A Glimpse into the Past

The Kingdom of Deceptia, nearly ten years ago, fought a great war against their neighboring Kingdom of Memoi. At the time, the two were the greatest kingdoms in the land, feared and respected by all other kingships. The Memoi King, a kind old man, unable to watch the constant bloodshed because of their conflict, proposed a secret deal to the King of Deceptia. Truth be told, neither King was capable of calling off the war, for reasons that history has not recorded. Thus, the Memoian King found a solution to their troubles. He would allow Deceptia to feign victory and claim the Memoiam empire, in lieu of the 'deaths' of the Memoian Royal Family.

The world mourned for them, but in fact, the Memoian King had not allowed his family to die. A great wizard, he conjured up the last of his magic to simply erase the memories of his children. After they had been safely left in the outskirts of Deceptia, he committed suicide and was buried beneath the ruins of his grand castle. The King of Deceptia wept for him. The Memoian Children, brainwashed to believe that they were orphans had lived in Dieceptia all their lives, discreetly watched by the Deceptian King. Scarred by their father's magic, each child had a petal shaped birthmark on their shoulder blades, a sign of their ancestry. There were three Memoian heirs and none of them has yet discovered their identity.

A Glance of the Present

The Kingdom of Deceptia is the largest empire currently in the world. Neighboring kingdoms pay tribute and live under the slight supervision of Deceptia. The heirs and heiresses, however, will be meeting for the very first time, as per the Treaty of Flowers, that marked the end of the Deceptian-Memoian War. As a last wish of the Memoian King, none of the royal families of any of the kingdoms were to meet until ten years had passed since the destruction of his empire. Ten years have passed and the kingdoms are eager to send their children to strengthen their alliances with Deceptia, who provides certain necessary items for each kingdom's wellfare (i.e, to some food, to some technology).

At the moment, there is havoc in the Deceptian court. It seems as though the King's advisors were recently murdered. When the court argued to have them replaced with Deceptian Nobles, the King refused, claiming that he had chosen adept people from an overseas kingdom that he trusted. Between you & I, the truth of the matter is, the Three Pillars of Faisen are in true control of Deceptia now. Ten years ago, their father led Deceptia and Memoi to war because the latter would not comply with their wishes. And now, they are in control once more. As more and more people disappear from Deceptian lands, there is really no security for anyone's life. Are the Three Pillars of Faisen responsible for the disappearing people or is it just a coincidence that King will not address the issue in public, while he diligently makes plans for the Masquerade Ball.

But as night falls each day, no man is safe. Not even those, who come in peace.

Night of a Thousand Stars

There is a legend, in old Memoian tales, of the flower maiden and her lover. They would meet in secret, high above the hills of the old Memoian lands, beneath the twilight sky and sparkling stars. She was only a young human girl and he was a creature from another world, but she fancied him for he fascinated her. It wasn't long before her father discovered her running off in the middle of the night. And one dark evening, he followed after her with his sword, prepared to kill the man who had stolen away his daughter for so many nights. And yet, when he came upon the two, in a clearing in the forest, lit by moonlight, he could not walk any closer.

For his daughter, watching him with her tearful eyes, her hair fluttering in the soft wind, was illuminated by moonlight in such a way that she looked almost angelic. And the man, her father could see, was a being of darkness itself, bearing fangs and a pair of enchanting black wings, spreading out and encompassing the view of everything else. She had seen her father coming, the girl told him quietly, tears spilling down her cheeks. She had seen her father coming, and for that reason, she wished to die. If she were to die, she told them, she could happy. She would not face anyone or anything any longer. And she could die with the memories of both her beloved and her dear father without the pain of betraying either.

The father, unable to speak or move, stood still and watched as his daughter fell to the ground, weeping. And the vampire, taken by surprise, kneeled beside her, holding her by the shoulders, begging her to compose herself. This would not end things, this would not make things easy for any of them, but the girl continued to cry as the evening darkened into night, and the night fell to a starlit dawn. As the tiniest specks of sunshine crawled upon the horizon, the girl began to fade away into tiny stars, sparkling and dancing as they shot up to the sky. The father and the vampire were surrounded by the bright lights of these little stars, blinded by the brightness of these tiny sparkles.

