The Shrimp Fillet just isn't in Japan. I had it while I was in China. Though I didn't ever see the black and white burgers, the corn cup or the grilled McChicken. Might not have sold them where I lived.

The Taro Pie is legit in Hong Kong, like Koori mentioned, but also in many parts of mainland China as well, where taro is more suitable towards the flavor palate than apple.
