I'm Amethyst and I'm a 26 year old Jedi Master that has beaten the Elite Four and graduated top of her Slytherin house at Hogwarts. I want a partner, so let's just get right into it, shall we?

As far as my writing style goes I tend to post anywhere from 1-6 paragraphs at a time. It really depends on what's going on in the story and my brain. If I (or you) ever feel like my reply is too short I will express my failure and if there was a reason to it, or you can just be "Hey, this one sucked lol I need more to respond to." and I will go back and do my best to revamp it for you so you have something better to work with. I like to think I'm easy to get along with and I joke around quite a bit, so don't be afraid to throw sarcastic greatness my way when/ if we are chatting on the side. I live for that shit. I'm not too bad a stickler on grammar, but if I have to sit and decipher your response, or it's just error after error, I'll bring it up once or twice but more than that I'm going to have to move on. I'm not good at teaching so I won't be a good grammar teacher. I prefer a partner that is 18 or older but not every fantastic writer is 'considered an adult', so let's just leave it as a slight mention, I prefer 18+.

My Availability - I do work full time and have a pup so I will reply as much as I am able. Typically that can be anywhere from 2-3 times a day (on a weekend or a slow day at work if the rp is really moving fast) to once a couple days or so if my creativity bin is running a little low. Also, I do think I need to mention that I suffer from major depression which can affect my reply times/ lengths. I'm hoping that you'll be able to keep up with at least that. As I'm positive you do too, I do have a life outside the computer. Mine is just not very expansive, ha. I don't think it's too demanding to expect a response within 1-8 days, right? If you have to bail and leave me alone with all my ideas, I'd appreciate a note on my bed-side table(obviously just a pm) explaining what caused the sudden departure, not that it needs to be detailed or anything like that, I'll even settle for a "I don't like your style. Later." Being just ditched without reason is just super lame. At least when you leave I won't be just twiddling my fingers wondering where the hell you went. I understand life happens, I've had to bail before, but I did make sure to let my partner know. It's a nice courtesy. If you take 2+ weeks to respond, or I have to keep hitting you up trying to figure out what's going on over you way, I'll drop you and move on. I'm just not that kind of chick, and honestly I'd expect the same of you if I evaporated into the ether.

What I'm looking to RP I'll keep this as simple as possible- I'm very lose as far as plots are concerned. I just like to have a sense of direction and communication as the rp progresses. If you have a plot that goes with something I've listed, throw that shit at me! I'd love to read it and more than likely give it a go. I can promise, if I'm not feeling it and I feel I'm not giving you the quality replies you deserve, I'll let you know and we can either work something out or do something else. I hope you'd do the same. I can play both genders and tend to create characters as the rp is created. So don't be surprised that I don't have a character sheet. I can throw a quick one together for you if you really wanted it, but I don't usually do so. I don't require one from you, but if you prefer to send me one, do it. I don't mind :]

I'm looking to do one of two plots. The first is loosely based on a book series I'm reading. The second is something I've come up with on my own.

Camp Paradise
Kids from the ages 8-10 began to act differently from their peers. Some showed signs of telepathy; tapping into someone's head and influencing the host; Oranges. Some showed signs of being able to control objects with their minds, even being able to toss a person across the room with just a flick of the wrist; Blues. Some were incredibly in-tuned to technology, so much so that they could almost control the virus' and malware they created by just thinking about them; Greens. The Reds were the fire-starters. Yellows had electricity running so freely through them that a single child that had control of their abilities could light up and entire city; more often than not the young yellow caused electrical devices to buzz with so much electricity the object simply exploded. Reds and Oranges were consistently labeled as violent; sparking fires with a snap of the fingers, causing complete chaos to erupt during meal-time by making the kids think all the food was poisonous, or a kid dropping to the ground in convulsions, the ones that were prone to use their abilities to either inflict harm on the other camp-goers, but mainly the Staff. Eventually, it was rare for an Orange or Red to exist in the camps. Their violent nature soon forced the government to eradicate the two colors as best they could. To identify a child's color a series of tests are done at the time of registering. From there the child's name is forgotten, replaced by a color and an identification number. If the child didn't show signs of one of the five abilities, they simply got sick and died. So now, children are frequently tested from birth for any signs of ability. For the most part the 'freaks', as the scared public so fondly calls them, had stopped appearing after the first three years of the 'epidemic'. However, there are still a few that are born with one of five abilities, and if the Saviors don't step in at the right time of transfer, those children are carted off to camps.

