Hi. I'm doing a history project, where I need to talk to an immigrant (immigrated to America anywhere between 1920-2009) for a project. I need to record the interview (just a transcript, no voice or video required) and then write a 3-5 page essay. But I've been unable to find a recent immigrant that either 1) hasn't been already 'taken', or 2) isn't in the same class as me (which my teacher ruled we cannot do). So I was just wondering if anybody on Iwaku is a recent immigrant (sadly, only of America) and would like to help me sit down and do my project. I do not have to know your real name, just a preferred gender (we can change it if you'd like on the essay) and your story.
