Well, her Draykoni side had wanted to, yes. Ana's own desire to tear into Divi on occasion had come later, but she didn't say as much because it wasn't important now....and neither was Oran's connection to Divi via his flame. Though, it was nice to know how he'd gotten the scarring. Her fingers run gently over the rough terrain of his cheek and she smiles softly, saying nothing but with that expression alone telling him that it's fine. They both have many things in their past, some shared and some not yet revealed but to Ana, it won't change what she feels for him now. She is certain nothing will for their love has come through trial and pain, though hate and slow understanding. It is love not easily forged and therefore not easily broken either.
Ana curls into her husband - and oh, how sweet that word feels in her mind and on her tongue! - at the mention of their enemy, but she doesn't feel any fear this time. "No, love, Ceverno will die and not even his ghost will come back to plague us." She looks up with a grin and kisses his chin. "He'll be too terrified to even dare once we are done with him." Of that she has no doubt, not anymore and she smiles against Oran's mouth as their lips meet, a deep and happy sigh escaping the redhead's throat when he pulls back and she slowly opens her eyes, gold-hazel hues sparkling at his words.
The Princess wraps her arms behind his head and pulls herself closer, kissing Oran again and Ana meets his eyes, smiling against his mouth. "I'll hold you to that." And she will. For as long as Oran will love her, she will have faith that he'll make her happy and she strive with everything in her to do the same.
What had started out as a reluctant alliance was now a relationship of deep love and commitment and it would remain as such for many years to come.