The camps had been established in the year 2368, ten years prior to the current date of the setting. The camps were built across the United States. Most of the kids residing in said camps do not know of any camp but their own, and it is rare, if heard of at all, that a camp-goer has escaped; that being said, it has been heard of. The children are kept under extreme security measures and are separated by their color. In times of chaos or when the entire camp needs to be controlled at once a loud, painful white noise is blasted over intercoms and speakers that cause the camp-goers to drop to the ground and become completely immobile; this is a noise only they can hear. This White noise technique is not new to the Paradise Camp in Louisiana, the first and largest camp (totaling over 2,000 campers), but it has yet to be seen in the other camps where their methods of maintaining peace range from extreme violence to just simply killing the camper that is causing the situation. To the public these camps are for the good of the children and their families, a type of rehabilitation for their acquired abilities, in reality they are horrid places where campers are kept in fear by the government.

It's not until a group of self-proclaimed saviors infiltrate Camp Paradise with an agent posted as a nurse and help free a camper (or two) with the promise of fairness and care. It has been known to the kids surviving outside the camps, the ones who managed to escape capture or even a camp, the ones lucky enough to not have their families so terrified of them to turn them to the camps themselves, that The Saviors have an agenda all their own; that they want to use some of the kids to build their own army to overthrow the President. The Saviors are no better than the Government at this point. Most of the members see the kids as freaks, as a waste of resources that are already running thin. Very few still hold on to the idea that they are to free the kids from camps, the Leader being one of them but slowly losing his following, while the rest of the rebel group has shifted to eradicating the children and restoring the ideals of government.
Are these Saviors really here to help the campers out of the goods of their hearts or do they want the campers to use them as weapons for their own plans of total government overthrow? Will the camper help the Saviors and burn the government to the ground (figuratively or literally) or chose to fend for themselves, free of Camp Paradise themselves, eventually moving to free the others? Or maybe, find a way to abolish or realign The Saviors line of focus from eradication and overthrow back to the safety of the children, bring down the poisoned Government, and free all the remaining children locked away on the camps at the same time?

Kalos - Pokemon
The region of Kalos has fallen under a strict dictatorship over the last century; each ruler even crueler than the last. The new King, King Samuel Kraken, is by far the worst. All the traditions of gyms, the elite four and champions have been abolished. The King has convinced most of his people that this new way of training, this program, is the way of the future, a way of perfecting the training process therefore creating Elite trainers. If interested, you enrolled in this four-year program at the age of 16 with only one pokemon. For the first few years no one minded it and everything went smoothly. It wasn't until the first wave of Elite trainers graduated from the long program and proved to be the best of the best. Their pokemon beastly, with their trainers to be just as intimidating. Seeing these amazing results people began to sign up. What no one saw was that King Kraken was creating the ultimate army of soldiers, both human and pokemon. These Elite trainers exited the program with complete loyalty to the king, the pokemon following suit. It almost seemed as if they were drones, but to notice you have to look almost too hard. Looking that hard can get you into trouble with the new King.
The Program, which is more like a school on route 14, is an enormous building standing seven stories tall and with a basement underneath. The outside of the building was painted in the colors of the King, brilliant royal blue with softer powder blue trims. It had no windows except for those on the fourth and fifth floors. The wide double wooden doors of the building were painted in the same soft powder blue with the words "The Program" painted plainly in large, thick lettering, 'Long live the Kraken! King of Kalos!' was elegantly painted in smaller swirling letters underneath. On the inside each floor that does not contain windows is artificially light using light bulbs that acted as if they were casting actual rays of sunlight in the spring months. The castle grounds consist of extensive training grounds to train Pokemon in the field.

Main first floor; Pokécenter - Besides acting as both a hospital for the students and their pokemon, the trainers are required to store their pokemon here at the end of every day before going to sleep; many general facilities, large rooms for speeches, a recreational room, and a dining room.
Floors two and three; Filled with regular classrooms, simulators, hand-to-hand combat training and battle arenas.

Floor four; Offices for staff
Floors five and six; Bedrooms~
These floors resemble the floors of a hotel rather than living quarters. Each room can house up to 5 students comfortably, one gender per room. The girls are on the right side of the hall and the boys on the left, this goes for both floors. The interior of the hallways is painted in the same Royal colors of royal and powder blue. The best of the students get to have their own rooms.
Basement; The Lab~ Only a handful of people know what this floor really consists of. To those outside selected staff and King Kraken himself, this floor is a sort of honor's course where they can receive special training to eventually qualify to be among the King's personal Guard. The front half of the basement looks much like, well, a super gym. There are machines that regulated strict workouts hooked up to other machines that monitored the body levels on one section. In another section was another simulator, this one much small and only geared for one trainer and his team. The back half of the floor held the Lab.