So much so, that when the sun rose into the sky, yellow sunshine spreading across the fields, none of them were ever to be found...

<3

The legend claims that every few years, the stars will line up again and come down to earth. The beautiful flower maiden will return to take revenge on humans for what she had to give up. She will take away one's hearts, one's emotions, one's love for another. She will spend four nights in this world, wrecking havoc in the hearts of the young...

Just our luck, if the legend claims true, one of the nights of the Masquerade ball will be the Night of a Thousand Stars.

As if the havoc of the flower maiden isn't enough, the threat of the Three Pillars is yet to come.

The Three Pillars of Faisen

The Three Pillars are the three heirs to the Faisen throne. They are the children of Faisen, the powerful wizard who controlled the wars of Deceptia in order to weaken the empires. The weaker the empires, the easier for Faisen to control. The former king of Faisen is still alive, although he has formally passed leadership to his three heirs and given them their title of the Three Pillars of Faisen. They have been given invitations to the Masquerade Ball as well, sent for two main reasons. One, to find the remnants of the Memoian Heirs and dispose of them (the former king has his suspicions of Deceptia betrayal). Two, to place the heirs of the other kingdoms under their control, even if mind control is required.

The former king of Faisen, along with the entourage he sent with his children, he also sent a small group of assassins to infiltrate Deceptia. Anyone who knew too much about the Deceptian War or the Faisens was to be erased from existence. This would explain the disappearance of a few people in Deceptia.

Will the Three Pillars succeed in overthrowing Deceptia and it's neighboring empires according to their father's will or will something entirely different take hold in these political struggles?

While the dangers steadily increase, the time for the Masquerade Ball draws closer.

She never holds back and always speaks her mind. She's loyal to her friends and always ready to defend them, she is a real tomboy but she tries to hide it because her father considers it "un-ladylike" and "not the way a princess should act." Third Pillar of Faisen/ Tybalt "Prince of Cats" Delgado
Character Name: Tybalt “Prince of Cats” Delgado
Gender: Male
Status: One of the 3 Pillars
Kingdom: Kingdom of Faisen

Age: 18

General Appearance:
guy-black-063.jpg

* Masquerade Appearance:
1433190-1.jpg
Tybalt does very little to disguise himself other than by wearing this cat mask.

General Personality: Tybalt has a lot of ambition, energy, and passion, and tries to instill it in others, though over all he‘s not a very well respect figure like his other two siblings are. He tries to dominate people of other temperaments, especially shy and reclusive people. He can be hot tempered and doesn’t like stopping until his goals are achieved. Tybalt is also currently looking for someone to call his own, for he believes that defending someone he loves is the key to success in life. He also has a love/hate relationship with his siblings, being the youngest and has the least to gain in being one of the Three Pillars of Faisen. Talents include being good at fencing and voice acting. He unconsciously wears the color green since it represents protection from fears and anxieties connected with the demands of others and overcome a sense of thwarted ambition
.
General History: Not much needs to be said about his childhood or life. Tybalt is the youngest of all the Pillars and considered by many to be the least likely to listen to his father’s every order since he has a drive of his own. His own ambitions for the ball is to find the love of his life, though he knows this unlikely to happen. Often seen with a black cat named Hector on his shoulder, Tybalt goes around various kingdoms picking fights with thugs or thieves and then leaves almost as quickly as he arrived. He is sometimes known as the "Prince of Cats" for this very reason.

bot43-1.gif
Second Pillar of Faisen/ Emeline
Character Name: Emeline

Gender: Female

Status: One of the Three Pillars

Kingdom: Kingdom of Faisen

Age: 20

General Appearance: Long, wavy dark hair, usually with a flowers pinning it out of her face. She has high cheekbones and a rounded chin. Her Rubinesque body is always hidden by plenty of layers, betraying her inner shy nature.

