A destroyed world

Lacey continued to stay close to Shadow, not willing to talk unless spoken to first.

Cassidy glanced at Lacey with a blink. "You are very quiet. There is no need to be afraid of us sweetheart. We all are friend here."

Lacey blinked. "I know . I just dont do well in big groups."

Jason walked towards the parking lot without any hesitation, if anything attacked he would kill it.
he knew there was food in that store, no one could get into that building without pushing away the large chunks of rock that were covering the doors and windows, heck he could barely tell it was a store at all. while he was walking he noticed some shopping carts that had been flipped over and that was how he knew the building was a store.
Jason was the only one who could get in, he could always find a way.

Love looked around at everyone after they all gathered their supplies. "Well I think we have everything, now I think it's time that we headed out of here now," she looked around for any disagreements.

Jason surveyed the area trying to find any cracks or holes in the cement, there were none in the front so he started to climb the rubble

Kiori nodded. "Well then, shall we?" He said, grabbing up his bag and walking out of the room. He walked out through the main room and to the wall, where he deployed the hand scanner and opened the hatch. A rush of cool air washed down the short hallway as it did, causing Kiori to shut his eyes and smile. He had long ago learned to enjoy the little things, at time that was all he had. He waited for everyone to exit before following suite. The hatch sealed behind them, leaving the hill just a hill once more. "So, where to?"

Shadow was still upset that he made love mad, how would he know they didn't date? All love and Kiori did was flirt with each other and always seemed to have that dumb love struck grin on their faces every time they look over at each other. He sighed, this was just for a moment, she couldn't be mad at him forever. He stretched his arms back in attempt to clear his mind when his hand hit the muzzle of as gun, he was startled until he realized it was the light weight shot gun Carren picked out for him. The others seemed to have noticed his fright so he just rubbed the back of his head and gave a hesitant laugh.

once Jason had finally climbed to the top of the building he decided to eat a meal. he pulled out a can of spaghetti his last one, and ate the whole thing. he knew that he would be carrying plenty of food soon. after that he pulled out a pair of binoculars and scanned the area around him.

Lacey trailed along behind Shadow, not really next to him anymore because she didn't have anything to say to him. She just wanted to stay as close to him as she could.

as Jason was scanning the area he noticed a group of people walking down a hill in the distance. he dropped down on his stomach and observed them. he knew it would be hard to attack a large group like this one so instead of attacking he would just follow them. he waited for them to move past the building before he climbed down.

Love and the two other girls follow Kiori out. Love stays next to Kiori, looking around. "Not very sure. Anywhere honestly." Love shrugs and Caren pushs past the two, leading the way into the wasteland. "Or... follow Caren." Love chuckles.

Cassidy walks next to Shadow, smiling to herself. Caren couldn't complain as long as she was wandering, it was just her thing. She never did stay still and she understood that perfectly. "Maybe we can go save some one or find more people to join our group." She said with a hoping tone.

"Or find more people to kill." Caren snickers, liking that idea.

Kiori walked next to Love, following after Caren. "Whatever works... though..." He turned and looked behind them back to the town. There was a churning in his gut again, but he couldn't place it. He scanned over the buildings slowly, though he didn't see anything at first until he noticed a small glint of sunlight off of something there. He rested his gaze on it for a moment, narrowing his eyes, though it was a bit too far away for even his trained senses to see much clearer. After a moment he turned back to Love. "Never mind." He said, not wanting to alarm anybody for nothing. It could have been debris, but his gut wouldn't be warning him about some debris. He made a mental note of it, filed it under 'keep an eye out' and let it be. "It was nothing."

Jason kept to the shadows. he wasn't very big or heavy so he could move around very fast. one of the boys in the group, who appeared to be the leader kept turning around and staring right at him. Jason stayed completely still, not daring to move muscle. if he kept turning around it would be much harder to follow them.

Lacey was hyper aware of her surroundings, trying not to show any fear. She knew it was a weakness and she didn't want to be a burden to everyone else. So she kept her face blank, and looked around. She hoped that they'd think she was shivering from cold and not fear.

"Hey, Lacey. Relax." Cassidy said softly. "Caren and Kiori will notice if anyone tries anything I'm sure. Plus I won't let anything happen to you two anyways."

Lacey wrapped her arms around herself, not able to calm down.

Headache, from dehydration, of course, his throat was bonedry too. Pulling the dust mask up over his nose and mouth, he moved forward, keeping his AS VAL at the ready. He hoped he could find water soon. He crawled over debris, careful not to expend too much energy.