Roof ~Aircraft and Pokemon landing area
After Enrolling~ After registering for the four-year program at the nearest Pokécenter at the age of sixteen the Entry Trial begins. Once the group of potential students is collected in the survival area, they are released and hunted by a group of hand selected older students.
Each year the program gets more intense and difficult, as if it were a school strictly for battling. The courses can eventually get to the point that not every trainer and pokemon are physically and mentally up to the task, suffering injuries from minor to fatal, and in some cases, death. Although all students are permitted access to all upper levels of the building, only those who excel the quickest and show the most promise are permitted entry to the Basement. It should go without saying that very few know the Basement as what it truly is, a Lab. Most of the students see the Basement as a type of honors course that's designed for the best of the best. Those permitted entries to the Basement have their skills 'properly honed' by mind and body altering drugs and extreme training on both trainer and pokemon. Most of the students strive to be among these hand-picked trainers, not aware of what awaited them should they ever make it. After such outstanding results in the first wave of trainers that graduated The Program, Kraken has begun toying with the idea of introducing the drug to the rest of the students in The Program; increasing the already fierce loyalty they harbor.
Being Accepted; At the start of each year the group of potential new students is dropped in the fields surrounding the castle with only a single Pokemon and the students of second grade and higher will hunt on the new students with full teams. There is no Pokécenter and only the students that are able to survive for 3 days may enter the Program. Each potential new student is given a tracker device. This allows for the judges, the teachers of the program, to be notified when a certain number of students are left. When this number is reached, the remaining students are automatically accepted no matter how much time has passed.

Uniforms; Dark blue fabrics with light blue trims. Simple military style overall look. Males wear slacks, while females are permitted knee length skirts.
Acquiring the rest of your team~ The rest of your team is acquired through field missions, tests, exercising and some are even given as rewards. The pokemon that are gifted to students by the Program tend to be higher level or have passed through an evolution and tend to be harder to train as they were not caught by the student.

Graduating the Program; The Gauntlet - A final test in which students that King Kraken does not consider among the top rank must pass in order to keep the 5 pokemon they acquired during their stay in the Program. The lowest ranking trainers must battle each other in an arena type setting with the rest of the students of the Program watching. The arena is capable of adapting battle terrain once, possibly twice, per battle in the advantage of one or the other – this is controlled by a chosen Teacher. That way only half of the lower ranking trainers keep their pokemon (of course keeping the original). Kraken doesn't consider a high percentage of students 'high ranking' enough to avoid the final test, taking input from the student's teachers, ensuring that, roughly 55%, of the school graduates with full teams. If they fail the test, they do not graduate, are labeled something less honorable than a failure and have to permanently turn in all but the pokemon they chose when they were 10.
Life outside The Program; King Kraken only allows his regular inhabitants to have just a single Pokémon. In that way, choosing a first Pokémon is even more important, as it will be the only Pokémon you can have.

The rebellion group; Ditto~ A group called Ditto sees through the illusion that the King has painted for the people about a school that can perfectly train you and your team; that it's a favor from the King to his people. Most everyone accepts the favor with a renewed spirit for the otherwise strict dictator, except for a small group that slowly grows in numbers almost daily as people notice the difference in the children that are enrolling in The Program. There are people that had even taken notice that there was something that just wasn't right about the first group of Elites that graduated from The Program. They didn't seem to maintain their personalities as much as the rest of the graduates seem to. Their loyalty seemed to... forced. Will you join Ditto to destroy the iron grip of dictatorship that the King has over the land; or will you chant along with the rest of the drones?

Please PM me to get some shit started!! :D

Hmm... The powers one kinda interests me.

I have a question, though. Which colour would a girl who is able to transform into cars fit into? I would assume green.

Well, there aren't characters that can transform into anything... Greens are just basically human computers.

Hey there! I'm sort of interested in the Pokémon idea. However it feels (and also the other plot) like Group RPs, rather than one on one roleplays. Are these plots meant to be for one on one or are these plots meant to be group RPs?

They are meant to be one on one. I typically play more than one character and I don't do well in groups. I tend to forget people, give overly small replies and it's just a mess for me.

Updated Pokemon plot

I'd really like to do the pokemon plot. A few of my rps have fallen away and I do have a decent intro typed up for this already.

I'm still looking and ready to start either plot :]