*Masquerade Appearance: She opts for a butterfly-themed mask and dress for the masquerade, in different shades of blue, of course.

General Personality: Emeline is a good at tact, even under stress. She can be quite the stuffed-shirt, as all her moods are handled with the utmost politeness. She appreciates her siblings to a degree, but can get irritated with their tactics. She is the middle child, and easy to ignore, cementing her ability to control from the sidelines. She struggles with the thought of being overlooked and has deep-seated fears of isolation, and clings to company. She is quite ambitious, but rather than using force, she prefers to use subtle manipulation. She's very concerned about others, but for largely selfish reasons.

General History: Emeline's history is a fairly simple one - as the middle child she's always worried her siblings will steal her limelight. She chose to remain closely under her father's thumb rather than branching out to do her own thing. Lately, though, she's been feeling restless; she wants something else, something new, and has begun to enjoy seeing the sights of other kingdoms.

Memoian Heir / Felicia Fay (Aurora Lily)
Current Name: Felicia Fay
Original Name: Aurora Lily (Memoi)[
Gender: Female
Status: Memoian Heir / Ex-Princess of Memoi
Kingdom: Memoi
Age: 17
General Appearance: She almost always looks windblown and bright-eyed, cheeks flushed red as if she'd just run through a field of wildflowers screaming at the top of her lungs. And yet, there's a serious, almost haunting queerness to her face when she isn't smiling. While she's not infiltrating the palace or taking risks in the royal gardens, Felicia doesn't bother to dress like a princess. Her casual attire consists of ninja-inspired pleated dresses with colorful sashes around her waist that tie into large bows with ribbons at the back, knee-length leggings, and a pair of black boots. Flowers and leaves linked into her layered black hair and almost always, the strangest, but the most pleasant smell of roses lingering about her.
*Masquerade Appearance: She decided to dress up, knowing that if she didn't, she wouldn't be able to sneak into the party.
Beautiful_Lonely_Girl_by_Drack77.jpg
Pretty Mask :D
General Personality: Felicia is generally a quiet girl. She prefers to observe people before letting her true personality known, but that makes her all the mysterious to strangers. She has a way of making people feel at ease, perhaps due to her naive and trusting nature, but all in all, she is more intelligent than she lets off, has a scary temperament when provoked to anger and can be a little overconfident when it comes to her abilities. At her most comfortable, Felicia is outgoing, childish and uncanny, she doesn't wait for people to tell what to do and takes unpredictably wild risks for a young girl. She'd rather live a life of adventure than do her chores at the orphanage every day. Despite being such a tomboy, Felicia loves the mystery of a masquerade ball. Felicia is capable of being stubborn, she often argues with Adrian and finds herself debating over her adventures because of his protective nature. She often confides in him from time to time, Adrian being her only link to her myserious past and more importantly, one of her cherished childhood companions.
General History: Felicia Fay remembers nothing of her childhood before she was seven years old, which is a big, blank gap in her mind. She grew up in an orphanage in one of Deceptia's largest cities, but was soon sent to an orphanage closer to the royal lands when grew older, possibly because she would be able to help around with the chores. Although Felicia is content with her adventurous, risk-taking lifestyle, she feels a void in her heart where her memories should be. You could say, this is like the darker side of her bright personality. The one reason why Felicia finds it difficult to be optimistic is because she is afraid of what she doesn't know. It bothers her from time to time because she chooses to ignore the painful feeling. Adrian's presence is one of the things that reminds Felicia to be hopeful and happy. Together, as children they bonded because of their identical petal-marks as well as their amnesia. She finds his ideas and behavior quite pleasant in contrast to her own and is often excited to involve him in her silly, sometimes dangerous ploys.

