Should I repost his CS here, though, so others can see it? I sent it to Sora, and he said it was approved, but was waiting for responses on whether or not there is enough room in the RP for me.

That is a question for Sora.

*Feels left out, 'cause I haven't tagged Sora in a post like all of you guys have.* XD

I know, but I'm just saying.

And they'd probably be hesitant to trust him so long as he doesn't try to kill them

Name: Frank Castle, Francis Castiglione

Appearance:
Frank_Castle_(Earth-11080)_.jpg

Alias: The Punisher

Hero, Walking-the-line, or Villain: Walking the line.

Age: Somewhere in his mid 60s or early 70s (not actually given)

Appearance: No change.

Background and Hero/Villain Origins: Frank Castle (born Francis Castiglione) grew up in Hell's Kitchen. He was originally going to be a Catholic Priest but left due to an inability to forgive others. He enlisted in the military soon after, receiving Navy SEAL training and under-water demolitions training, as well. Prior to his enlistment, he married Maria, who was pregnant with their first child when he left for his first tour in Vietnam.

During his first two tours, Frank served as Marine Recon, performing assorted operations during the war. Suffering an injury, it required him illegally enlisting again under the name Frank Castle to get back in the War, which he quite likely did because of an innate lust for violence, specifically against those he felt deserved punishment. During his third tour, he served as a Captain at Valley Forge Firebase. Even now, he was Punishing the corrupt and guilty, as he set up a general to be shot by Viet Cong, and drowned a man for raping a female VC sniper.

At the end of his tour, Frank found himself in a fight for his life as a large group of VC sappers attacked the Firebase. He and one of his soldiers managed to fight their way through, only for his subordinate to die, leaving him alone. Rescue crews arrived to find Castle the only survivor from either side, having beaten over twenty men to death with a broken M16 and a shovel. It is hinted that he might have been able to do this by making a deal with the Devil.

Arriving home to his family (Maria Castle, Lisa Castle [9], and Frank Jr. Castle [6]), he began to run Spec Ops training in New York City. While on leave, he brought his family to a park for a picnic, where they witnessed a mob killing. Fearing witnesses, the mobsters gunned down the family, killing everyone except for Frank.

He was deeply traumatized by the event, and was even suicidal. However, after being asked to testify and finding the police could do nothing, he brought it on himself to take down the people responsible. Since then, he has been on a one-man war against crime in which he has crossed paths with people such as Captain America, Spider-man, and Daredevil, though he is almost always at odds with them because of his brutal tactics.

Powers/Abilities:
Powers

As the Punisher, he has no superhuman powers. Although, Nick Fury's intel classified him as being power level 6 or greater due to his fighting skills, his weaponry and his use of lethal force.

Abilities
Master Martial Artist:
Castle is a very thoroughly seasoned combat veteran of exceptional skills. He is very well-versed in the arts of warfare, several forms of martial arts and hand-to-hand combat. His styles of choice being Nash Ryu Jujutsu, (the four-style martial art founded by his Sensei Adam Nash and the Marine Corps LINE/MAPS combative systems) Ninjutsu, Shorin-ryu Karate, Hwarang-Do, and Chin Na. He is an exceptional knife fighter who carries up to 3 or 4 different types of edged weapons, preferring the knife he learned to fight with in the USMC: the Ka-bar.

Expert Marksman: He is an exceptional marksman of every type of firearm who is sometimes depicted as being ambidextrous in this respect. He is skilled in sharpshooting and knife throwing as well.

Expert Pilot: Castle received helicopter training with the U.S. Army and U.S. Naval Special Warfare Command.

Interrogation Expert: Castle uses his interrogating skills to get information from people who has links to criminals through very creative use of torture as well such as water boarding, electrocution, suffocation, sleep deprivation, starvation etc.

Extensive special ops training: Besides his Marine training, Castle also received U.S. Navy SEAL/UDT (Underwater Demolition Team) training, EOD (explosive ordnance disposal) training, U.S. Army Ranger training, U.S. Army Airborne School training, U.S. Army Special Forces Q-Course training, and LRRP (Long Range Recon Patrol) training. He also took part in cross-training with the Australian Special Air Service Regiment.

Expert Tactician: Armed solely with conventional weapons and motivated by a fanatical hatred for criminals like those who murdered his family, the Punisher has single-handedly incapacitated up to a dozen well-armed and experienced opponents in a single encounter and escaped uninjured. It is his military training and his attention to detail that allows him to achieve this.
Strength level
The Punisher possesses the normal human strength of a 6'1" 200-pound man, who engages in intensive and extensive physical exercise. Frank is capable of press lifting up to twice his body-weight and can press lift 400 lbs. Frank engages in a brutal regimen of calisthenics, katas and firing range practice daily, maintaining his combat skills and he does not drink alcohol or do drugs.

