Detailed Appearance: Persephone in many ways resembles the very thing she idolizes, death. Her milky-brown eyes always seem to be out of focus and staring at nothing in particular. Her bare-body is akin to muscle and sinew crudely fastened to a skeleton - she has very little excess weight on her body and is inordinately thin. Despite her ghastly appearance, her skin is soft to the touch and has a warm-feeling that confirms she is very much alive. Her hair is kept in knotted dreads and she is seldom seen without face-paint resembling a skull.

Magic Abilities

Persephone is capable of preforming standard rituals, spells, and things of that nature to a degree of expertise. Some examples are as follows: warding against evil, releasing negative energy, attracting negative energy, casting a curse, dispelling a curse. However, all of these rituals must have a proper sacrifice of some sort depending on how great the task is. Additionally, Persephone must have adequate time to prepare the spell. This can take anywhere from hours to weeks and sometimes months.

Persephone has a number of techniques gained through her descent into the dark-arts and her interest in both life and death. Her abilities involve interacting with the vitality, life, or death of a target.

Raise Dead: Persephone can raise relatively intact corpses to do her bidding. She can effectively control approximately 100 at once without any enhancements or assistance channeling.

Mortal Fortune: If Persephone manages to make eye contact with an individual, she can cause them to begin to witness all the possible ways their life can end. This can be utilized to distract the individual, but this can also be used to the benefit of the individual if they can resist witnessing them-self dying many times over (not many can resist this).

Emptiness: Persephone can manifest a wave of dark energy that causes targets hit to feel a sudden wave of fatigue that induces lethargy and hunger in individuals hit. Individuals also feel varying degrees of depression and longing. This effect can last mere moments to days depending on the targets magic-resistance and by how strong the attack was.

Fulfillment: Persephone manifests a wave of light energy that satiates targets and causes a sense of inner-peace. If used directly after an opponent is hit with "emptiness" it causes such an emotional shift that it can temporarily break the minds of an individual due an excess of bliss. In some circumstances it can outright kill an exceptionally weak-minded individual.

Longing: The strongest and most permanent of all abilities Persephone currently possesses. Persephone channels energy not visible to the naked-eye. If she can make contact with the targets skin with her hand - she can transfer this energy. This injects a curse into their body where she can make them permanently long after a particular object or concept of Persephone's choosing to a degree of her choosing. She can dispel this at will if she can make contact with the target again. This spell can only be dispelled by another powerful/talented magic user. Examples of things Persephone has made victims long for: Death, money, food, sleep, strength. This can be utilized in moderation for the benefit of an individual.