First Pillar of Faisen/ Marx Elroy
Character Name: Marx Elroy

Gender: Male

Status: One of the 3 Pillars

Kingdom: Kingdom of Faisen

Age: 23

General Appearance:

Dark.jpg

*Masquerade Appearance:

Custom_Jeweled_Dragon_Mask_by_merim.jpg

General Personality: Blunt but still manages to carry on conversation. His determination is what drives him and nothing matters more than that in a battle of strength. Despite his attitude a battle of wits is also in his grasp however he has been known to fall for advanced trickery.

General History: The oldest of the Three Pillars, Marx, has grown from a child knowing his true future. He always thought of taking hold of the Kingdoms to himself but secrets are always kept within each individual. He wanted honor more than anything, and having the public forced to be honorable to you is a skewed line where he grew up.

Marx had always held morals high but those morals were manipulated into being flexible to the time. This in turn led him to the training of the large sword he works with. Not exactly a discreet weapon but one of his favorites. During this portion of his life he also was taught proper manners and social etiquette making him have some kind of disguise in public.

This has been his life up until now and he has worked every day for a chance like this ball. The future, he hopes, will unfold in his favor.

bot43-1.gif
Princess of Verdisia / Ellen Farrows

Character Name: Ellen Farrows
Gender: Female
Status: Princess
Kingdom: Verdisia
Verdisia: Is a neighbouring kingdom to the southwest that is known for its beautiful wild flowers and large, expansive gardens in the capital of Verdin. Most notably, though, is the presence of people with green hair! The mutation appeared amongst the royals of Verdisia hundreds of years ago and has eventually spread throughout the populace. About a quarter of all Verdisians have lime-blond or green hair. The weather is mostly sunny with the occasional rain that grows more frequent in Spring. It feels like Spring year-round except for the summer in which the temperatures can get very high.
History of Verdisia: Verdisia was a small kingdom about a quarter the size of New York City until it warred with the larger nation of Amran. Despite all odds, Verdisia defeated Amran after draining it economically. Verdisia invaded, but kept the royals alive, albeit removing their aurthority over the land as Verdisia claimed Amran as theirs. Verdisia encompasses 2,000 square miles (around 5200 square kilometers)
Age: 14
General Appearance:

General Personality: She is very obediant and intelligent. She's the goody-two-shoes kind of kid that's also a snitch and not afraid to rat out her friends if they're doing something wrong. She has few friends because of this and subsequently many that dislike her. She sees playing fair in the system as a thing that will give her power later on. She hates it when others try to rebel or go against the system.
General History: Ellen was born as an infanta of the King and Queen of the neighbouring kingdom Verdisia. Ellen was one of two daughters that the Queen and King of Verdisia had. Ellen was originally not the crown princess, and was taught to be obediant and accept her lower status in the family. She was taught how to behave well and was schooled privately like most other aristocrats. However, her sister Beth, who was only the crown princess because her hair was more green* than hers and was the crown queen was rather wreckless.

Ellen tried to save her sister from ruining her own life as Beth ran away with a lover who had managed to evade the detection of the King and Queen's (poorly trained) guards, only to never come back. Since then, Ellen has become the crown princess of Verdisia, and will become Queen once she marries a suitor chosen by the Queen herself and the King passes.

Green*: The infanta with the greenest hair and eyes gets to be the next Queen/King in Verdesia. The trait came from a mutation due to the royalty in-breeding that happened before about 50 years ago when the current King and Queen broke the tradition of incest by marrying each other despite not being of the same royal lineage. The Queen was the daughter of aristocrats who were once royalty from a kingdom that Verdisia had conquered in the Verdesian-Amran War 100 years prior to the present.

