Here's the Iwaku definition of the femalexFemale tag:

Focusing on/seeking girls kissing other girls.

It could be way more classier but yes, everything you listed is exactly what it means. As an American site I don't think we even use foreign terms because you'd be surprised at how many people don't know what they mean. We also have a Japanese tag and a Jpop tag for Japanese pop culture/industry ^.^

Yeah, Noctis hit it on the nose. We don't like to use Japanese terms if there's a good English equivalent because this is an English-speaking site, and also yuri has implications that not everyone likes being associated with. Femalexfemale and malexmale are the tags we use, and I've never heard those used for anything platonic personally. I suppose slash and femslash would work but again there are implications that some people object to.

A bit off topic but try using Boys Love/Girls Love in place of Yaoi and Yuri and you may attract a different crowd. I know quite a few people who outright avoid roleplays mentioning aforementioned Japanese terms because of the implications Astaroth mentioned above.

I would like to suggest that we include red star and blue star tags.
This would help Gms who only want to rp with their age group outside of sex stuff. It would also allow GMs who allow sex in regular roleplay a to advertise their play properly. (I do this currently by creating a separate in thread in the red star room for those scenes)

We have an 18+ tag. We also have libertine/liberteen tags from before the names got changed, I just haven't had a chance to fix 'em yet. That's on the agenda. :]

That is why I couldn't find it, it was 18+ (do we have an 18- one? Wouldn't want to exclude them from playing with eachother )

I don't think we do, but mainly that's because teens aren't as interested in being exclusive, honestly. The ones who are doing sexy RPs can just use the star tags (once I fix the tag names).

The tags have been corrected to redstar roleplayer and bluestar roleplayer. I've also set it up that typing in "libertine roleplayer" and "liberteen roleplayer" will autocorrect it to the new tag names. :D

So congrats to a lot of you who suggested terms alternate to existing tags! Since we can now alias tags, I've set it up so you can type in shit like "yuri" and it'll let you still add the tag, but it displays as "femalexfemale" and therefore is the most approachable term yet easier for you all to find. I've done this with several other tags as well.

Oh yes of course, sorry. It would be used for members who are looking to create a deeper sense of the world they will be playing in. For instance if someone said in a partner search "I'd like to focus not only build characters, but a rich world where they can thrive and grow." or something to that effect.

Would it be possible to have an "intrigue" tag referring to the definition of intrigue in politics? Something like "a roleplay where deceit, manipulation, and planning of someone's destruction takes place" Something akin to that, but prettily worded haha xD

We actually have political intrigue already! I'll add an alias tag so it's easier to find.
