The roulette table sported a roulette wheel and an array of numbers. Four of the numbers were circled:

19 16 9 14

The roulette wheel featured a display where one could input four letters.

Also on the table was a bottle of jam. It looked old. On the lid was a number: 555.

Listening to what T'Challa said about Wanda, Noembelu felt some empathy for the Scarlet Witch that she hadn't before. An unknown entity controlling her? Noembelu at least knew her entity. The two of them were more alike than Noembelu realized. Wanda was a victim of this situation as much as they all were. And if that was the case...if they were meeting the Wanda that frightened Honda...if someone else could take Wanda over...maybe they had met them before. "I don't know Wanda well-I only met her once before this. Does she usually act like she did at dinner?" Her question was targeted at T'Challa and Billy mostly, since they seemed to know her better than anyone.

However, Noembelu had no recollection of ever hearing about a red room, or little man. The reason for that was because Honda chose not to tell her.

"Honda...you said you had a dream that night of the first trial."

"Oh! Uh, did I, now."

"Yes. You did. Do you remember it?"

Wanda walked over to Honda. Sitting on his lap, Wanda embraced him with a kiss. Pausing as their lips parted, Wanda gazed at the Sumo.

Leon would take the risk of just turning the dial until something happened, but didn't want to risk getting himself killed if it was something like the levers and lights puzzle from earlier. He turns to the lamp to look for clues, and if none then would look around the room itself.​

"There is no wonder she was drawn to this place."​

As soon as the blonde woman touched her nose, Noembelu blurted out, "Laura Palmer. Your name is Laura...Palmer..." How...how did she even know that?! It just popped into her mind out of nowhere. Honda had never said that name, had he? The only Laura she knew-and only barely-was Brazillian and brunette.

One thing she did know, however, was something related to what the little man was saying.

"...something about being Wanda when Wanda didn't want to be Wanda..." Honda scratched his neck, trying to recall it. "I don't really remember what she said, because I was too busy making sure I didn't pass out from fright! It was really freaky...she touched me on the chest, told me she hated me most-I do remember that-then Wanda was back. The real Wanda." Honda shuddered. "Scary stuff! Funny enough, though, that's how we became friends! Who would've thunk?"

"...Wanda wasn't herself in Bright Falls," Noembelu said. "Honda said she got taken over by someone else once. 'Wanda when Wanda didn't want to be Wanda.'"​

The girl paused before speaking. Her face contorted with a mixture of pain and pleasure as she spoke.

Phil looked at the display and letters and went through the alphabet in his head. Ninteeen was S. Sixteen was P. 9 was I. 14 was N. It spelled SPIN. " It spells spin...." he said, using Saeko's sword to input the letters far enough away where any trap that could activate he could avoid. He hoped it was not literally spinning that killed him or those letter. Red or dead. Remain Red or dead. He wanted to die... yet he didn't.

Well, that confirmed it, or rather, at the very least made the case stronger; Wanda was a victim of this place just like everyone else was, and her powers were taken advantage of to warp everything to this horrific house. But that wasn't all to Lucas's words that provoked an interest. As the man disappeared from sight, Kyoko initially stood paralyzed in astonishment, but snapped herself back to reality. She couldn't let her fears overwhelm her in this place, or else everything would be lost.

"The gift? What do you mean... The gift? What's this sick game of yours leading up to, Lucas?" The detective questioned, idly walking over to the radio and ever so slightly fiddling with the volume to see if that would do anything, as a first move if nothing else.

Well if this worked similarly as the cards...He saw that Phil had the same idea and stood back to let him do it. "Here's that bottle of jam," He spoke aloud to the people in the room. "It has the number 555 on it. Now all we got to find is the nail."​

"What you hold in your hand is sustenance. Not to humans though...In the metaphysical realm some things are perceived differently to what they actually are. We see the corn because it is the only way our human mind can grasp it."

Perhaps this was all starting to make at least a little bit of sense. "Wanda was lured her due to the strong emotional feelings inside of her. The corn is those feelings made manifest. Feelings and emotions...is their food."​

 
With the letters inserted, the roulette wheel unlocked and began to circle counter-clockwise like it was a screw being unfastened. When the top came off, below was a coin. In addition, there was a nail embedded into the bottom, along with the number 164.