bot43-1.gif
Prince of Thierran/ Christoph Andredi Thier

Character Name: Prince Christoph Andredi Thier
Gender: Male
Status: Heir Apparent to his kingdom.
Kingdom: Thierran.
Kingdom History*:
The religion of Thierran states that the leader of their kingdom and the first king was the son of their goddess, and he was named Thier. She laid him down in a grape flower and sent him on a breeze. When he arrived in the most fitting land, it is said, he planted the flower and it grew into the healthy Thierran vines that now exist in their countryside. While the story might not be true, the grape vines of Thierran are legendary. The finest wines come from this sloping, green countryside. The king and queen are grounded folk who enjoy their drinking celebrations as much as any peasant.
Age: 21
General Appearance:
dirtyboy.jpg
*Masquerade Appearance:
The mask that Christoph dons looks like this.
Aside from that, he wears black dress pants, and a black formal shirt with white buttons down the front and silver trim.
General Personality: Mild and even-tempered, he is not prone to fits of temper or anything terribly deviant from his normally cheerful attitude. Solid and loyal, with a straightforward thought process.
General History:
The kingdom of his birth is wealthy, but small and the rulers have always been very down-to-earth. Christoph is powerfully muscles because he spent his summers working in the royal vineyards. Unwittingly, his parents plunged him in to chaos by accepting the invitation to the ball, but their greatest hope was to push their beloved only son into finding a woman that took his fancy.

Age: 20
General Appearance: A Ginger red-head with hazel eyes. Strong solid body standing 5'6", moderate curves and bust. She isn't grandly beautiful, bit neither is she an eyesore. Scarlett has features that makes it easy for her to blend in and not be noticeable.
Masquerade Appearance: A deep green dress with gold trim and peacock feather design. Her Uncle spent the last of their money to get it, but it was well worth it! The effect is impressive.
General Personality: Scarlett is down to earth and realistic. She knows her place in the world and where she belongs. But she doesn't have much of a back bone for defending herself and is easily intimidated by stronger individuals. For the moment she is stretching her acting skills, acting differently with each person and trying to be the kind of girl they would like to marry. She's after a husband.
General History: Scarlett was born a peasant and grew up a peasant! She's been working her entire life. When her parents died she was put in to the care of her Aunt and Uncle. Now her Uncle has the grand idea of marrying in to money. Here they are with an attractive young woman, perfect age for getting married. The Plan? Come to the Masquerade and other events posing as a princess and find a good desperate RICH man. Scarlett isn't really keen on the idea. But these people took her in and cared for her, how can she say no?

NPC
Uncle Jareth Coheeden: The man enjoys intrigue and playing games. He also enjoys ridiculous over the top frippery and indulgence. He stays nearby trying to help build bridges and find Scarlett that rich sucker to make him them rich.

Aunt Urial Coheeden: Aunt Uriel is a lazy beast, that she can't even make it to the parties. She does, however, have plenty of opinions and advice on how to land a man.

Memoian Heir / Jonathan (Adrian -Memoi-)
Original Name: Adrian
Current Name: Jonathan

Gender: Male!
Status: Memoian Heir!

Kingdom: Memoi.
Kingdom History: TOTALLY SECRET.

Age: 18

General Appearance:

Masquerade Appearance:

Austria_of_APH__see_you_at_Ax_by_ji.jpg

Mask in this one.
Phantom_of_the_Steampunk_Opera_by_D.jpg

General Personality:

Kindness and a sense of humor are the first things he displays to both complete strangers and any old friends. He seems to try in vain holding a great faith in other people. But if someone is determined to prove that 'wrong' he will stand up against who is causing others misfortune. Unlike most men he actually will listen to MOST of the things a lady says instead of just feigning attention. It comes from him having to make sure his sister doesn't slip anything by him in conversations and has carried over unconsciously as a habit to all other women. Most of all Jonathan/Adrian is young man who is protective of the only link to his past: Felicia/Aurora.

He will do anything he sees necessary to keep her safe.

General History:

Jonathan cannot remember a single thing of his childhood past the age of eight, an empty void within his mind that tries to defeat his naturally optimistic attitude toward life. He grew up in the same orphanage as Felicia where they had shown up at around the same time. Through an accidental and innocent conversation one day while doing chores, both realized they shared a certain mark and admitted to not remembering their pasts. After that day the two bonded. . . each hoping that the other was a long-lost sibling or relative of some sort. It brought them even closer together when the two discovered a small capacity to utilize another talent they both shared.

