Glitching Out Character Sheets

Name: Reginald "Twitch" Cavorite
Age: 19
Appearance: Reginald is a tall, skinny man with shoulder-length brown hair, tied at the back of his head. He is often seen wearing the same old band shirt he acquired during high school; a pair of black jeans, and an old worn pair of sneakers. Dark bags under his eyes are a permanent feature.
Reginald is unkempt, and has a personal disregard for presentation, giving off the air of someone who has lost sleep. Light stubble is usually peppered across his jaw and above his upper lip. He is best known for his tic, something carried from childhood that makes his left eye blink closed frequently.

Personality: Reginald displays a nervous disposition, earning him the unfortunate nickname 'Twitch' from his high school days. He is someone who is quick to anger and often rises to conclusions others would not, giving him an unideal personality in the trying environment he has been placed into. His paranoia and suspicion regarding the world make up for his other traits however, as quickly he finds there are not many to trust now that the glitch, or 'infection' has spread. He is not of the academic persuasion, having dropped out of high school young. He has an extreme knowledge of conspiracy theories. Reginald is close friends with his high school band-mate, Herman Trentford.

Name: Lorna Maxine
Age: 16
Appearance: Lorna has short, dyed blonde hair. She is inclined to wear a heavy amount of make-up; making her lips a crimson and the skin on her face two shades lighter. She is short in height, accounting for it with her platform boots. Despite many people less focused on clothing and variations of appearance now that survival is more 'chic', Lorna wears a wide style of clothing and accessories, some of which she carries in a suitcase. She is often seen with a red and pink flower clip which brushes the fringe out of her eyes. Lorna carries with herself an insecurity of her buck-teeth, preferring to hide it behind a winning, tight-lipped smile.

Personality: Lorna is social and bubbly at first glance. She bonds well with the people she meets on her travels. However, underneath that is the mentality of an obsessive person, a trait she inherited from her mother. She is desperate to cling onto fragments of her old life, her suitcase being the most important thing to her at all times. Being a high school queen bee, she is used to having a high social status, however now that that has been ripped from her, she settles for any preservation of her ego or a powerful job to brag about in her interactions with people. Lorna is childlike, and prone to hissy-fits on occasion.


Name: Herman Trentford
Age: 20
Appearance: Herman is someone who appears as well-groomed upon first encounter. His short black hair is either slicked back on his head, or pushed upwards in a DA haircut with promenade. He dresses in a vintage manor despite looking very young, sporting a tweed jacket, slacks, and tie wherever he goes. He is small in stature and physically unimposing. His eyes are heavy-lidded and dark enough to appear black on his face. He is often seen smiling in a relaxed manor, with his hands in his pockets.

Personality: Despite the pains he takes to appear gentlemanly and collected, Herman radiates a strange, vicious aura that alarms people subconsciously. He is sharp-witted, and an intellectual at heart, understanding much more to the human disposition than he lets on. Once acquainted with someone he speaks in rapid, quick-fire bursts, often catching most off-guard. He is manipulative, and puts his knowledge of social engineering to good use. In high school, he had the occupation of a drug dealer, which was coincidentally how he and Reginald got to be good friends. He has a keen fondness for old literature and historical places, something he misses in light of the technological uprising.

Name: Victoria "Psyche" Slipwood
Age: 20
Appearance: Her hair is dyed a pastel blue, usually tied back in a simple ponytail. Pale skin highlights bright green eyes, though she has a permanent tan line around her face where she's worn goggles. She usually wears thick gloves, army boots and a shirt covered in dark stains underneath sleeveless overalls that give off a clear "engineer" look. There's always a wrench tucked away somewhere on her person.

Personality: Victoria sticks firmly to her engineer past. Since the Glitch emerged, she's quickly worked a way around it, reprogramming vehicles and suchlike to be unaffected and safe for human use. The level-headed one; the first to spot a problem and (usually) the first to figure out a solution. She's incredibly smart and happy to manipulate others to get what she wants; failing that, she finds her wrench to be far more persuasive than she. Actually, she keeps a collection of them on her for various jobs. One seems too big to fit round anything useful, but she finds it to be her favourite tool for other jobs...

Name: Felicia "Mangle" Akidoren
Age: 17
Appearance: She has pale skin, brought out by dyed white hair with pink highlights streaked in, cut short so that it's out of her face. The fact it's usually messed up means the pink is all over the place, and sometimes some of it falls in her eyes. She wears pink lipstick and eyeshadow, and whatever combination of pink and white clothing she can find. Usually has thigh-high striped socks and a short skirt on. Her clothes are usually rumpled or torn, but still cute. Quite short, but muscles indicate she's good at climbing. Her messed-up appearance has earned her the nickname "Mangle" as no matter what products or clothes you give her she always finds a way to rip them up. Her makeup's the only thing that remains intact. She had laser eye surgery to turn her iris colour to gold, and doesn't reveal what it was before.

Personality: Felicia loves climbing and fashion. She mixes the two if she can. She's very good at parkour climbing in particular, skittering up walls and keeping herself very light to enable herself to hang off of objects, swinging from ledge to ledge. She's known for lacking a fear of heights entirely. She does care about her looks and tries to keep herself looking pristine, but it always seems to fall apart over the course of the day and she reverts to her usual scruffy self. Having only recently finished high school at the time the Glitch started, she hasn't yet had a job, though finds her love of parkour coming in handy. Somewhat jitterish and quick to spook, she's more likely to skitter up the nearest ledge if you don't approach her directly than she is to do anything else. She obsesses over her hair and makeup, always making sure she keeps it nearby. If she can't find it she panics.

Name: Wendy Schmidt
Age: 28
Appearance: Wendy has short white hair, flopping over her brow and eyes. She is incredibly tall in stature, possessing a lithe, muscled body. Wendy is frequently seen wearing a leather duster with the sleeves rolled up. Her mouth has a scar curving up from the lip, making her appear to snarl.

Personality: Wendy hardly speaks, but when she does, the words are usually crude and riddled with expletives. It is unclear whether the virus reprogrammed her, or if she was like this from the beginning. Her past is unknown to few, her partner only faintly knowledgable of her background. She appears hardly to be fazed by anything, her empathy seemingly low. This allows her to commit an enormous amount of atrocities and cruel acts. If it wasn't for her partner successfully covering her tracks, she would have been incarcerated years ago and uncovered as someone afflicted with the virus.

Name: Constance Crown
Age: 21
Appearance: Constance has fashioned herself distinctly human compared to her partner, dressing her hijacked body with fashionable clothes. She bares a few eccentricities, however, that allow perceptive members of the public to see through her. She bares two watches on both wrists, alongside a pocket watch in her coat. She never deviates from her default expression, a warm grin. Constance's hair is a curled red, nestled by her shoulder in tight curls. She wears a yellow Macintosh.

Personality: Constance is generally upbeat and talkative, unlike her partner. She frequently tells jokes in a disjointed English, to gain the acceptance and trust of her peers. Constance is spineless when faced with her own decisions and prospects however. She acts as the voice of reason often, understanding things showed in human behaviour Wendy often doesn't pick up on. Constance is kind to those that do not figure her game out, preferring to blend in with the masses. She is reluctant to hurt people, although her partnership with Wendy insures this will always happen in her travels.

Hey-o! Quickly letting you know that I've moved your character sheets from Glitching Out into this new, separate thread. For future reference, In Character threads can't contain pure Out Of Character posts, which character sheets count as. When they do, it leaves the In Character thread looking cluttered and can confuse other players who are looking around and might ask to join or whatnot in the middle of your roleplay.

I know this notice might be weird, seeing as the thread is archived anyway, but just in case you folks decide to start it back up again - plus to avoid it happening in your future RPs - we thought it best to let y'all know regardless.