Weaknesses/Tragic Flaw: (For every power, there is a weakness. Tell us about the things that make your character vulnderable)

Non-Superhuman Physical Conditioning: Castle is as susceptible to physical injury and disease as any other normal human, often having to rely more on strategy than strength when up against a superhuman opponent. However, different characters like Nick Fury have commented on how extraordinarily high his pain tolerance is. Frank does not take even over-the-counter painkillers, believing that their benefit of dulling pain isn't worth the side effects of drowsiness or slowed reflexes.

Hero/Villain Relationships: Briefly in Red Hulk's Thunderbolts. Vast majority of heroes and villains despise him. He has a somewhat understanding relationship with Wolverine and Black Widow. Thor seems to possess a certain respect for Frank.

Sample Post:
Frank sat back in the Battle-Van, looking through binoculars at the large house. His bugs throughout the building sent him a constant barrage of information about the goings-on in the house. This was his fourth day staking the place out; so far, he'd gotten more than enough information to convince him that these people had to die. He needed to figure out more about what was going on, though. Caution was of the utmost importance; Frank had no intention of dying taking these people down.

A window of opportunity had opened, though. Soon, the members of the 'family' would be gathering, as well as the leader of an Irish gang, to discuss a truce. This war had cost the lives of many people- most of them scum, but not all. So he was going to have to crash this party. In the back of the van was a small armory's worth of weaponry, from the M60 machine gun to his weapon of choice, the M16, to a large, 50. caliber Beretta rifle. He took the M60, as well as a chain of ammunition, and set it up on a hilltop near the house before covering it in bushes.

After that, he rigged claymore mines around the position in case anyone tried to outflank him. It was simply a matter of waiting for the 'party' to start, now. When it did, he'd need to get attention. A lot of it. And he knew just how to do it.They better be ready, He thought as he grabbed the rifle from the van.

Hours later, Frank was looking through a scope at the guests. The front of the house had many windows, which was both brave, and stupid, of the people inside. He recognized the Irish leader, and the leader of the 'families'. He sucked in a breath and squeezed on the trigger...

The 'bang' was almost deafening. Through the scope, he could see everyone freeze as the Irishman's head jerked back violently and he thudded to the floor. Before they could react, though, the other leader was lying face-down on the table.

Frank wasn't far off. The people saw him almost the moment they started looking. So they rushed out. At first, he didn't shoot back, just ducking down under the hill. That is, until most of the soldiers had left the building. After that, he popped up and started to unload the chain-fed machine gun into the mass of people. For a group of people carrying side-arms, this was a shock. They fell quickly. He heard a 'boom', accompanied by some screams, to his right.

Just minutes later, the field fell silent. That is, until some of the women inside realized their husbands and sons were dead. Wailing rose up. Frank stood with a grunt, knowing he should check out the building. He shrugged his M16 off of his back, where the strap had been holding it in place. First, though, he finished off the wounded.

Most of the women scattered when he entered. One of them screamed and rushed him. He recognized her as the wife of the leader of the Family. A single shot stopped her dead. Frank didn't speak to the cowering women; none of them had really done anything, to his knowledge.

As he came to the back, he heard a sobbing sound. The sobs of a man. He walked in quietly, and was greeted by a chorus of babbling and screams. In the room were a handful of men. One of them was the Irishman's lieutenant. They were all going to die, though. He shot all of them. Except for the lieutenant, that is, who he dragged kicking and screaming out of the house by his hair. Fed up after only a few feet, he knocked the man out and started carrying him.

Later, the man awoke to find himself zip-tied into a chair, Frank standing nearby. He groaned, getting his captor's attention. Frank was holding a brand. "You're going to tell me something, Bryan."

Bryan muttered something before realizing his life might depend on it. "What do ya want to know?"

Frank turned, seeming to analyze everything about his prisoner. "I want to know where your boss's operations are in New York." He put the brand in a group of hot coals as he said this.

The man stammered a bit. "He'll have me killed!" The response he got was the hot iron being pressed against his cheek, drawing a long, drawn-out scream from him.

"Okay! Okay, okay, okay! They're running cocaine, heroin, all of it! The front is the McAerys Brewery!" He sobbed. Frank nodded. That was all he needed. "You'll let me go, now, right?"

He responded by drawing his revolver and shooting Bryan in the head. He left the dark basement of the mansion quickly, getting ready to head to the brewery.

Just another day in the office, for Frank Castle.
