An ability that allows Okada to track specific targets as long as he has seen them for at least two seconds. No matter what obstacles that lay between him and his target, he will always know where they are. This has a limited range with 500 meters being the maximum. Once they exit his range, his side effect will deactivate. There is also a problem due to the nature of this side effect. Okada generally has a harder time focusing on anything else that isn't his target. The only way for Okada to remove his targeting is to move it to another target.

A mainly new trigger developed by engineers from recently acquired neighbor triggers. This trigger says what it is in that it takes the form of a rocket launcher. However, while it's destructive power is high, it uses an immense amount of trion to create and an immense amount of trion to shoot. It will only be used if an impossible obstacle is in view or a good opportunity presents itself. Okada can most likely fire one of these per trion body due to the high trion consumption rate of the Rocket Launcher. Aside from its destructive power, it has a charge rate that takes five minutes to charge and shoot out a fast projectile.

Okada Kado was often made fun of due to the fact that he kept on staring at people in a rather creepy or awkward way. This was caused by his side effect that made him 'lock-on' to a person whenever he looked at them after a period of time. What became a playground joke soon became a bully problem as he grew. His classmates often bullied him due to the seemingly creepy way he looked at people and often told him to back off.
The result of all of this bullying caused Okada to lose interest in making friends and became withdrawn as a result. While he had a few friends here and there, he didn't feel the same about them after a while.
His bad luck didn't end there. When the First Large-scale Invasion happened, he was at his grandma's house in another country. When he returned he had found out his house destroyed, parents missing, and having no income to rely on. Thankfully, Border provided housing in a response to those who lost their homes during the large scale invasions once they lost them.
He soon joined Border after finding out they paid their agents. While it took a few months for him to accumulate a good amount of points to allow him to reach rank B. Afterwards, he took the liberty of learning all the other shooter triggers with a focus on Viper due to how well it worked with his side effect. However, he did not join any units during his time in Border. This is due to his past experiences with people. People also didn't bother to recruit him into their unit, on the assumption that he was just an agent with good Viper skills.

Okada has a trion of 11, meaning that he has a lot of trion compared to the average unit.
Okada hates attractive people due to their ability to get along with people because of their good looks. It slightly borderlines on envy but hate as well due to reading a few mangas and watching the news.
Okada could very well be on the level of an A-ranked agent but due to this lonely nature and the fact that he isn't a unit makes him stuck in B-rank.
Hound possibly works better with Okada's side effect than Viper since it makes Hound's homing capabilities more accurate with visual guidance. However, Okada refuses to use it mainly due it the fact that Viper still offers more ways of attack than Hound. The only time he would switch out to Hound is when he has an opponent that uses chameleon, which he hates with a burning passion.

Hyper Spacial Awareness
Considered a lower end side effect as Kenjou's trion amount isn't far above average in Border, it is a type of enhanced sense that grants him the ability to extract information about the shape, size, distance and other factors relating to the space around him at a much faster pace. Depth perception and balance are greatly improved compared to average people, as a result Kenjou is unaffected by most optical illusions and problematic perspectives.

A custom trigger developed Kenjou's unit after their promotion to A rank, it is essentially an enhanced version of the Grasshopper that has similar physical properties to Escudo. It creates a platform that propels things that comes into contact with it either on a surface or extending from one. Unlike regular Grasshopper platforms, they persist for more than one use and will not be deactivated until they are destroyed either physically or by trion effects.

Kenjou grew up living a largely normal life, his parents often worked abroad, being constantly busy they usually left their two children, him and his sister Kenjou Asuka with a family friend. The siblings grew up being childhood friends with that family's children, twins named Hara Miyuki and Misaki. Kenjou was decently popular throughout his childhood, he was smart and athletic, partially due to his side effect.
The Large Scale Invasion didn't treat the Hara family kindly, as it left the four children as its only survivors. In the aftermath of the invasion, Kenjou did his best to bring his sister and friends out of its shadow, and eventually rallied them to join Border with him, both to provide for themselves and for some personal fulfillment.
Thus born the Kenjou Unit, it was a bit unexpected, but the strong relationship between the unit's members led to flawless cooperation and communication. They dominated the Rank Wars as a crafty team focused on speed and aerial combat, with all members focusing on high mobility and dexterity with triggers such as grasshopper, viper, and scorpion. After reaching A rank they developed the enhanced grasshopper, mantis, in order to solidify the unit's position as the defacto unit for high mobility three-dimensional combat.
But eventually, the unit's streak came to an end, as the twins decided to leave the country for college. The Kenjou siblings kept on participating in the Rank Wars, though being a two-man team with only one field combatant they were forced back into B rank. After some more incidents with Neighbors around the world, Kenjou's parents contact him and hoped that he and his sister could move abroad with them. Asuka decided to leave, but her brother was more stubborn.
After all his teammates left, Kenjou considered joining another unit, but can never find the right people with the right skill set that can cooperate with his high-flying combat style.

-It is a common misconception that he is the leader of Kenjou Unit, when in reality it was his sister, the operator and strategic mastermind of the team.