While Felicia follows her adventurous streak to this very day, Jonathan follows a protective one which includes going to the Masquerade ball with the wily girl. It will be one of the many times he has accompanied Felicia on one of her adventure's to make sure she doesn't get hurt. Part of the Lost Prince actually enjoys the thrill of making NEW memories with this Amnesiac Princess but to get him to admit to that would take the needling and knowing of that same teenage tomboy.

bot43-1.gif
Deceptian Prince / Ferius Parsius
Name: Ferius Parsius
Gender: Male
Status: Deceptian Prince
Kingdom: Deceptia
Kingdom History: Won a war it never wished to fight by means not allowed.
Age: 22
General Appearance:
HOWL.jpg
Masquerade Appearance:
comic-con-2009-masquerade-contest-1.jpg
General Personality: Patriotic and charismatic on the surface with a touch of flare. Do douse nonetheless believe the war against Memoria was just though does not know the circumstances through which it was won. He has never forgiven his father for starting the war or ruthlessly killing the Memorian royal family all those years ago.
General History: The courts of Deceptia is a place of shadows, soft spoken lies and words that say one thing yet mean another. All this hides the fact that the royal family are powerless, pubic figureheads with very little real power. Born right into the center of this one had to toe the line very carefully. The truth and popular sentiment rarely in agreement to survive, even as a prince one had to love and be loved, to avoid scandal and most importantly never guess that truth of who really pulled the strings of the kingdom.

bot43-1.gif
Memoian Heir/Faisen Assassin / Raven (Elidyr)
"I will never be caught,
I will never leave evidence,
I will never suffer witnesses ..." --Faisen assassin oath

Character Name: Elidyr the Memoian Heir/Raven the Assassin/Raven the Servant

Gender: Male, currently posing as female

Status: Memoian Heir/Faisen Asassin/Servant

Kingdom: Memoi/Faisen

Age: 21

Magic: This is not something Raven uses often unless he deems it necessary. Whereas all other Faisen Assassins receive there magic from the Faisen King, his came via his bloodline. However, he learned magic while his father was alive (although those memories were erased) and learned magic while training to be an assassin.

General Appearance: Raven stands at 5'11" and weighs about 150 lbs. Her/his posture is always straight, head is always lowered. Her/his voice is always a soft murmur and s/he often wears pants instead of dresses. Raven has fair skin and snow white hair currently colored black with dark blue eyes with a pretty face, that could easily pass as male or female. Hair is long, past the shoulders and worn back from his/her face. S/he bears the petal-shaped birthmark on her/his shoulder as well as a collection of other scars on her/his lithe body. No scar is more prominent than the one that crosses her/his left eye. That was the mark given to her/him by her/his "first love".

*Masquerade Appearance: None needed; s/he's a servant, after all!

General Personality: Raven appears to be humble and quiet, almost mute, never talking unless spoken to. S/he is a hard worker in the royal household and does her/his job diligently, never failing at a task given to her/his and always on time. S/he keeps to her/himself and most of the servants understand her/him to be very shy, although that often results in her/him being used as a doormat and accepting the dirty work no one else wants to do.

Raven the assassin, is emotionless and an extremely focused individual. He is patient, methodical, and he accepts his duties as a killer. He is not burdened by his lack of memories prior to the orphanage nor is he eager to dabble in the experience of love.

General History: Raven, so named because for as long as he could remember "raven" was the only word he would say for awhile, lived in an orphanage in Deceptia. One day he was selected to join a group of orphans and they were sent overseas.

It turns out the group was to be trained as assassins and needless to say, only a few of them survived. Raven was one of those few, although he killed the girl he had believed himself to be in love with when she betrayed him. He was sent to Deceptia to kill those whom the King of Faisen deemed deserved to die and has been serving in the King of Deceptia's household ever since.

bot43-1.gif
Princess of Elloria / Calliopie DeLaPoer

Character Name: Calliopie DeLaPoer

Gender: Female

Status: Princess of Elloria

Kingdom: Elloria is a flourishing kingdom; beatuiful and full of life. Since the people of Elloria can remember, they have always been neutral, in matters of war. Kind, yet suprisingly-skilled; they are taught at an early age the arts, hand-to-hand combat (each citizen of Elloria is specialized with one certain weapon) as well as vast knowledge. Many of their jobs consist of traveling and teaching- a trade which even the royalty divulge in.