"Oh, the gift? The gift's great. It's her gift, just for us. I'll give ya the truth: I don't really give a shit whether you get the gift or not. Bein' down there, you'll probably get it eventually, or maybe you already have. Doesn't matter. I have it and I am damn well keeping it!"

Lucas paused a moment. "... My game is for me. Well, no, it's for all of you as well! I'd love if my new friends understood all the care and work that I put in for them, but if they don't give a shit, oh well. We're all here to have fun, fellas."

Owen had stayed behind with the others in the hall outside, but he started to feel this was as bad an idea as staying behind in the main hall once he started hearing noises. It almost sounded like a cat was walking across the floor, which might have been nice, if not for the fact it obviously wasn't a cat once a man appeared at the end of the hall.

"Is that... a fucking ninja...?"

Noot Noot brought his fins to his cheeks in surprise.

At the sight of the newcomer, Adam narrowed his eyes, not liking the hostile aura the man carried with him. He aimed his grenade launcher in warning, the ax resting idly in his other hand. "Explain your presence here." Adam demanded calmly, ready to retaliate should Genji try anything that Adam would deem as hostile. He did not immediately recognize Genji but he did seem a bit familiar.

"A honey trap. That makes the situation much more clear when put that way." Amir commented thoughtfully.

Though, would it be possible to free Wanda from it? Or would they have to lay her to rest? She wasn't sure if she wanted to voice that question, or hold her tongue for now.

Leon takes a look at the worn out lamp and continues after Lucas talks, "Which brings me to my next couple of question. If Wanda is a Pawn and you're a Rook, who exactly is the King? Or should I say Queen in this matter consider you said 'her gift.'" He knew he was really kicking the hornet's nest now, but it was a risk he had to take.​

However, a small thought about Lucas' earlier statement popped into his head, "You said Zoe 'Wanted to turn back the clock...' Perhaps you can elaborate on that a bit more?" Ho pondered on that a bit as he waited for an answer, "How could that be physically possible?"

"130 plus 555 minus 164 makes 521," Cap stated as he picked up the coin. "I still have this mallet, and the chessboard is left. We're not done quite yet I'm afraid. Anyone have any clue about that chessboard? I still have that number too that I found 5564X. What more do we have if anything?"​


 
Toffee just sat back and let everyone else do the work. He had one HP left, and he'd much rather let Phil or somebody equally as stupid take the hits for him.

"Here's something we never tried," Teddy said, moving toward the slot machine. He pulled down the lever to see what would happen, and an electronic card was deposited from the machine. "Maybe we..."

Teddy then put the card into the slot on the jukebox, which activated a panel to slide aside and reveal three electronic dice. It seemed the three dice could be changed to display three different sides.

It seemed just that and whatever was going on with the chess board, the mallet, and the number 5564X was left to solve.

"Oh, did I?" Lucas chuckled. "Now, now, that would be telling. I don't do spoilers. I'm thankful enough for the gift, but I didn't bring ya here. I figured, since you are here, you may as well play a little game with me. Have some fun, ya know?"

He seemed to disappear for a few moments, but soon he came back. "Hmm? Oh, right. Did you think I meant that literally? 'Cause, no, my bitch of a sister just wants to undo all the good work that's been done! You know what she's been doing? Hiding out like some kinda rat, gettin' into the heads of everyone who comes here, tryin' to tell them stories about what they can do. She wants to take away the gift, and well... I'm damn well pissed about it! I took her the fuck out so now we can do what we damn well please."

There was a button on the lamp and a note that read:

"Sorry, changed this one a little. If you want inside, you gotta find the highest point."

The man breathed deeply, staring Adam down. "You have been very rude guests," he said, taking a few steps toward the group. "You bring shame to Wanda. All she does for us... all she did for me. She deserves so much more than this."

A mechanism on Genji's arm deposited shuriken into his hand. "It is a ninja!" Owen gasped.

" If I can take a guess, based on what I seen with the chessboard, there's five slots and the last is a letter, so if I'm right," he moved the borrowed sword to turn the chessboard to read 5564X if he could. God, he hoped this wouldn't murder him. This room seemed too nice for his one HP and his nerves were getting to him.
