Hey there, people. :3
I recently got a link to this incredible forum, but only now decided to actually register... And when I saw the captcha that was randomly chosen for me, then I realized - it was a good choice. I love cats... :3 Cats4life. Besides, so far I like what I see here. People actually playing stories, writing long, interesting, detailed posts... You're awesome.
First of all, I'd like to say that I'm Russian, so english is not my first language. And I do make mistakes sometimes, even say "weird" things. But I try my best, so please bear with me. Plus, I hope people here are not as politically-focused and won't suddenly stop roleplaying/talking to me when they see this fact. Had this happen before, so... I'm now telling this right at the beginning. To avoid good stories being abandoned because of that. :(
I'm an adult straight female, a gamer, a total nerd and a cat person. I'm no furry, but I bet my "fursona" would be definitely a cat. Just like them, I'm kinda lazy at times. Very lazy. And love cuddles and affection.
Oh, and of course I'm an experienced roleplayer. I prefer story-focused roleplay mostly, but "pure story" tends to get kind of boring over time. So my choise is story + some smut. Only when it's absolutely fitting in the logic of the story, not "porn logic". :D
I'm not the DnD-type of a roleplayer or something though - those are not as popular in Russia, but... Done plenty of roleplaying in MMOs - World of Warcraft since early Burning Crusade and all the way till there was Cataclysm on official servers(been still roleplaying Lich King "era" on a russian private server). Before that, during and long after finishing with WoW-RP, I've also played Champions Online a lot, roleplaying most of the time with different characters there. And I'm not talking about just sitting in Goldshire, ERPing all the time or whatever. I've been writing whole backstories for my characters, participating in Lore events(dungeon raids, played IC) and so much more.
Then I've been to another forum(no names/links) that is similar to this... Spent quite some time there, but was banned due to misunderstanding/someone being offended. It's a long story, so... Nevermind. In an attempt to replace that forum, I've found another site(no names/links again), which I thought would be quite an amazing place at first. And it was - very good structure overall, flexible, convinient, absolutely non-confusing. 6 months later though... I couldn't really find proper roleplay there. Sure, there were awesome moments there, I won't lie. It was quite good at times. But overall it wasn't enough to make me not have thoughts of actually leaving at some point. People were too focused on short term smut RP based on different "weird"(to me) kinks. And almost all of my story-focused characters(with possibility of smut too!) were basically ignored. While the process of unique/original character creation is what I highly enjoy, so I had PLENTY of diverse characters, meeting almost any "requirements" people would throw at them. Sci-fi, fantasy, modern world settings... Elves, robots, humans... Aaaaaand people still wanted to RP mostly with my 14/16/18yo human girl, who had an incest-focused profile. Jumping over any possibility of having a story -.- Meh...
So anyway. Checked the "Newbie Care Package" thread... Not sure I'm in need of a mentor in general, but I'm definitely in need of actual partners who are interested in roleplaying something interesting, story-focused, with smutty bits here and there when the logic allows it. So here's the form from that thread, just in case:
1. Do you want to do group roleplays, 1x1s, or both?
I would definitely enjoy trying something of a small group roleplay, but usually lean towards 1x1s. Normal roleplay tends to get very confusing and chaotic when there's too many people. However... Let's just say, when it comes to "sexytimes" in a story, I'd very much like to play something... "Group", if you know what I mean ;3 One of the major kinks for me...
2. Do you prefer to RP by chat, by forum, or are you indifferent?
Both ways of playing is fine by me. The previous site(no names/links) was mostly a chat, so I'm kinda used to that. But the other place was a forum, so I'm totaly ok with big slow posts as well.
3. How well are you navigating Iwaku itself? Are you on mobile or browser?
So far... It's "new". So just need a bit of time to get the hang of what's where. It's fine. And I'm using a browser on PC.
4. What would you like help with?
Well, for now only one thing comes to my mind - finding partners, I guess?
5. What's your opinion on cinnamon bagels? ;)
*noms all nearest bagels* What bagels? :3 Havent' seen any, nope. Not a single one.

P.s. Before you ask about the name... Yes, I am a very shy person IRL. But despite that, I do have enough confidence to tell some things about myself on the internet. Although usually it all ends up in... Walls of text. Such as the one above. And this P.S. is getting too long too. Shutting up now. :x
