Gyde pushed his glasses up as he listened to everyone's worries. They wanted to know how exactly they were going to end the war, and he too was curious. In the end, Mistyra didn't have an answer. All she seemed to be able to say was that she wanted to bring peace by spilled the blood of those that got in their way. Gyde glanced to his soon-to-be companions. Had they ever had to take a life? Gyde had ended the lives of Niennians and Horners alike, he was not afraid to end more if only to survive. He worried most about Skye. Even though Skye was in his twenties, at least, he was still considered young amongst his people. Could the boy come to terms with killing another being to reach his goal?
Gyde's worries were interrupted as the seer spoke again, directing her words mainly at Gyde. Using a scientific theory, Mistyra explained her views on the relationship between science and magic. Gyde had to give her credit for knowing such a scientific approach, but he still was skeptical. Magic wasn't power, it was an unexplainable phenomena that only complicated the world they lived in. But in the end, debating with the Horners would be meaningless. So Gyde nodded his head in agreement when the seer suggested going to the town of Tro'iell. Being close to the Tetrianian territory helped form the town into a more compliant place, though it still had its fair share of Horner haters. After Mistyra finished speaking, Gyde spoke up himself. "If I may make a suggestion. Upon reaching the town, we should split into two groups. Males should come with me, females should go with Skye." Gyde gave the young Niennian a pat on the head upon saying his name. "Though the town is more accepting of you, there is still prejudice to be found. With too many Horners together in one place, there could be...complications." Gyde awaited their responses.
