I'm planning on putting up a thread for a Halloween "event" kind of thing that allows people to create characters and play them in a halloween themed town... kind of like that. I'm pretty much just here to see if anyone would be interested in taking on such a thing as I have planned. I've got plenty of ideas, and have already begun working on them. I'm just super paranoid and not sure if I could get anybody to join.