Kingdom History*: Elloria has always been peaceful- during the war, they were only used in battle for DIRE situations. The warriors known around the entire country as Sword Saints, consists of male and female, highly-skilled soldiers. Upon entering (some even at the ripe young age of 16!) they are tattooed, sent on an assignment, or any other “job” they are given. If their task is completed without casualties, they are rewarded and tattooed yet again. A long-built friendship with all kingdoms has indeed held Elloria in the “Kingdom Status” and even during dark times has insured that Elloria remain neutral.

mask-fei-201x300.jpg

General Personality: Calliopie is very outspoken and kind. Even though she is the heir to the throne, she does not let those stresses get in the way of her being normal girl. Sword Saint quests have gotten in the way of her love life, but the few friends she has are good. Being invited to the Masquerade Ball made her excited, until someone mentioned she was also being sent on a quest to protect someone there...

General History: Calli was a very happy child. Like most younglings of Elloria, she started learning how to fight at the age of 4. General Studies was a sinch and before she knew it, she had most of the world's knowledge at the age of 16. Like her father, she fights with a sword. Since he had passed away when she was little, she had taken up his sword and vowed to become a Sword Saint. Two years later, she is just as witty and sharp as ever- ready to go to the ball and finally enjoy herself! Faisen Bodyguard / Sybyl Mayfayr

Character Name: Sybyl Mayfayr

Gender: Female

Status: Bodyguard and assistant of Emeline, Retired Faisen Assassin

Kingdom: Faisen

Age: 39

General Appearance: Her face is not particularly attractive, with more than a few scars: her black eyes are quite small, and her nose set badly after a break. She has black hair, tied up in a tight bun.

Masquerade Appearance: Waitress dress.

General Personality: Sybyl is dutiful to Emeline, and fiercely loyal. While polite, a dark coldness lurks behind her smile, and one gets the impression she wouldn't know true kindness if it was staring her in the face. She enjoys the thrill of a fight still, though she would never start one unless it was instructed of her. Sybyl is a tool, a piece of equipment the Faisen royal family use as they please, and she will never complain.

General History: As an infant, Sybyl was saved from death and recruited into the Faisen Assassins. She rose up the ranks quickly in skill and cruelty, earning the title "Macabre Maiden". Upon suffering an near-fatal injury, she could no longer go into the field, but for a while trained younger assassins. Having gained the trust and respect of the Faisen King's advisors she was given the position of guarding Emeline personally, a role she remains in today.

[DASH="lightblue"]Important Information Regarding the knowledge of Memoian Heir Petal-Scars
The history of the Memoian x Deceptian War is commonly known as a complete Deceptian victory. According to general accounts, the armies clashed outside of Memoian lands and the Deceptians thoroughly conquered and pillaged the Memoians, taking the people to Deceptia and killing the entire royal family.
However, the truth (the survival of the heirs and the late Memoian King's powers) is only known to a select few: The King of Deceptia. The Three Pillars of Faisen (have been told by their father, the former king of Faisen), & the Faisen Assasins. This means that the knowledge of the petal-scar is only known to these people and will remain between these people unless they spread the secret.*
(*If you have an idea and would like your character to know the 'truth'~ PM me, it can be arranged)

