Genres
I'm open to a wide range of genres. Obscenely wide. It's harder for me to list all I do like than all I don't like.

My favorite settings are fantasy combined with something else, multiverse, post-apoc, historical (mixed with something else), and futuristic. I'm not limited to those, but it's a good start.

My favorite genres include mystery, adventure, action, drama, tragedy (must be mixed with something else and kept balanced), romance (again must be mixed, and more.

I'm happy to include elements of slice-of-life and romance, but doing them on their own doesn't hold my interest indefinitely.
Soooo... There are people who like different things in their partner search threads. Some like to be PMed. Some prefer a post in the thread for contact. Others demand demon summons using the blood of a duck.

Why not have a prefix stating the preference?

I understand that people who don't read won't read, but for the people who are just overwhelmed by the amount of info in a thread, it might help them notice that important information a little easier. I know I miss shit all the damn time. 8D

This is a great idea! Also, a bit unrelated to contact info, but...it would save time for us bluestars if in the general 1x1 searches, there were a prefix for "18+ wanted". It's a real bummer sometimes to see someone that looks really cool and then see that you can't play with them because of your age. It would save a lot of time in our searches if we could skip over those entirely.

A tag, yes. But many people don't use tags, or they don't use that one. A prefix would be more obvious and more people would use it because they'd know it exists.
