it, some people don't.