[dash="sandybrown"]MAGIC GUIDELINES

For the THREE PILLARS OF FAISEN & the MEMOIAN HEIRS
The former King of Faisen & the late King of Memoi are both noted by history to be magic users, wizards even. This makes their children (direct bloodline descendants), the Three Pillars of Faisen & the Memoian Heirs wizards/magic users as well. It's safe to say that the Three Pillars of Faisen have been taught and trained in their magic by their father. And the Memoian Heirs learned as children, but because of their brainwashing, will only be able to use their powers fully (meaning at the moment, only a small amount of magic capability) once their identities as heirs are revealed.
[I'm leaving the type of magic, the spells, and the abilities up to you as the roleplay progresses. I'd hate to restrict people with one element and such, but please do use discretion and I trust you won't go overboard ;D]

For Faisen Assassins
The former King of Faisen, in a formidable attempt to strengthen his assassins to deliver complete success, used an ancient wizardly magic, long forbidden to humans, called the 'Blood Rituals'. In this process, the King created a magical contract of loyalty in which he bound his assassin's unconditional loyalty to his blood. The king's blood, containing the magical powers of his wizardry was then transferred through surgery to the assassin's body. In this way, if the assassin betrays the will of the king, he will suffer as the king wills, even possibly death. (There are however counter rituals to this, but can only be performed by someone at the same level of wizardry as the King himself). Furthermore, the Blood Rituals of his many assassins took a great deal of blood from the king, making him sickly in old age. This is one of the reasons why he decided to resign from his position and name his children, the Three Pillars of Faisen as the official leaders of their kingdom.

Faisen Assassins as magical users have only limited powers, thus they are restricted to one or two elements or other types of powers as specialties. This is mostly for the balance of magical power in regards to magic content in the bloodline.

For Other Heirs / Peoples

If you have a plot idea or absolutely need your character to have some kind of magical power, PM me :D I'm sure we can work something out with the bloodlines and find a way for your character to be a magic user.

[DASH="#32CC99"]MAGIC UPDATE

I figure because Memoian Heirs & Faisen Pillars are extremely important characters in the story, I gave them the same wizardly powers their fathers had.
So pretty much, you're free to give them any expanse of (possibly random) powers you'd like. T
Ex: ( A character can have telekenetics and possibly, have an affinity for fire.)

As long as magic doesn't become the prime focus of the roleplay, I'm willing to give the characters that amount of freedom. And I will trust you guys to use discretion in that freedom :)
This is why I didn't mention powers or magic in the character sheets. I want it as a side option that you'll need in conflict or possible plot twists (mind control on the part of Faisen Pillars), but I don't want it to be overused, that's all.

It is surrounded by forest hence the name and has a large crystal lake nearby. In the center of the inner city there is a town square with a fountain. General Personality: Summer is sweet, kind, caring and although she's a princess shes not stuck up or snotty. Shes intelligent, creative and fun to be around. She never holds back and always speaks her mind. She's loyal to her friends and always ready to defend them, she is a real tomboy but she tries to hide it because her father considers it "un-ladylike" and "not the way a princess should act." Shes independent and hates being waited on preferring to do things for herself.
General History: Summer's mother was assassinated when Summer was just seven leaving causing her father to become extremely protective of his only child. As a result Summer must have a bodyguard and a maid servant with her at all times when she leaves the castle, she hates it but her dad won't let up. She will become Queen when she turns 20 and will rule until she has a child of her own to take over the throne, but she's not so sure she wants to be queen. When she was ten she ran away to a neighboring village and pretended to be a peasant for a number of weeks until her father found her, she was punished severely but being a peasant was the happiest she'd ever been.

I forgot to mention this x.X Added it to the character sheet :D

You can make up you own neighboring kingdom, please. It just has to be a name. If you'd like to give it a history, you may do so, you can add a little kingdom profiler to your character sheet. If not, it's fine, I can do that while we move along with the story :)

I added this little bit to the character sheet* so please take note of it :)

Sorry~ I sort of forgot xD

Yup :D Great Job with the profile :) Thanks for the effort :)

Character Name: Tybalt “Prince of Cats” Delgado
Gender: Male
Status: One of the 3 Pillars
Kingdom: Kingdom of Faisen

Age: 18

General Appearance:
guy-black-063.jpg

* Masquerade Appearance:
