Okay so I have never actually written a collab. Mainly because I feel I'd play the Charaters wrong. So more often then not my collab is just dragging them along as my charater does what ever she does.

So any better ideas on how to do one?

We literally just wrote our own parts and never touched anyone else's character, you can tell from the writing styles.

You don't have to hijack a character to do a good collab. Basically you work with the other player(s) to decide what you want to happen, and then play it out in a PM / google doc/ other program, then use the whole thing as a single post. It allows you to create a scene without 20+ posts. They work really well for RPs with a lot of players because for a lot of people large single posts are easier to read than a page full of short ones, and the people creating the collab can back and forth as they need without a bunch of other posts interrupting the scene.
(also a great loophole for my post length requirement ;) )

Think of collabs as a collection of very short and fast posts that were made in private. Kinda like a mini-RP via PM, where the posting frequency and post lengths are much shorter.
 
I'd like to join this RP but I'm faced with a little problem.

The chibi application, I can't run adobe flash player on my device so can I go elsewhere to search for a chibi instead of creating a new one from scratch?

Or give us a detailed description, have each of us make you a chibi from the description, and you pick one to use? That sounds way more fun xD

or find the image you like and have someone make a chibi based on that image. It looks like there are a lot of people willing to help, myself included, and the chibi thing is mostly for consistency and a little art project I'm working on later.

So if you want to make your sheet and put "image pending" in the picture location, just make sure to describe your char well with words in the description area. I can get the character approved like that while someone makes the chibi for you (or however that will work best)

O.O I think I was only one to reply in my little group of people.
 
I am just waiting for the others to respond in my little group before posting again.
 
I just posted, and also test all through out the next week for me, so if I can't post on the weekend it's going to be the next weekend after when I can post again.

Oh gosh! I'm really sorry, a few other RPs have been busy lately so they sucked up my attention and I forgot I hadn't posted here yet. I'll get right on it.

Alright then. I guess we can start up a collab and if they decide to have their characters leave the group, then they can just write that up, and if they do come along then we already have it going. Sound good?
